Dr.Seth and his nursing staff are amazing how ever his front office staff Monica and the office Manager Marilyn have continuously been unprofessional and rude.I have observed them being the same way with other clients as well as on their phone conversations so don’t be surprised when you call or in person at the lack of professionalism. Today I called to schedule an appointment and the office manager ask for my name and then said her notes say that i was not nice the last time i called i was floored that they leave notes that defame a clients character that has no medical application whatsoever it seems they are too comfortable in their position and feel the need to use idle time to attack clients personally there is no telling what notes they have left on other patients accounts or what information they may share outside of the office. I ask to speak with the office manger who told me that it was a joke and she is sorry i don’t have a sense of humor( didn’t know he had comedians working for him I expected professionalism) Dr. Seth has been my wife and I primary care doctor for more than 10 years and I have no complaints against him or his nurse Tracy however the front of the office should reflect the professionalism of the medical staff in the back and since it never has and has only gotten worst I will be searching for a new physician

The website is incorrect, they do NOT accept walk-ins, had I known this I could have saved myself a lot of time and humiliation from the front staff who were VERY rude and cruel to me. I was in need of urgent care with serious concerns and I was mocked and belittled by the front staff for asking where the nearest walk-in urgent care was. I was given a card with addresses on it but the woman who gave the card to me had a hurtful attitude and did not elaborate on which location was the closest or what centers they were. The website needs to be updated to let others know they do not accept walk-ins.

Dr. Johnson and his staff are the best! We have been seeing them for years, and have referred many friends and coworkers to this practice as well. They are kind, knowledgeable and efficient.

Dr. Johnson has been my PCP for a few years now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He takes time with his patients and doesnt just pawn you off on a P.A. or nurse practitioner. Wait time is generally very short and his staff is awesome. The office is open later than most medical offices, so hours are very convenient for people who work regular business hours and need appointments late in the day. Also, very responsive to urgent situations. I was out of town and needed a prescription filled on a weekend because I left my medication at home and Dr. Johnson promptly called in my prescription to an out of state pharmacy. Medical offices that go above and beyond minimum requirements are few and far between and this one is outstanding!

Great doctor and staff. Always there to serve the community. I recommend to family and friends.

I have been going to Dr. Johnson for the past 12 years since he is my PCP. The office is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Johnson is very passionate about his work and is attentive to the needs of his patients. 7 years ago I had an accident where I needed stitches above my eyebrow. Dr. Johnson took his time to fix my wound above my eyebrow and did it in a way that I would have a minimal scar where if I went else where I’m sure it would have not come out as good as it did. I do recommend Dr. Johnson to friends and family.

Outstanding physician!!! This is what a physician should be. Dr. Johnson takes the time to listen to you and is honest and upfront in his treatment. For the first time I have felt like the doctor truly listened to me and gave honest opinions backed up by his knowledge of current research. The staff is equally amazing and attentive to the patients. The office is exceptionally clean and organized. Kudos to Dr. Seth Johnson and his staff for doing things right!!

I dont plan on ever returning to this office. Dr Johnson was my PCP and I havent had any previous issues but I am now looking for a new one. The doctors office is modern in the sense that the doctor inputs everything into an iPad, which I liked, but they have no backup system in place. Their server went down and they werent seeing patients for a whole week! The staff also needs to work on their customer service skills. I was given short answers like Our server is down. Were not open. Patients shouldnt have to wait a full week to see a doctor when you claim yourself to be an Urgent Care facility, let alone patients that were trying to see their Primary Care Physician.2 things:Get a backup system AND train the staff on their customer service skills. They should be a little more understand and apologetic if the office is closed for a full week.

This is the best place ever, Dr. Johnson takes the time with his patients and the staff is outstanding.For those with a negative outlook, remember the office staff deals with a lot of patients I never had a problem with them. This is not an Urgent Care they are Family Practice and yes when their office opened 9 years ago no apt were necessary but as years gone by the word is out and everyone wants to see them. I drive 40 mins to see Dr. Johnson and I will continue to go there so if you Matt Rivera had a bad exp. get over it I will give them your name so that they know in case you want to see them again, same for the rest with negative feed back they deserved to know what you are saying about them... good luck finding your special office

This business doesnt actually provide urgent care services. This is a regular doctors office and turned me away because I didnt have am appointment! That was after I spent over ten minutes in the waiting room before anyone came to the front desk! I do not recommend this company! Dont go there.

I was on my way to the alt spgs hospital when I saw the sign for urgent care. I told my boyfriend to pull in and lets see if they are open and take new patients. Well to my surprise they were open took my insurance and saved me a trip to the Er. What I had was minor but really hurting and I knew I needed antibiotics. I only waited maybe five minutes before Denise called me back to the little nurses area, she took my information and took me back to an exam room I was a little nervous as most people are when they are meeting a Dr for the first time, but when he walked in all I saw was a Dr who looked like a picture of health. He just glowed hes a big man and looks like he is in great shape and health, as to me all Drs should practice what they preach. The staff is awesome Denise is as sweet as she can be and returns calls promptly if you have a question. I now have a primary that I love to go to for the minor things that pop up. I recommend this Dr highly to anyone who can not find one that they like because he is a keeper!!!!!

Been seeing Dr Johnson for 2 years now. He takes the time with every patient to make sure their needs and concerns are met. The staff are genuinely nice and care about their patients. My wife and I both see Dr Johnson and each visit they ask how she is and whats new with my family.He takes time with patients. Unfortunately this means that sometimes youre going to be waiting for some extra time. If you dont have patience or see that quality care takes a little more time then I wouldnt recommend this particular Dr and your loss. Otherwise I cant say enough good things about Dr Johnson and his entire staff.

Dr. Johnson and his staff go above and beyond for their patients. I have been going to Maitland Urgent Care for years and I have never experienced such personalized care anywhere else.

No longer just an urgent care facility. Wife was having severe kidney area pain and I called to ask how long the wait was and if they did X-rays and they just responded that they didnt have appointments. This is despite the fact that their website claims that appointments are not necessary. This place should NOT be labeled an urgent care center, as emergency walk-ins are not a priority to them. It is completely irresponsible of them to call themselves an urgent care center and to pride themselves on being a convenience to the community when they cant even take a walk-in. Its borderline dangerous to claim that you dont need an appointment on the website, when in fact they wont see you without one. Appalling practice.

Was sent by my job because they were close to us.There names should be change from urgent care to slow care. I went in with high blood pressure and almost falling to the floor and they did not show no kind of urgency to maKe sure I was ok I handed them my insurance card and liscense and pleaded for help they still had me fill paperwork while they were joking . Went to emergency room were I was relly close of catching stroke.

Been a patient for over 9 years but last Fall that all changed. I sustained an injury that required staples on a Sunday so I went to Centra Care. Due to my insurance deductible I opted to follow up with my primary, Dr. Johnson. But when I called the office to make an appointment I was told they wouldnt remove staples that another physician had put in.Then I tried to speak with the nurse and the calls were being screened. So I made the decision to take my medical care elsewhere.
