Dr. Seifert and Dr. Ramirez are the absolute best! The level of care provided for me and my family was above and beyond anything we had ever experienced. They truly listen to you and genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this office.

Seifert WalterThis is by far the WORST set of doctors Ive ever come across. They do not talk to you, they do not listen to your concerns. You dont pay for office visits here, you only pay for the amount of suboxone you need/want. I had been seeing these 2 doctors for 2 years and had never felt comfortable in that office unless I was talking to Dawn (the clinic doesnt deserve her at all). Ive seen so many patients storm out, and unfortunately found out why myself. I had a long talk with Dr ramirez my first visit, and we went through all the meds I take, and how important it was for me to be safe with my medication. I was not there for opiod remission, I was there for non acute chronic pain. And some guy ive never talked to, randomly cut my meds in half due to medication i was taking long before i made a visit to their office. These drs know you depend on them for opiod remission or non acute chronic pain, so they charge you as much as they possibly can. When we mutually agreed I needed a new doctor (luckily I found an amazing, cheaper, and very respectful one), but when I asked to make one more appointment just in case I couldnt find one before the little bit of medication they gave me ran out, dr Seifert (another dr I hadnt spoken to more than once) refused to make an appointment to ensure my safety without withdrawal. Seriously the worst group of people, Ive wasted so much time and money for minimal help. If you want legit help, go absolutely anywhere else. All these horrible doctors want is as much money as they can get from you. Zero stars all the way. And before he calls me an addict like he did to the last negative review, I was there for non acute chronic pain. If I hadnt found a really good (and soo much cheaper) doctor quickly. Had i struggled more to find someone who will help me, I would have gotten sick all due to his nasty attitude. And they stole money from me. Like a lot. They helped a lot at first, but the way theyve treated me and others is NOT okay. Go literally anywhere else you possibly can

For those of you struggling with drug addiction:Ive struggled with severe, chronic pain after brain surgery and a car accident as a teenager. As a result, I was in and out of pain management and have been on and off of opiates, both legal and illegal through out the years. I finally realized I had a problem after realizing how heavily I was self-medicating after losing a loved one to suicide. So needless to say I was in a very delicate situation before going in...I was scared and unsure of getting help with the suboxone program, but decided to ask for help from Dr. Seifert anyway.I thought the process would be painstaking and traumatic, but it was very, very easy and the staff there was very easy-going and kind to me. They have you fill out a lot of paperwork that asks sensitive questions, but that was the hardest part (it can bring up hard memories for people, but its necessary). I had my intake done by Dr. Seiferts son (I believe?) who although very young was VERY kind and helped settle my nerves enough that it helped me stop being a sobbing mess, haha.Within that same day, I was given a script to help with my withdrawals and I cannot even begin to tell you how much of a burden has been lifted off my shoulders. They offer EVERYTHING you can ask for, including counseling and more.Well see how I do with weening myself off the opiates but for anyone hesitating on going to get help with opiate/drug addiction, PLEASE take the first step like me. Im so grateful the first step was so easy, but now comes the hard part.

I really miss Dawn! It’s not the same without her being here! Now you have to wait forever.

Very nice doctor. Doesnt tolerate patients coming in for a quick fix. The only downside is a long wait time and doesnt take insurance :(

I see a common theme of Eric being the one who everyone has problems with and I now have had the same experience, twice, with today actually resulting in me no longer attending there. I really owe this place my life though in a way. I had relapsed into active addiction and had to give up temporary custody of my son (Im a single father and havent seen his mom since his birth). I cam in there a total mess and their ex pastoral counselor and their certified counselor along with a suboxone taper saved my life and I got my son back, a good job- my life has really turned around!! Eric has accused me twice of not taking my medicine and selling it even though i leave half of my script every month and dont pick it up even though i easily could. If i was selling it WHY ON EARTH would I do that? Long story short the spiritual counselor is gone as well as the receptionist who used to care for everyone and k how their names. They actually told me Im the success story they used as an example to motivate people. Now bc of some drug test from 5 months ago where suboxone (nothing else either) showed up in my mouth swab we are done. I only take one a day. The worst part was his attitude and how he was talking about me (loudly) bc he didnt know I was there. Hes a real scum bag and the heros that cared there are all gone besides Reggie- hes ok.

Okay so they do not prescribe hydromorphone at all. Which Ive been prescribed to for years. So I didnt want to switch to oxycodone or whatever the equivalent was. But the reason why Im putting 4 stars is because the secretary told me BEFORE I handed over my money. Most places wont be up front with you (because they just want your money) I was very pleased with the heads up I received and I was also pleased with there staff members they were very polite and understanding and were able to answer all of my questions. Thank you again!

This is the absolute worst doctor visit I have ever experienced. As a female, having a very large and angry man, who is the office manager, Eric, jumping up from his desk, with his face all red and sweaty, launching into a full blown rage at me. Eric became very agitated and presented as if he knew he was guilty or caught doing something wrong, was visibly upset that I approached him asking why he was sharing my patient information with another patient. That is when he got up from his desk and in my face. Now follow me here- he jumped up ran around his desk in my face. I stand 51 at best and he is very large and very angry. He then got in my face screaming and cursing at me saying I have problems and Im a drug addict which couldnt be further from the truth. Eric grabbed his cell phone and called on speaker phone to the said patient who knew my personal health info (PHI). Please explain to me why he has that patients info in his cell phone? I work in healthcare administration for a multi billion dollar hospital. I know my patient rights were violated. The inspector general is now investigating this incident. I highly recommend you look for another provider who is reputable and professional. I later have learned that this office (operating under a separate practice/ DBA/ etc) was subject to a DEA investigation where they were busted for running a “pill mill” operation.
