Outstanding service! I traveled to Atlanta and did not have a seal for my S10 ResMed Humidity tank and therefore it didnt work. I was in town for 3 nights and would be a mess without my CPAP. Local CPAP had fantastic customer service and arranged for a new tank to be delivered! Customer Service was extremely friendly, very understanding, and delivered my order within several hours.

I had an emergency, on a holiday, with a long vacation starting. They had the part I needed and made arrangements for me to get it. They did not have to do that. Life saver. Thanks so much.

I called to see if I could get a mask today and was pleasantly surprised to find out my item was in stock and I could have it sent by courier to my home. Of course there is an additional charge for the courier, but it really made it convenient for me because my vehicle is being serviced at the dealership today. It has improved fit and is more comfortable. Rob not only included replacement air filters for my Phillips machine, but a free heated hose and a large package of cleaning wipes. I was traveling in the Atlanta area for two weeks and left my CPAP unit at home in New York. I called Local CPAP and spoke to Rob. I explained my situation and my need to purchase a travel size unit. We spoke about about the different units and how I could obtain a prescription from my doctor. It took Rob less than 20 minutes to get my prescription from my doctor in New York. From the time I first spoke to Rob, until I had a new CPAP unit, it was only about 2 hours including my 40 minute drive to his store. He took plenty of time programming my new unit per my doctors requirements and fitting me with a new mask. Its great to know that there are still very kind people that are willing to help in a time of need. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rob.

Left my CPAP power supply cord at home in Florida and didnt realize it until 9pm Friday night in Atlanta. Panicked thinking Id never find a store open on Saturday. These folks were from 10am-1pm. Got there and Brent knew exactly which power supply I needed and it was priced very reasonably. I saw an automated device for cleaning a CPAP machine and asked him about it. Brent gave me an excellent demonstration on how it worked, answered all of our questions and with zero sales pressure, left us to ponder. My wife and I decided on the spot to buy one since I had been researching the product for some months. Brent took the time to unbox the product, walk us through its setup and use and was the total professional. Highly knowledgeable man. Patient, thorough, very easy to talk to, Brent turned my pending weekend from one of trepidation to one of easy relaxation. Brent even told me he would email me videos about this cleaning device. I thought Id get them in a day or so. Nope, we werent five minutes down the road before my phone chimed with the emails arrival. I was so completely impressed with Brent I plan on buying all my supplies from this business and having them mailed to me. That first impression was, and is, everything. This office has a 5 star review for me. I moved here from another state and started a job which insurance didnt start for 90 days but i needed to have my CPAP machine read for a physical. I spoke to someone about selling a machine. I was inforned they were interested and they asked for an email with details about the machine.... I called back and they informed me they received my information and that I would get a phone call next day.. I never received a call back... I called again and was informed to call at another time... I called again at the requested time and literally heard someone in the back ground saying tell him I will call him back... They informed me I would be receiving a call back. The call never came and I decided enough of my time had been wasted. A simple not interested would have worked rather than wasting my time... It would have been nice to have supplies locally, but I will stick to the internet for supplies.

I live in Forsyth County and was directed to a CPAP store in Gainesville by my doctor. They were expensive and thought I could do better online. I found Local CPAP after a quick search and realized that their prices were better than what I can find online. Biggest plus is that they are literally five minutes from my house! Its intimidating to order online because I didnt know what to look for, especially with masks and how to keep everything clean.After talking to Brent on the phone, Rob and Monica showed me all of their machines and I got to try a few masks to make sure they were comfortable. Great, genuine customer service, especially since this is new to me and I ask a lot of questions. So happy that I went home with a ResMed AirSense 10 and slept so well last night! My ENT sent me clear across town for a cpap machine from a company I will not mention. After being released from the hospital, it would have taken almost 3 weeks before I would get a test for sleep to be be issued a CPAP. Robs customer service and empathy helped to get me a machine only 2 days after and was able to sleep.

After several frustrating visits and telephone calls with my Former insurance company and their Program Doctor to get a prescription for a new CPAP machine, I was looking at having to go through another expensive sleep study to receive the prescription. Ive had a CPP since the early 90s and know exactly what the setting is and just needed a script so I could purchase a CPAP on-line as mine was on its last legs. The insurance company and the Dr. were only interested in running me through multiple office visits and an unnecessary (and very expensive) sleep study.Rob came into my place of business as a customer and after a short conversation, assured me that he could help. Rob provided me with the name of a Dr. I should see. I was able to make an appointment that afternoon and, long story short, I now have a new machine.Rob handled so much more than just fitting me with the proper machine. He arranged practically everything while making me feel like I was the ONLY patient he had to assist! I am completely blown away by his caring, professional and upbeat attitude and could not possibly have a higher recommendation for anyone requiring Sleep Apnea equipment!Way to go Rob. After having a sleep study done around early January. Ive been getting nothing but the run around from my doctors and the medical supply company they referred me to. After several doctors visits and calling the medical supply company. It seemed like a lost cause.The medical supply company kept telling me they needed futher information proving I needed a cpap machine. Which I didnt understand. They have documentation of my sleep study, a written prescription, and a referral from the doctor. What else could you possibly need. By this point I was tired! Literally! All I want is a good nights sleep!After doing some research. I finally started to get some results. I spoke to Rob and told him the troubles I was having. I gathered all the documentation I needed and was able to to meet with him the same day. He even stayed late. (Stuck in traffic).
