Love this place!I started coming here back in November because I have Sciatica. One of the massages offered is a sciatic massage. I wasnt sure what to expect but I decided to give it a try. I was impressed by the facility. Robert, the owner, was the first person I met and gave me the massage. Real professional and amiable. I knew I would be back again. On my next appointment I was booked with Denise. Lets just say that every week Im there having Denise work out the kinks of my lower back and nerves. As far as Im concerned this is the best massage in town!

Great value and service. Denise was excellent, she worked an extremely tough knot out of my shoulder that had bothered me for days. I appreciate the detail she focused on what I had asked for. Will definitely return for future sessions.

This is a very nice place at an affordable Yet effective rate. Emily Painter did a wonderful job on my 90 minute hot stone massage. I would recommend her whether you like light or very firm; she is excellent at either. The owner is also a welcoming person. My godmother also has really enjoyed her massages here and she’s has went to multiple people. Definitely would recommend!

Very pleased with both the massage and the ease of scheduling. This being my first time at Back to Basics, I needed to explain my pain and history so that they would know how to help. The massage I got was specialized and exactly what I needed to relieve tension and pain. At the end, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price. I highly recommend!

I have had a massage done by both Laura and Robert and they were both very helpful. They dont only massage you, but they talk to you, educate you, and try to help you in any way they can whether it be recommendation for a certain lotion, or oil, or at home techniques you can do yourself. If you want a massage, this is the place to go! and now they have acupuncture too!! wow!

Emily found problem spots I didnt even know I had and took the whole deep tissue thing seriously. If I lived in town this would be my go-to massage spot.

Laura was amazing! I had plantar fasciitis and low back pain for years. I have went to physical therapists, Drs etc. Her technique with cupping solved my issue in one session. I was looking at surgery and now I am back to running! Prices are very reasonable also! I am impressed!
