Ive been going there since before it was even called Crossroads and have always been happy with the nurses and doctors. Very much appreciate being a patient there.

The wait was over 3 hours and all i was getting was a sublacade! they have no help in that office compared to greensburg. BUT however the doctor was awesome

The staff there isnt judgemental like most places and the Dr. there actually helps with INDIVIDUAL treatment and cares about progress rather than keeping people on meds just for money!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

Crossroads is a Awesome place for substance abuse recovery,the Altoona office staff and the Doctor himself all treat you with respect and like they actually care.. In the beginning with Dr.Vasil being new to patients that had been there pryer to him being hired on as the new Dr was a little hard on his patients that needed the tuff love from their own family including myself..He is a wonderful Doctor.Afa crossroads itself it is a safe and really good center for people with addiction..

Place is a hoax its just a place that wants to absorb money from the insurance companys.The doctors have the biggest egos in the world and there is no treatment plan there at all.more like how well can they not act like a professional establishment that is suppose to have doctors that work based on experience not just regurgitated textbook knowledge clearly it needs shut down and taken over by people who actually do care about seeing people succeed in treating there overall health combined with suboxone treatment. A fucking joke thats what I think of that place take a pin with you to pop the doctors egos because there heads are bigger than the monuments at mount Rushmore.

Overall Id say I have a good experience here. Dr. Vasil I like very much he is usually pretty good with me had mostly good experiences with him. Im happy I have him as a doctor there..The only thing I wish the staff would work on is not grouping us all together what I mean by that is they treated me like a junkie my first couple times and sometimes still do. That bothers me because I have always held a job always manged my responsibilities I wasnt as bad in my addiction when I was using as some are thankfully I have always been a functioning addict. I come here for help and I have not had one failed test been there for over 6 months. Also always have my therapy done on time. I even go above and beyond and now take my blue print assessments at home because they help me stay on track with my mental health I take my recovery seriously because I have a child I need to stay clean for. I know they have patients that arent the same and do use regularly and I realize it may be hard for them to realize we arent all the same. There are people that actually are doing everything in their power to stay on a good path no matter how hard it is some days and I absolutely hate when I am made to feel like I am nothing but a druggie when im there to get better to eventually get clean just needed help from them along the way. It isnt easy and dont get me wrong some are amazing here Nd arent judgemental other than that I think this place has the power to do alot of good if some just change their mindsets on who they are dealing with. Addicts are people too and I know there are some people that abuse the facility but there are alot of people who dont like me. Im just happy I have a place to recover no matter how people look at me! Im just pretty sensitive it was so hard to finally go and get treatment and realize I have a problem that I needed help with but I know there are some good ones here thankfully.

The staff is all very polite and pleasant to talk too. Dr. Vasil truly cares about his patients and always discusses your treatment with you and makes sure you are going to counseling and always being very supportive

They are kind understanding I left a few times they took me back every time the people who answer the phones are awesome as are the nurses and drs

I really like the Drs and what they are but doing a personal visit is more prompt in being see then the video chat there was times I waited 2 hr had to reschedule cause I had work then had another appointment that was another 2 hrs I get it everyone deserves the attention they need but be respectable to others. Jus sayin☺️

Ive been going to ARS for years now and been through many Dr.s that ARS has had since I started. I started in Greensburg and now am in Altoona. The Dr. John Vasil which is who I have now is amazing. He listens and talks with you if you have issues. (Which I personally have not but I know people that have). All the ladies and few gents (I had delt with the gents at Greensburg and Johnstown) at the facilities are so amazing and understanding. And if you have a question DO NOT BE AFRAID OR ASHAMED to ask them. If they can help they will. Some do travel to different offices so there are many faces they see at each place every day they work. Give them time they will no your names and faces soon if they dont already.Dr. Vasil is 1 of the few Dr.s that I was actually able to talk to and exsplain things to. Because I dont take them for addiction, I actually take them for pain, anxiety, depression.Keep up the great work everyone.

Very nice non judgemental the nurse / dr was very informative on everything about the program even the secratary was very polite and helpful anxiety bad with me and no problems here I truly think if your looking for a clean sober life it can b achieved here look forward to the program you just have to want it bad enough

They dont have therapy up to date cant help you locate offices or and no real help in office different doctors every other visit... not consitant
