Came for my first lash tint and the process was quick and painless. The girl at the front fit me in even though they were completely booked and D Anna was super friendly the whole time. Definitely will be going back :)

Nicole is amazing she is down to earth and classy and very professional not to mention very sanitary . She is in a league of her own. Actually a face of the future she is constantly growing and always being educated on the latest beauty services. You will definitely not be disappointed. She is a Doll shining bright like a diamond. My mom and I went to Lash studio for her late birthday present. It started great for both of us, however after a while the manager came in and said that my lash tech was doing my lashes wrong (I wanted a cat eye look). She rudely and unprofessional started taking down what the 1st lash tech had put up and made her start over. The owner then came back and switched out the technicians. When we were almost done with 1 side, she kept coming back and asking if we were almost done... She came in another two times and mentioned that another customer who had an appt was on a lunch break and that she needed to hurry and asked ME if I could wait 10 minutes while the 2nd tech did her lashes - in the middle of her doing my own… I politely said no and that we had been waiting longer than the “18 minutes” the other client had been waiting and we had an appt as well. I mentioned they had already taken down the left eyelashes and it was very irritated and painful. I also got there well before my mom and I finished about 30mins after she did. She didn’t say anything but stomped out of the room and had another tech do the clients lashes. The technicians, especially Angelica, were very sweet and took their time despite being rushed by the manager. I will not be back to this location due to unprofessionalism and being rushed when I’m the one paying for the service. If you can’t accommodate all of your appointments, you don’t need to be scheduling them.

I got eyelash extensions here for a few months, and it was just an odd experience. The staff is... not necessarily rude but certainly not friendly. They don’t thank you for your business or smile and it’s really weird. The girl who worked the front desk would complain to Taylor during our sessions about how much she hated working there and couldn’t wait to leave, which was concerning. They changed who did my lashes almost every appointment, which seemed weird, and I just felt very unwelcome. I understand moving things around to fit schedules, but every session seemed off... also I saw they are trying to discount people’s reviews. Aldana is my maiden name, so it won’t show on their records, but I certainly went.

The lady who did my lashes was very nice and kind. I’m usually a very understanding person. However, it was her first time doing anything but classic lashes. She ended up taking 3 and 1/2 hours just for lashes! During the middle of the session I even asked if I could get someone with more experience to do my lashes and offered to pay more than normal price. My lady went to ask and she told me the experienced lady would be right in once she was available. I ended up crying and becoming very upset with their service. The lady with more experienced never tried to help or take over. I ended up paying normal price and leaving, displease and extremely upset. If you are ok with waiting 3 1/2 hours for lashes, this place is for you. But, if you have other appointments during your day look elsewhere!! Horrible!! Experience!!!

Other salons watch out??? Really?? When we went in there we coudnt even talk to you, you sent your worker back and forth like an owl. Just so youre aware she wasnt happy with the lashes, she didnt let you do them because she had no desire to stay in your salon any longer. She went home and took of the lashes off herself that day. Also, the week of the wedding she happily went to Lucky Nails for her lashes and they were done in one hour, and she was very pleased with the final product. Best wishes.

I had a lash lift done by a professional. But while doing it she kept asking the owner if it was correct. It wasnt...She did such a horrible job. My lashes did not lift and the whole time the girl doing the lift was running to the bathroom to vomit!!!! No joke. I couldnt leave with all that product on me. Once she finished they made me pay for the service!!! They did offer to do it again, but after such a bad experience I refuse to go back. Dont waste your money here!

Love the false lashes. They look amazing and stay in super long.UPDATE:DO NOT get your lashes permed here. My lashes look terrible. Theyre not curved in a half circle, instead they are bent upwards and going all different directions. I woke up with some of my lashes bent poking my eyes so I had to pluck them out. The tips of my eyelashes are bent in odd directions as if they were too long for the eye pads and ended up folding over the edge. My lashes look shorter and raggedy. I cant wait for the perm to fall out.They are trying to say that I was never in their records to cover themselves up. I got false lashes from Nikole (the owner) and a lift from Taylor.

Ive never had lash extensions before and wanted to try them out, Im so glad I came here! The ladies are so sweet and friendly they make every experience here an enjoyable one. My lashes look great every time, Ill never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Lash Studio
