I have always had a great experience donating to Goodwill. Recently I dropped off an old desk of mine that was too small for me. When I arrived, one of the Goodwill employees was outside to greet me and they helped me lift the desk out of my car. I will continue to donate to Goodwill and this location will always be my favorite. Thank you!

The people are very friendly. Drop off is easy and shopping selection is good and nicely organized.I left my cellphone in apartment one day at closing time. I called the next day and the manager had it lock in his office. He held it until I could pick it up two days later.

The young man named Will was very good. This role model lives up to his name. I recommend paying a joyful visit to everyone’s good friend Will.

Kinda disappointed. Not the best goodwill I have visited, kinda negative energy.

Its fun to shop in Goodwill. Take a little time and you can find some awesome deals. Hint: hit the stores in the higher end neighborhoods.

MARIA was so helpful, I had bought quite a lot of stuff and came time to pay I couldn’t find my card. She was so patient with me and kind enough to leave her spot and go to customer service to see if they have my card at lost and found. And yes! They found it. Thanks Maria! You made my day!

I take my elderly mother to this store quiet often and this is the hottest store I have ever been to in my life! It is HOT in the winter, it is BURNING in the spring, and it is BURNING HOT in the summer. The heat accentuates the various smells of donated belongings and provides a year round musty aroma. If you like to sweat while you shop, this is the store for you!

The two employees are very lazy and wouldn’t come out of the building for donations. The drive through section was a disappointing experience as the employees tried to make us get out of the car.

Nice location I went here to find some vintage type items. Found some cool comic books!

I went to this location for the first time with my girlfriend. I had no intention on buying anything. A nice lady walked passed me, I believe her name was Peggy, and asked if I needed help finding something. I told her I was just just looking around. She said you know we have a bunch of Polo shirts your size right over here took me to them. Long story short, I went with no intention on buying anything and bought 9 shirts lol. Great customer service and what a sales person. All the shirts were basically brand new, name brand shirts and a couple still had the tags on them. The employee even went out of her way to pick a couple shirts out on her own to show me which I bought both of them. I have told several of my friends about this store. I’m still amazed by the customer service I got from Peggy. I will be back.

I went to this store this afternoon and it is sad what happened to me because the cashier of Mexican origin with tattoos who was with another person and when it was my turn she did not want to attend to me. I felt discriminated, abused and embarrassed for being one more Hispanic who comes to the United States to fight for his dreams and I just went to buy something and they mistreated me. I really am very disappointed by the way they treated me there. It had never happened before and no one took action or offered an apology. That is the sad reality that exists there is no respect

If You Trying to find a Great Deal on Used items this is the place. Well lit alot of spaceOnly Con I have is the Cashier I had 9 items of clothing but she was very slow took forever and quite when I was asking questions . I understand Goodwill is trying to help the community but She was getting backed up .

I have found GREAT finds here. It’s clean and organized and I miss Peggy went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend. She’s a very nice woman.

I am only reviewing the donation process here. If you want to be generous and donate your items, go donate it to people that at least can be nice and polite. This is the 2nd time Ive tried to go donate at this location, and read try--they are always so rude I have left. I am never coming back to this location. They wont even greet you, they tell you your car should be facing the other way when no other cars are there, and will never thank you or tell you to have a nice day.*This is to the employees at this location: if it wasnt for the items that people drop off for free and annoy you, you would not have a job. Try gratitude for a change*

I always have bad experience when dropping donation items. The people are rode and unprofessional.I just dropped my donations. The sign clearly asks the drivers to stay in the car and they will take care of the rest.Non of the workers came to pick up the my items when I opened the trunk and had to do it myself.I asked them to help me and they simply ignored me like I am not even there.I am so disappointed at this store especially when donations coming free to pay for there salaries.

If I am not good enough to breath your air, then you are not good enough for my money nor my donations.When did everyone become so irrational?

Today Jan 29 I witnessed how they discriminated against a person because of his Hispanic origin and these cashiers did not want to attend to her.She ignored her completely and she care about her client they should fire her for her bad attention.

My family typically donates at this location every year. We actually took the time to visit inside this location. The prices are really affordable. The best discounts are on the appliances in my opinion.

Masks are required although there is the random shopper without one. But Goodwill is about the deals.

I go to this location and a few others a good bit. I will say I do believe there is a set of customers the employees watch out for, they hold back things to price just for them, or do as someone else mention change a price. I cant prove this but believe I go there enough to know it happens. Yes the people that work there are nice enough for the most part but do believe the management at this location is not very good.

Donated several times there. Basically, the staff there are very rude and not willing to take your donation. Every time it takes at least 20-30 minutes to donate. They only allow you to donate car by car(one by one). You cant park your car and send the staff by yourself, otherwise they will yell at you. Super rude!

Took over 20 minutes to get a piece of furniture brought out because they couldnt find it. When they first brought out the wrong piece I offered to go in and show them the correct item. The acting manager/stockroom lead was extremely rude and said the numbers didnt match (we pulled the buyers ticket off of the main ticket as instructed). It seemed like she was insinuating we were trying to get a different piece of furniture other than what we purchased. When I offered to walk to the front of the store to show her the item, she said, You will NOT because she apparently thought I meant walk through their stockroom. This place has a good selection but the employees are terribly rude.

This was by far one of my greatest, if not my greatest experience at a Goodwill. I want thank you to the store manager for Tony for going out his way. For my wife and myself again Kudos five stars....

