They have not handled COVID well AT ALL. I had an appointment that I called in and said I wanted to make a video appointment instead. I was told it couldnt happen until I completed paperwork and to go fill out paperwork online and submit via email. The website is old and awful and the paperwork cannot be located or has a dead link. I emailed. I called twice because I wanted to make the appointment by video as I could not do it in person based on their criteria (no other children present). No response to my THREE attempts to contact them. Guess what I got in the mail? A bill for an appointment that didnt happen, that I called and tried to modify/cancel more than 48 hours in advance. All of that aside, he is a nice and takes his time. The lack of technology in the office is a bit surprising (how are they keeping records or accessing records from other providers?). I have had to wait a long time for him more than a few times - including when I was the first appointment at the surgical center. I was planning to seek a second opinion anyway, but now this behavior from his office staff and billing error make me want to not go back at all. I will have to spend a lot of time trying to straighten out this billing error if I can even get anyone to respond to me. Oh, and if you get any kind of test done (endoscopy, colonoscopy, etc) make sure you ask about the cash price versus going through your insurance. I paid more through my insurance than if I had just paid him in cash. Sooooo......new doctor search after billing fight.

Doctor Sanjay always take the time to listen. Also explain in detail about systems. Always come up with the best treatment plans.Very friendly Doctor, even my son loves him.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Sanjay he is a professional and very knowledgeable Dr.He has cared for my son through the years.He also has a great bedside manner.He is really caring and listens when it comes to his patients.

We have been seeing Dr. Sanjay for years. Hes amazing and his staff is so nice. Hes got enough locations to help everyone get seen. Yes sometimes the waiting room gets crowded, but they are generally good about not letting it get to crowded. They usually will keep patients informed if Dr. Sanjay is running late too.

Problem after problem this week. Starting on Monday, we were told to try a different formula.l, a 45/can formula and if it worked just let them know and they would fax wic the script to change it. So we tried that Monday and Paola and Maria were both extremely rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate to the situation. Both calls I asked to speak to the ma or dr or nurse and my request was blatantly denied. Called back Tues from a private number and finally got to speak to Jennifer the ma who was much more understanding and helpful, got me an apt the next day. So here we are sitting outside the office that the website says opens at 8 but apparently doesnt open until 830 in the 45° weather. When I called I was addressed rudely again as if its MY fault I drive over an hour from deleon springs to altamonte and i4 wasnt as bad as it could have been. When the girl DID arrive to work and saw my baby and I sitiing in the cold, she walked in and LOCKED the door behind her rolling her eyes. Unbelievable.The ONLY reason I stay with him is bc the dr is absolutely AMAZING to my 3mnth old son who loves him. If you can tolerate the rude staff he has, hes worth it.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS!The staff is very unprofessional. They talk about personal stuff in the front desk. (Im an RMA so I know how all this works) I went to visit the office in Altemont Springs ( 1 hr away from home) and the Dr told the front desk to schedule my son for 2 weeks and she scheduled him for a month later in the Hunters Creek location. So I waited that month for my sons appointment, when the appointment date came up on June 14, 2019 I called to confirm if he still has the appointment at 4:30pm and Paula states that my son was never scheduled for that date and I told her how is that possible if I was given a card with the time and date on it that Im not just going to make up a random date and time and she stated that if I still have the card they can honor that and see my son. As my son being a patient and Im telling you that they scheduled him fir that day you should automatically honor that appt.I will NEVER go back my son is severally constipated and had to wait longer then he was suppose to and now I have to wait to even longer to wait for an appointment for Nemours. Nemours IS THE BEST specialist Drs for your kids!!!

Dr and staff are good.. the place however is way too small for the amount of people that go, I came 2x so far and have no place to sit, is a bit ridiculous.

Patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. I trust this physician and his staff wholeheartedly with my child.

Always a pleasure with all the staff, perfect bedside manor, listens to everything and discusses options. I bring both my children here.
