It would cost more than what I paid for… bad businessAlthough the tech was pleasant my skin is red and inflamed. My neck is in pain and the numbing cream didn’t do a darn thing…. She tried to shame me and say you can take this pain you have tattoos… Wow just Wow not happy

They go out of their way to make you comfortable. They do impeccable work because they truly want your business and want you to look and feel your absolute best!

Today was my first time doing laser hair removal and I must say this place was the bomb. I was a bit nervous because I’ve heard mixed reviews about it being painful but it certainly was not. Shaboo did my laser and she was wonderful before she did anything she sat me down and spoke to me about treatments and the benefits of laser hair removal. She really kept me at ease. The staff and the environment are wonderful and I will most definitely be coming back for further treatments!

Ladies, hear me loud and clear don’t get teeth whitening from this place. I bought a 1-hour Groupon for zoom teeth whitening. When I got there the young woman at the front desk checked me in promptly. She was the one who also did my treatment. First, this treatment was not zoom as advertised, that was the first red flag but I figured I was already there and the lady told me this whitening treatment will work so proceeded with the treatment. After the one hour treatment I didn’t see a difference in my teeth and I mentioned it to her and she told me she saw a little difference. A couple of hours after the treatment my lips started to swell up. I got CHEMICAL BURN from the treatment. It has been 24 hours since the treatment my lips are hurting tremendously and I don’t know how long it will take to heal. Buyers be aware, there is no dentist or even an hygienist there, these people SHOULD NOT be in the teeth whitening business. GO TO A DENTIST for this treatment. DON’T RISK IT!

Shaboo was extremely nice and professional. For that I give 2 stars. I wasnt helped until 1 hour past my scheduled time, and could tell they were behind. I bought a Groupon to get my eyebrows microbladed, and feel extremely dissatisfied. My actual session was a little under an hour, and the technique used on me is not flattering at all!! The groupon said microblading and shading, but it looks like it was just microblading. I am scheduled to go get my touch-up here, and dont think this will happen. Very nice people but I am not happy with the results so far.

I called and asked for microshading. At the appointment I was told I could not have microshading without microblading. My gut told me to leave but I stayed. I really wish I would have went with my gut. The procedure took less than an hour. The shape is terrible and the color is wrong. If you look at my picture, look at the dark spot on one of my eyebrows. She went to deep here and that is permanent. The only way to get rid of that is plastic surgery. The shape is awful - she made an arch around my eye. I didn’t even go back for the free touch up included in the price. I called another salon (this time did my research and found a fabulous artist). She made my eyebrows look so much better - but unfortunately damage done by Shaboo has already been made. I’ll have to use concealer to cover up the “tail” at the bottom of both eyes. My eyebrows should not have gone down that far. I really can’t believe I trusted Cosmo Med and Spa to do such a permanent procedure. I highly recommend you run away from this place - if you go you will regret it like I did.

DO NOT GET LASER HAIR REMOVAL HERE! Please, save your skin. I dont want anyone else to go through the same awful experience. Im only grateful for the sporadic coverage with the laser because it means not all of my skin is painfully burned and blistering from this treatment.I complained it was hurting more than usual and they should have known when the red spots flared up immediately, but they continued at the same settings.

I came for a consultation for skin tag removal and received two at an excellent price when I used my groupon and paid the difference. The removal did hurt a pinch but they applied numbing spray and she counted as she was burning it off with the laser. I will definitely be back for other services, definitely. Thank you.

RUN AWAY. After this long it still looks horrible!! I have to use lip amd eye liner every day to fix what she did. I had permanent makeup done by Shaboo and it is horrible. This is after 2 treatments. I asked for a refund and she offered a 3rd treatment for free. I will NEVER let her touch my again. She would not refund so I could go somewhere else and get this mess fixed. Im stuck with it.

The place looked clean. Nice amount of space. Not one person in there but I was okay with that. The lady who did my Brazilian was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me great information. She was very quick, which I liked. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the one mistake she made was so huge that giving 3 stars seemed to good. She ripped skin off in 3 different places. I kept telling her the wax was really hot and she said that it was better that way because it grabbed the hair better. Then the next day I saw that I had patches of missing skin and Im red in other places almost 3 days after. So I know Im burned. I mean she did a good job at getting all the hair but it hurts. I probably wouldnt recommend this place.

I came here for permanent eyeliner and Shaboo is amazing! She is so kind, patient and professional. Warning!I would give ZERO star if there was any chance!!Very unprofessional Microblading service!I wish you would read this review before Shaboo messing with your face and wasting your time and money in Cosmo Med Spa & Salon.This is my only and the worst experience EVER!When you go there before the payment the staffs talk very nice and tell you that they are happy to see your beautiful face! But here is my story:I went there in March 2020 for the first treatment of microblading on my eyebrows and a lot of bad and unusual things happened. First of all, while Shaboo was working on my eyebrow I fell on the ground because the bed which I was asked to lay on for the microblading was broken and I was not aware of because it was covered by a white cloth and got back pain. I am very thin and only 110 lb, you can imagine what kind of bed was it which could not stand 110 lb! But the weirdest thing happened! Shaboo not only did not apologize me, but also she told me very impolitely that I did not lay correctly so I broke her bed!!!! I got back pain for two weeks, I visited a doctor and Shaboo did not called me to check what happened to me! Also, during the treatment, she was asking me very improper questions such as what is my religion…....This place is very unprofessional, when she was working on my eyebrow other staff were coming to the room and made there crowded and just made false admire of her how perfectly she is doing microblading and made a lot of noise there and made us distracted. Before she started working on my eyebrow, I showed her a picture of my eyebrow how they look when I fill them with pencil and asked her that I want my eyebrow to be like that picture. When she finished, I looked at my eybrow in the mirror and I told Shaboo that this is not what I showed you in the picture. She said that she will fix it in my touch up.I went there for the second time for my touch up after a month (another payed session), first of all she did not ask me about how my back pain is going on! After she finished her microblading, I told her again that this is not the picture that I showed you, but she was insisting that I need to wait more. Now after 5 weeks Shaboo is not answering any of my phone calls and texts. She has a business that she does not care and do not take any responsibilities after receiving her money!!!If you care about your face, money, time and expecting any respect ignore Cosmo Med Spa & Salon.
