I was randomly assigned to Dr. Pham when I lost my job due to the recent covid pandemic. I wasnt sure that I would receive the same treatment that I got from my previous Doctor who Id been with for over 25 years. Well, not only did I get the same excellent treatment, I actually got better! Dr. Pham found me a prescription that was way better than any Ive had before and it was all due to her diligence in wanting to make sure I had the exact right pair contact lenses. Her staff is extremely courteous as well treating me with kindness and dignity. I highly recommend Dr. Pham for any of your eye care needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would - This company told me that my insurance will cover the cost of contact lenses and the prescription, at the end of the appointment there was a $90 charge saying that its not completely covered when I informed them of what I was told over the phone, they said that it was a call center and its the responsibility of the patient to understand their medical... I have never been charged with our insurance.This place is disgrace. Do not recommend.

So this place used to be good but not any more. Last Feb before lock down I got an exam from Dr Dryer - very good, patience with explaining things BUT when it came to getting glasses, this is the second pair in 3 years that broke, it started to go very bad. The first broke at the hinges. Took them back, was told they couldn’t be fixed and I’d have to buy another pair of frames. Went home and glued it, they’re still together. This last pair I got Feb of 2020, in March of 2020 I picked them up off the desk and left lens feel out, the frame had cracked. We were in lockdown, I taped them. Now that things are open I made another apt for an exam. Was told my insurance only covers exams every 2 years and I’d have to pay out of pocket. Called my insurance and was told that’s not true and if they give me a bad time to call my insurance. Could not get through on phone after three attempts so went in and tried to make an appointment, which took 10 mins cause the very nice kid at the desk had no idea Dr Dryer didn’t work out of the office any more. Booked with Dr Patel.Got to my appointment on time this morning and the place was jammed. One chair was left, all 6 ft apart 30 mins later I was called into a room, an assistant did the pressure test then a rather rushed Dr Patel comes in, told him how my current glasses broke after 2 months, bought on my insurance, with $150 co pay his response: “well you get what you don’t pay for.” I said, “I see”. Did the exam, told me little changed but lets dilate for total exam. He tells me I need cataract surgery. I was one of three ppl I heard told they need cataract surgery this morning. Last year it was very small, it’s still too small to see or blur my vision. I had one 15 yrs ago, I know what they look like and how they blur vision. This was right after he told me how good my eye looked. Don’t think I’m going back. There is something very wrong going on here.

I have never been so disappointed in a clinic as I am in this one. They don’t care about you or your children. They know they have a problem bc the changed managers, and it’s still bad. Been trying to get a hold of a regional manager and they won’t return calls or emails. Save yourself the trouble. UPDATESo I tried emailing to your response and the address is invalid. DEAR EYE AQUITY PLEASE LEAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS SO I CAN CONTACT YOU. I BELIEVE THIS IS A MEDICAL MALPRACTICE SITUATION!

Loved the atmosphere, the staff and the quality of my visits. I was able to be seen the same day I called and my visit was more than I couldve hoped for! The receptionist was so sweet and accommodating; the doctor was so thorough and made me feel so comfortable; even the lady who does the eyeglass fittings was so friendly and helpful! Will definitely return and make this my home base for all my eye care needs! :)

Great staff and professional care. Had cataracts removed from both eyes. I highly recommend West Coast for any eye care you might need.

I made my appointments for my 3 daughters and myself about 2 weeks ago. The rep that took my appointment asked for reassurance that my family would be there; because of the time I would be taking. When I arrived today, there was no doctor available! This pissed me off because not only did I have to take off work, but the neglected to call me. Their claim was that it was the wrong number! How? Ive been coming to you since 2015! My number has been the same for 10+ years! You didnt have a problem calling me last year when you all messed up my order for my glasses; or when my contacts were ready for pick up. Now all of a sudden on all 4 accounts the number is incorrect! I know my number and filled out the forms clearly. Maybe you need a new clerk? I tell you what, my time will NEVER be wasted again!

I wish I can give them 0 star first of all I went there with my prescription to do glasses they told me to wait 3-4 weeks I waited 5 week called they said sorry we lost your prescription ok I went there again to order another glass to give them second chance and I wait again 3 weeks called they said we cannot do anything the insurance take ab to 4 weeks I really don’t know what a company and worker they are I will never go there and will not recommend anyone to go either the worst experience

Every one is friendly. Doctor Patel is so caring and apologized for the wait. Office is clean and easy to find and get to from freeway.

People here are awesome. Answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed! I would highly recommend West Coast Eye Care to all of my friends.
