Dr. Bills has been my doctor for 7 years! He and his staff are all amazing! He always explains everything in detail and answers all of my questions!! He also spends a lot time with me at each visit! I’m never nervous or anxious for my visits with him. I highly recommend Dr.Bills!!

I’m a new patient of Dr. Jennifer Elliott’s. I saw her for my yearly annual exam and then for a infection. I was going to another practice for over 20 + years, but my Doctor had retired. I was ready to make a change and to find a wonderful female Doctor. I had read up excellent reviews about Dr. Elliot, as well as being referred by another Doctor I see. I can honestly say that Dr. Elliott is truly amazing! She is so knowledgeable, patient and has incredible bedside manner. Her communication is excellent! She will get back to you quickly via the portal. You can tell that Dr. Elliott loves what she does as well as having her patience best interests at heart. The girls at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful. The nurses are all so very warm and helpful. I love the fact that I can call the office and most often you get someone who picks up the phone. I highly recommend Dr. Elliott. So happy I found her!!!

Dr. Cohen was so nice and her nurse told me I made her day! The ladies who did my intake and blood work were so understanding and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable and their response time was very quick!

This entire group of doctors, nurses and staff are highly skilled and compassionate. Throughout my entire experience, from prenatal to postpartum, I always felt well informed and well taken care of. Another huge plus is that everything is done in one place - from tests to ultrasounds. Also, you get to do multiple 4D imaging, which is always fun to see.

Dr. Cohen is very attentive and knowledgeable of women services. The staff takes pride in the care of every patient.

Dr. Jennifer Elliott is the best gynecologist I’ve ever had. I am extremely nervous with Pap smears and she is the best at putting me at ease and being supportive and comforting through the whole process. I am a patient for 3 yrs now with DR Hsiao after finding this practice on google @ that same time I had a miscarriage. Dr Hsiao and his staff has been so welcoming and professional at the Alpharetta office as that is the office I always go to. Jocelyn and Barb are two beautiful souls they treat me like I’ve known them for years and with so much respect 😊. After my miscarriage in 2018 October when I met Dr Hsiao I was so devastated I went into depression after wanting a baby for so long.. but my constant visits was never a waste of time as Dr Hsiao who is always so bubbly with a great positive and professional attitude always do and recommend what’s best towards the next step to conceive...as I had to do my part and remain healthy. I had all my faith in God and my doctor Ofcourse and didn’t miss any of my doctors visit. Last year I missed my period the same time I had my miscarriage in 2018. I was like I hope this wasn’t a false alarm I took a test and those two lines had me speechless for the entire night.. I was so excited to call Dr Hsiao the Monday to tell him we accomplish the goal. To make this short as I can go on and on I just had my baby healthy baby girl 2 weeks ago via C-section with DR Hsiao and he did a Excellent Job and the staff at the hospital amazing ladies they were the sweetest and most caring towards me and my baby. Dr Hsiao is very smart and has a GREAT personality that’s is very welcoming which I don’t see too much with doctors these days or before I met him I should say. Thanks again to Alliance Obgyn and yes to Dr Bill as well with great bedside manners he’s great too as I saw him on few prenatal visits as well.

I am grateful and fortunate to have her as my doctor and although I have seen other physicians at this practice I only want to be treated by Emily Cohen so long as she is practicing Medicine.I normally chose wait to see her due to the confidence that I have in her exceptional level of care, professionalism and bedside manner.

I met Dr. Bills while a patient at another practice. We were going through a pregnancy with major complications and were seeing a different doctor every visit. After about 5 visits and a terrible miscommunication, we were scheduled with Dr. Bills for yet another follow up. He listened as we explained all we had been through over the last several days. He then looked at us and said You will not see another doctor through the rest of this process. I will be with you through to the end. That was 22 years and 3 pregnancies ago. I completely trust him. And Barbara is the best! 😊

