Was surprised to see as health professionals that they did not wear masks. My husband and I were both wearing them as he is immune compromised. He did not want to cause a problem so we did not inquire. With his health record in hand and them not even asking if we would feel more comfortable if they did I just decided we wont go back there.

What a wonderful experience. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes me feel very welcome. Care has been outstanding, I would highly recommend them.

Went in for a skin check (have many moles and freckles from years in the sun as a child). I had previously gone to Heartland Dermatology where they did a quick look (I mean very quick) and sent me on my way. Here, the practitioner took her time. She felt my skin looking for anything, explained what she was seeing, asked if things were bothering me. She literally was down on the floor feeling the skin on my legs! I had 1 mole that she wanted to have removed and many skin tags that I wanted removed as they were on my neck and would get caught on necklaces. She took them off right then. No scheduling another appointment, just boom; done! Absolutely would recommend.

I had my first ever skin check up today and these ladies could have not made me feel more comfortable about it. They were great! Amazing bedside manner, very informative, checking in on me to make sure I was feeling comfortable and relaxed me completely during my first appointment.Highly recommend!

They don’t have enough employees which results in bad customer service. When I went in for my first appointment they forgot me in my observation room for 30 minutes, came in and admitted they forgot me. Every time I called following up to that, including when I had an allergic reaction to one of the medications, I had to leave voice mails- no one picked up the phone. When I was having issues with the medication it took them up to a day and a half to respond. When I voiced my concern about this the doctor denied what I said and then claimed it was just her and another girl working so they didn’t have time to get back to me. Just horrible customer service. I know they are the experts, but it hasn’t made me feel very confident in them as my provider.

Called in concerned about a skin condition that appeared around my eye. They got me in the next day for an appointment. The appointment was quick and clear instructions were given!