Excellent manager and employees! Everyone is so helpful if you ask! The manager was amazing and so helpful! He even said “come again!” I will always return to this location since there are both amazing finds and the employees are so kind!

Of the ATL area gws, this is one of my favorites. The selection is well balanced, relevant and reasonably priced, as long as you shop the half off items. Lastly, this location has the greatest selection of electronics, particularly stereo equipment.

Can find household treasures in great or new condition

I always drive an hour to shop at this store. I wont shop here anytime soon. Its always a problem with the prices. Today my 3 year old daughter was in goodwill she found a little pink umbrella she wanted when we got to the counter to checkout the cashier tells us we cant buy it because it has no price on it I asked her to get the manager because my baby wanted this umbrella. The manager comes out and not with a pleasant attitude my daughter starts to cry I say to them look at what you did the manger tells me to shut up. This is completely out of hand for them to treat a 3 year old toddler this way about an umbrella and make her cry. When my child gets upset she passes out. they better thank there Maker she is ok

This place doesn’t seem inviting and courteous when you drop off donations. I went there twice with car full of item and I was not thanked once for the donations. In fact, this last time two guys were standing by my car and watching as I was hauling the stuff out for them. I noticed the same for another lady that dropped off after me. It felt like they were doing me a favor by taking my donation and the other way.I did’t bother go go inside the store after this experience and I don’t think I ever will.I have been making donations at goodwill for many years in other states and I am sorry to experience such retail location. I hope I will better experience at other goodwill locations in Atlanta.

Find good deals but stocking team and loading team are poor. If you buy furniture be sure you make them load it. By far the cleanest goodwill Ive been to, and get a healthy supply of new good stuff, not the same old stuff sitting there every week like some other places Ive been to.

Best goodwill Ive been to, super clean and always has new stuff, even the stuff Im not going in there to look at I can tell it is obviously different stuff every time I go in unlike the other goodwills I been to.

The electronics guy came and took some Klipsch speakers out of my cart saying they were mis priced. This is the second time that this has happened in 9 months. The same guy. Hes a weasel and is STEALING !! HE HOOKS UP HIS HOMIES THAT COME IN AND I HAVE SEEN HIM WITH GOODWILL STICKERS OR A GREASE PENCIL CHANGING THE TAG ON A KORG KEYBOARD FOR THE 2 GUYS HE OBVIOUSLY KNOWS. Horrible place! As soon as you enter store if you smell of a public restroom! I dont know they might have had a fight the cage that day but it smelled pretty bad! Then I went into the bookshelves and the guy was bringing out books and while putting them on the shelves he was talking about his favorite books and making a propaganda of his political views and opinions! I dont think it is appropriate talk about that at work! So a van full of books took him almost 15 minutes to put on the shelves which normally takes about five minutes the most. I have been shopping at multiple Goodwills and Ive seen places where the shelves are very neat clean and organized, but here the place was quite a mess the guy did not have any room to put the new books on a shelf so he had to push them hard between the old books causing a damage to the new books and making me not want to buy them! Other departments locations cant complain! The only other thing is the restaurant I think it needs a little more attention maybe a remodeling but they were not the cleanest! I hope the management considers this review to make it a better place to shop!

Smaller store than most.

By far the best goodwill in the area. They always have plenty of things to look at and the clothing racks are always full. I have found so many expensive items for cheap.

Manager refused to discount an over priced piece of ikea furniture that was beat up. You can buy it for 4 dollars less new at Ikea... Unprofessional and lazy. I work in retail and am required to be at least polite to shoppers, disappointing.

I find a scooter and I lost my time looking if its working or not when Im ready to pay for it the manager say the tag price its wrong and they change the price for higher price $$$ my kid was so excited to buy it , the manager dont care he just change the price , that its not rightIf the items have a price all ready in floor wy they change???? I dont understand how to explain to my son the people cheat ... if we want better person in the world... but this is ☹️

The cashier is slow and has no idea wha t is the difference between a hardback and paperback book, she charged me the price of a hardback for a paperback book and I told him that it was a paper bag but he said no its a hardback, trying to make a fool of me! I understand he had the line and he didnt want to go back and cancel the transaction but it was his mistake and he was supposed to do that Im not convinced me that black is white! Terrible service!

Incredibly pricey for donations. Finding items that are priced more used than new! Back in the day the no return policy used to be acceptable because you didnt pay much for your item and knew you were taking a risk, but when the item is so high that if it ends up failing after you buy it, its not worth it. I dont donate to goodwill anymore.

I LOVE GoodWill in Johns Creek, however I feel as though there prices are a bit too high for it to be second hand and for it also to be Good Will. I of course will always go there...I just believe that the prices for a t-shirt or older pants could be marked down just a little. Im not sure how others feel, this is just my opinion.

The absolute worse experience Ive ever had in a goodwill, and Im in 12-15 A WEEK. 12 ppl in line for one register, then another one opened AND IT TOOK US ANOTHER 35 MINS just to check out. Wtffff. The two slowest cashiers Ive ever seen in my life. Before us, the lady was having conversation with the cashier, and then the cashier would stop working to have a full blown conversation. Omg

Smells moldy and its a bit overpriced for what you get. You can buy new shirts at Walmart at better prices than these used grungy shirts. Some are okay but you pay for it.