I always had pleasant experiences with the nurses and staff here but after the delivery of my daughter, I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Hsiao walked me through every moment and made me feel like I had all the time in the world. He is the ultimate professional yet still warm and personable. Alliance is all about the money. They treat you like a number, not a person. You are out before you are in. The Doctor has to have an associate from the practice present as a witness for her to conduct the checkup. The privacy at this practice is non existent. The receptionist has no boundaries in her questions which demonstrates her lack of Hippa Training. The receptionist has a very condescending tone as she speaks. Her conversation is focused on financials of the visit. There is no interest of health concerns. In person, there is also racial tension at Alliance. For this reason, Dr. Elliot made a mistake by leaving Womens Health. She has really downgraded with Alliance. This have been the worst experience as her patient after so many years. However, I will never repeat the same mistake. Im no longer spending money where my health is not a priority. I dont experiment with my health.

Would not recommend this office. This was my second pregnancy with this office and I was seen by both Dr. Hsiao and Dr. Bills. Although friendly, Dr. Hsiao was extremely hasty this time around and seemed to be constantly rushing. I would be voicing concerns about my pregnancy and he would never be listening. I knew this was the case because he would just brush over what I had said or asked and act as if he didn’t hear me. This made me feel totally disregarded as a patient and also like he could easily make a mistake because he wasn’t listening. Dr. Bills delivered my baby and I had the most horrible experience!!! He has no bedside manner whatsoever, he talks to you crazy, is very condescending and on top of all of that, he isn’t thorough. I recommended this office to my friend because I had such a great experience with Dr. Hsiao the first time around and she ultimately ended up switching Dr.’s because of her experience as well. Wish I would’ve done the same before it was too late. 🥴

Recently I have had a Obgyn issue related to menopause and pleasantly discovered the depth of care provided by Dr. Elliotts practice. I was able to receive an exam, ultrasound, biopsy and lab work all in one place and in one visit! A gem of a One Stop Shop for all of my menopause Obgyn needs. Dr. Elliott is warm, knowledgeable and has a confident gentle skilled touch in her examinations. Her staff is well organized and personable. I highly recommend Alliance Ob/Gyn.

I’m on my third baby and I have been with Alliance OBGYN for each of my kids and I couldn’t have picked a better practice. I absolutely value and appreciate Dr. Cohen, she is so kind, welcoming, and really treats her patients right. The office staff is also amazing and very professional!

Unfortunately I did not like this location. I was poorly attended starting with the reception. A blue-eyed blonde named Amy, treated my husband and me coldly and was rude. She didnt like it when my husband said that I didnt speak English. I came to think that it would be just me, but soon afterwards another person arrived at the place and did not speak English either and she treated it with the same contempt. and then he spoke ill of that person to his friend at work who was close to her. She spoke badly about the language of other countries. From what I saw, she has a preconception about immigrants, because I saw in her face that she barely looked at me as if I had a contagious disease. I thank the receptionist who has brown hair and who spoke my language a little. And the nurse who also attended me was polite. But really some people in that place, especially the one called Amy, made me feel bad. I dont want to go back to that place anymore. Especially where there is a person who is prejudiced against others. But I am proud that although I am still learning English, I already speak 3 different languages ​​and soon English will be my fourth language. It didnt cost anything to be educated to people of other nationalities. The doctors are great. But some employees are not being good.

I used Alliance OBGYN for my last two pregnancies, Dr. Bills delivered my first son. I switched to them upon referral after trying two other doctors offices I was not pleased with. I have been happy with them and Northside Hospital. I am now pregnant with my 3rd child and drive an hour and a half to them.

My wife and I have used Alliance for the delivery of both our children. We honestly would never go anywhere else. Dr Bills is an expert in his field and obviously cares about what he does. He and the other physicians at Alliance have consistently been kind and attentive, always making time for our questions. Ultrasounds are done in house, by the physician; few practices offer this these days. Furthermore, deliveries for both our children were performed by Alliance physicians, not a mid-level provider or hospital laborist. It was important for my wife and I that we were familiar with who would deliver our kids, and Alliance was able to provide this. We cannot recommend this group strongly enough.

Office staff, Doctors, and Nurses are all awesome in the Atlanta location. I’ve been going to them since 2018 when I was pregnant with my daughter.

