I was very disappointed with how the lady threaded my eyebrows. She asked me thin or thick and I explained to her to keep them thick and I just needed a clean up. She made them extremely thin! I was so upset, I’m very particular to who does my eyebrows. But I saw many good reviews , however if you prefer your eyebrows thick, do not go to this shop! The lady was very nice but unexperienced.

Ms. Shandi was so wonderful, she gave some great advise about what I should and should not do for my brows. She was efficient, but quick and I was in and out with hardly any delay.They do not accept tips on a card, so I recommend bringing cash. I felt terrible not being able to tip her. She was so understanding though.

I told her how I wanted them done and didn’t even want them threaded. I just wanted to get them darkened(tinted). The lady didn’t do what I asked for and she then even ruined my natural brows as they were crooked and uneven. She tinted them and again the shape looked horrible and the tint was not put on in a nice sufficient shape so some places are darker than the other making it look crooked. I would give them no stars if I could.

My eyebrows are uneven and when I told her she argued with me. I almost didn’t pay. The only reason i did was because i took a chance on her services so I might as well pay. Also I get my eyebrows threaded frequently and the pain was ridiculous. So if you’re like “hey maybe the reviews are bad and customers are just being rude, let’s give them a chance!” NO no do not do that. Unless you wanna look like a Pablo Picasso face with your eyebrows off center and one lower than the other. I will never go anywhere other than my regular place after this experience. I was honestly afraid she would mess them up more if I had her fix them, she didn’t even see the problem! She just told me my hair was “too thick”, funny how that’s never been a problem before 🤔 I wish I could give lower than 1

I walked into the place and the women who did my eyebrows was NAPPING on the couch. I then proceed to get my eyebrows threaded. After the women was done I noticed she had taken off half of my eyebrow on the left side, she then tried to “fix” her mistake. After I told her what she did wrong she replied “ya I know”, I then started to complain and let her know how upset I was. She attempted to make me pay FULL price for her awful service as well as her terrible customer service. I will never return to this place. 0/10 threading service, 0/10 customer service. Awful experience!
