WARNING - Not a safe place to donate. One star because its the only way to comment. My husband attempted to do a drop off at this location today. He was told they were full. He told them he just had a couple of things. This is when he was told to get the F out of there, he was threatened and called the N word! When he asked the name of the kid threatening him he was told not to worry about it he was just a temporary and he wouldnt give his name!

I called just to see if the fitting rooms would be open today before I made a trip for a pair of slacks for work. It was about 15 minutes prior to opening. Whoever answered the phone should not have answered it if they werent going to be nice. He said we arent open...what is it? When I told him he could be a little nicer, he hung up on me. Guess I will go to a different location.

Very slow moving drop off. Cars unable to park due to the line of cars blocking access to center.

This center looked so messy and disorganized the clothing was not appealing for the price they were wrinkled some were torn at the seams I was disappointed because of the Alpharetta area I expected better attractive clothesfor the price and well kept. The store was dingy looking too dark and unappealing. So sorry.

My store of choice for donations, always has pleasant and helpful staff with convenient hours.This is just a donation center, no actual shopping available - don’t be fooled by posted pics!

Wish drop off place moved faster.

The way you conduct yourself no matter where you are is extremely important. I was shopping at Publix in Bethany village and this lady caught my attention because of her mannerism and smile. I went up to her to tell her she changed my whole attitude, as my morning didnt start out good, and I thought I was going to have a bad day. In the midst of our short convo she mentioned she worked at the goodwill next to Publix. Well I donated at this location for the first time yesterday, and she still had the same bubbly personality that every work place needs. Thank you Nicole for the pleasant welcome!

Rude employees who dont mind passing sarcastic comments on people who come to donate stuff here. Would stay away from here

This is only a donation center (as the name says). A small outlet, unnoticeable. Very next to Publix.Was hoping someone to come s d pick up things at the curb / from the car. They didn’t.