I started going to Alliance OB/GYN in December 2019 when I found out I was pregnant with my first child. I had a wonderful experience with the practice from the beginning and through my son’s delivery. The staff was great - I loved Barb & Jocelyn in particular. The doctor I primarily saw was Dr. Bills, and I knew I would be in great hands with him. He’s clearly very experienced and intelligent, and I completely trusted his guidance through several issues that came up throughout my pregnancy/delivery. I also saw Dr. Hsaio & Dr. Cohen and liked both of them very much.

My wife and I had a very positive comment about Dr. Hsiao, so we made an appointment and went to his clinic, however, due to the terrible treatment of an attendant in his lobby called AMY, we decided to give up and left. An arrogant, uneducated lady who made fun of our face for not having good enough English for her.

RUN!!! They lack professionalism and the staff is disgusting. Its hard to even get past the rude staff to even want to see a Doctor. Retrain your staff or get rid of them. They make you look bad and fortunately I will not be returning. Hard to believe theyre still in practice.

The Alpharetta office is so nice! Everyone there is so helpful and sweet. I usually go to the Atlanta office which is also great but this office is where I could meet Dr Bills. I’ve had a rough pregnancy with my first born with another OB so I’m extremely pleased that I found this practice for my second pregnancy and all the doctors are so great! Jocelyn, the MA is super sweet and fun to talk to and she had to give me a shot and usually I’m anxious but She was so gentle. I really appreciate her and the front ladies who helped me. I was confused about my insurance coverage and they were able to break it down for me. Thank you all for your help!

I have been coming to this practice since 2005 after a bad experience at a different practice I have been with this practice with all four of my pregnancies and I love it here Dr. Hsiao delivered my girls and and Dr.Bills delivered my twins last year I have never left an appointment without all of my concerns and questions answered or resolved and I always get great service from the staff they are always super friendly I feel totally comfortable with this practice and couldn’t think of going somewhere different

Dr. Bills was our doctor for most of my pregnancy. He was excellent, incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He opened every appointment with What questions do you have for me? and allowed us to ask any and all questions we had. He was also detail oriented and remembered small tidbits about myself and my husband, really allowed us to feel like we had a good rapport. Dr. Harvey was also great. He was very kind and patient, took time to explain things and answer questions. Dr. Hsiao was the one who ultimately delivered our baby. I could not say enough nice things about him; he had an excellent bedside manner, remained calm and collected throughout the birthing process, and made sure to tend carefully to both mom and babys health. We would have been comfortable with any of these doctors in the delivery room. I also want to call attention to the fabulous staff at the front desk; both Ashley and Martha were always a pleasure to interact with. The nursing staff is also fantastic. I recommend this group without hesitation.

I went for my first annual exam, pap, and STD testing. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to me. Dr. Cohen is the absolute sweetest, and she told me everything she was doing during the pap smear which was very comforting. I also pass out easily when I get blood drawn, and they were very nice and helpful when I asked to be laying down when having blood drawn.Ill definitely be back next year, thank you so much!

Yesterday was my first visit as a new patient at this practice. Dr. B was very down to earth and considerate and I felt comfortable with her right away. The staff called in my prescription by the time I had arrived home from my appointment. Even the tech who drew my blood for labs was super sweet (I am a very hard stick) and got it on her first try. I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family.

IF YOU CONSIDER THIS PLACE PLEASE READ OUR EXPERIENCE!My wife decided to go with Dr. Hsiao due to the language barrier.Once we meet with him for our consultation he said, he would personally be there once the time came for my wife to give birth. After multiple appointments we come to find out this is a multi Dr. practice and she could be seen by any of the three OBGYN Drs. We were ok with that and met with everyone. After a few appointments Dr. Hsiao kept pushing us off to the other Drs which is not what my wife wanted considering the language issue. Once it came time for her labor day we met Dr. Hsiao at the hospital, my wife was in Labor for less than 10 Hours and it came time for a C-section. The C-section was not performed by Dr. Hsiao as He LEFT the hospital without warning or explanation pretty much just disappeared and was perfromed by a random person NOT affiliated with alliance Obgyn, in other words a Dr we never met at all! For the money spent youre better off going to a different office unless you want to give birth by a random Dr. the staff is overall friendly but we were not there to make friends but to deliver a baby! So to help others to not go through what we went through is why I wrote this honest review. DO NOT GO HERE!

Amazing office! Dr. Hsiao delivered my 9 lb baby vaginally with umbilical cord being tied twice around babys neck. He made the whole process feel so light and breezy. He joked and cheered for my efforts. He is truly a doctor from God, doing what he loves so professionally. I wish that my next baby is delivered by him, too. Thank you, doctor!I also see negative reviews about front staff and Im surprised - girls in Sandy Springs office are ever so pleasant and polite, efficient. Have ONLY had positive experience interacting with them.

Just got off phone with Martha and she is so sweet!!! I used to be a patient but no longer because of a issue with a front staff member named Teresa. Teresa was a nasty rude front staff and they let her talk to people however she wanted to. I hear shes not working there anymore but my daughter can now enjoy the great doctors that I used to have access to. Thank you Martha for such the great customer service!!! :)

I would leave one star but Dr.Harvey was pleasant and very informative. However he wasn’t available for this next appointment. We decided to go with Dr.Cohen. She was very rude didn’t greet me (a first time father) as she entered the room. Her process was uncomfortably fast, uninformative and she had an I hate my job attitude protruding from her presence. Her assistant nurse was very unaccommodating as well she hovered (mouth breathing heavily)over me as I tried listen to the uninformative information Dr. Chohen provided, at a very uncomfortable distance might I add. I am however a first time father and I don’t know what to expect maybe Dr.Harvey set the bar too high but if you are looking forward to the a family friendly warm experience DO NOT COME HERE! The men are non existent as if you have no part in the pregnancy at all. The staff is no better, the other reviews here perfectly describe their personalities.

Great doctors and good receptionists but extremely long wait. Appointment was set at noon. Showed up 30mn as instructed and they didn’t take me back until 12:15pm. Then more wait to see the doctor.

This is my second time having them not send in my prescription to the pharmacy as promised. They are impossible to reach and terrible at timeliness. I have never been so disappointed in my life. They didnt send in my prescription and its been a week since meeting them and paying the expensive amount that I had to just to drop in. Dr bills was great and extremely informative, but this place is terrible overall.

Dr. Hsiao is the best doctor ever, he delivered my daughter and is going above and beyond for me this pregnancy. He probably sees a few dozen people a day but always remembers you and things about you, makes you feel extremely comfortable and warm heart. Recommends him to all my previous friends! Only reason I gave the office 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because they changed staff since my last pregnancy and I’m not satisfied at all, they don’t really care about you. It’s a very I’m personable experience compared to the experience you have with the nurses who take your blood and the doctors. I will say they made me cry my last visit because they mixed up my payments and showed no concern or sympathy and that’s the last thing you need to portray around a bunch of expectant mothers. I have been a client for over 12 years. today I was told in error that I had 3 no shows. In addition to that being wrong information since I have none, I encouraged the receptionist to do some research instead of quoting me a policy that did not apply to this situation. horrible customer service provided to a long standing client. its such a shame because Dr. Harvey delivered my daughter. But I will not be treated like nothing due to some bogus records and extreme office policy.

Very rude front Office staff.. They are not accommodating, does not give appointment as per our convenience, cancels the appointment if you cannot make it at time. Met only one doctor , she was nice but it takes so much to deal with the front office staff that I had look for another practitioner.Its not worth going through the abuse when you are pregnant

I have gone to alliance for years and not once have I ever had any staff member be rude. I dont get why anyone would say that. Dr Bills is absolutely fantastic the best in the practice.

Dr. Hsiao is informative, personal and professionally up to date on womans health. I have seen him for years and would highly recommend him if you are looking for an obgyn. Staff is personable and friendly, if you leave a message on the call line your call is promptly returned.

Dr. Bills has attended to my OB/GYN needs for over 15 years now. I followed him to Alliance and have even come back to Alliance after two of my own moves. Through 6 pregnancies and 5 live-births, I have found that Dr. Bills and his staff of doctors and nurses provide a superior level of care and concern. One thing I always appreciate is how efficient they are. What others may see as being rushed I feel is a healthy respect of my time and schedule as well. On those visits when I needed a little extra time for questions or clarification I always received it, but for those others when I really just needed to get in and out quickly (you know those numerous end of pregnancy visits) they always took care of me. Dr. Bills and Dr. Hsiao each ask numerous times if you have any questions. I really like being able to handle check-in and medical forms ALL online now. My visit yesterday was easy, slick, and smooth... they even sent my prescription renewal straight to my pharmacy electronically. For this busy mom, efficiency is a blessing.

If I could rate this place any lower believe me I would MOST of the nurses are niceBut I just recently called for a question regarding my current pregnancy considering I had preeclampsia for my first born Ive been very worried about my blood pressure I called to ask about my blood pressure being low 90s over 70 only to receive a call back from dr.bills and to be in small words insulted as in his words he said Im sorry your not sick this time. He also proceeded to ask what makes u think that this is so important for you to call at 7pm and I know it was extremely late but if he is so bothered than 1. He is an OB 2. There are other ways of saying things in a more professional way

Id like to preface this review by saying that the 1 star is purely a rating on one front office person and in no way a reflection on the doctors and most of the staff.On our last visit, we arrived a bit late due to heavy traffic taking exit 27 on I285. We didnt go during rush hour, so we didnt expect traffic to be this congested. Regardless, the line to take exit 27 extended all the way back to exit 25 (we come from Smyrna, so the drive isnt short to begin with). So, we arrived late, it happens, just like how every time we come here, we usually have to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes (first time we came to this location, we waited over an hour, no one even bat an eye or apologized for the wait), it happens, I understand. But now that we were there, I just wanted my wife to see the doctor, but we were promptly turned away. My wife had just had her blood sugar tested the previous day and it came out very high. She was told to talk to a doctor and have him/her write a prescription for a glucose meter and/or some medication. If her blood sugar stayed high, it would have negative impact on our baby. This is our first child so you can imagine how serious Im taking this. But regardless of my wifes and my effort to try and explain the situation, the front office person was completely indifferent, and just didnt care. I said even if we had arrived on time, we wouldve still waited until now to see the doctor, so why wouldnt she just let us see the doctor. She lied right to my face and said because we were late, the doctor was already with 2 other patients... Thats interesting, I didnt know the doctor could see 2 patients at the same time, especially when its during our appointment time. We can wait an hour but you cant wait 10 minutes?! Are you saying your time is more valuable than ours?! On top of that, I had to take time off from work to take my wife there. Also, I dont think the doctor decides who to see and when to see them, the front office does all the scheduling, the doctor sees whoever the front office sends their way, so its not the doctor turning us away, its the front office. She could full well let us see the doctor but she decided to abuse whatever small shred of power she had to turn us away, and tried to make it sound like it was the doctors decision. And out of nowhere, she said My name is A**, Im the office manager as if bragging, and you can talk me if you have any questions or concerns...IM ALREADY TALKING TO YOU! AND YOU ARE NOT HELPING! She then proceeded to say something about policy, and that if we kept breaking policy (kept being late), she would drop us as patients. So you are threatening my wife now?! I was fuming at this point, but my wife still managed to remain calm and nice somehow, kudos to her. I dont get how someone so unprofessional and uncaring can become the manager of anything, especially at a healthcare clinic. This turd ruined the entire punchbowl for me. I will not come back to this location if I could avoid it...Anyways, thats my rant.TLDR, theres a turd in the punchbowl at this location, go to their Sandy Springs clinic if you could.Update: 2/17/2018The reason I adjusted the rating to 5 stars is because Dr Harvey saved the life of my baby son. And in my eyes, that absolves alliance obgyn in its entirety of any and all wrong doings.
