Carl, Pam & Christi are incredible! We started with just an overnight shift at AG Rhodes and now we have had Senior Helpers for over a month. The two caregivers that come to help my husband at night are fantastic. I had used a company before Senior Helpers and was not impressed. The office team is always so kind and patient with me and the caregivers are so helpful. Thank you Senior Helpers!

Senior helpers is a very good company to work for. The staffs members are the best! Most especially Mr Carl. He knows how to relate with his team. Mr Carl has a good customer, personality, patience, and is very kind to whomever he encounters with.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!! I wish i could put 0 stars, but google wont let me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRAZY PEOPLE!!!! They lure you into their company and they trick you!!!! I left my old provider to join senior helpers because Matt was consistently telling me how good of a company it was and he was lying to my face constantly the whole entire time!!! I left my old provider and joined senior helpers and the whole process took about a good week and half, so I didnt have a nurse to care for my brother. (my brother is disabled and has a traumatic brain injury/anoxic brain injury) and he needs literally constant consistent care all the time. They wouldnt even send me a nurse while the process/paperwork was being handled. Anyways, the last step of the process is for a nurse to come to the house and do a final assessment. The nurse told me that Christy will be calling me shortly to let me know the day that we will officially start and when the aid will start coming out. I was waiting all day to hear from Christy and I didnt hear from her. So then I decided to call them to see whats going on. Pretty sad that I have to follow up with my case when THEY SHOULD BE THE ONES to follow up with people. And then I talk to Christy and she says an aid will start Tuesday. Now, Tuesday comes, I literally get a call from Christy and Pam two hours before the aid should be coming to my house. Mind you, I had already made plans for myself to get my own errands done since I knew an aid was going to be coming out. Christy and Pam were literally talking so aggressively to me saying that they arent going to send me an aid because I didnt choose their company as my ICWP provider that will take place June 1st. We are about a week and a half away from June 1st. Pam starting yelling and raising her voice so loud on the phone with an attitude telling me she can do whatever she wants and she doesnt want to send an aid because she doesnt want to. By law that is illegal to do, they are my current care providers and I have a disabled brother that needs help and assistance and she didnt want to send me an aid just because I didnt want to choose her company for my ICWP care provider. She was being very selfish and childish and acting very IMMATURE. Not to mention, when she came to my house to do the assessment for my brother, she was telling me how I couldnt choose my own hours. Which I find very odd because she doesnt know my schedule and I need an aid during the day when I cant care for my brother. She was pressuring me on how I need to get a house phone line which costs $50 so her aids can use. She kept saying it was $5 to get a house phone line, but when I called AT&T and Charter Spectrum they told me it would roughly be $50 to get a landline. We dont even have wifi, cable, or a house phone due to our financial funds, only thing I have is a cell phone which I NEED FOR MYSELF, not for an aid. And when I was asking her questions because I was quite confused when she had came for the assessment, she was treating me like I was a 10 year old, she was talking down to me and wasnt letting me finish on what I had to say and she would constantly interrupt me when I was talking to her. Im 22 years old, I am an adult, just because Im 40 years younger than her that doesnt mean she can talk down to me and treat me like a little kid BECAUSE I AM NOT. She has a very strong unpleasant attitude and she really thinks shes all that and that she runs everything. Its either her way or the highway. I have never seen or met a person like her before, like things have to go her WAY, which is so sad, I thought care waiver programs are there for families so families can choose on how things should be done and choose what hours they want, with Pam it is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! THERE ARE SO MUCH BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!!!!! PAM IS A VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, MANIPULATING PERSON.

I really love working for this company. The administrative staff is very understanding.

Horrible business practice, pulls a bait and switch, and rude on phone UNLESS you are an out of pocket client.  After speaking with them regarding CCSP services, they advised us to process the paperwork via CCSP to use them as the provider.  They stated they were able to do a split shift care for my mom who is a Stage 4 cancer patient.  After going through the motions (which is a major process,) they then told us they can not do a split shift care and tried to sell us on out of pocket care with more hours per day than needed.  After explaining my moms financial situation and care needs, one of the owners  (Elizabeth) hangs up on me - this is the same person who approved the split shift then pulls the bait and switch.  Now we have to go through the process again and find another agency.  Also they are very cold and Incompassionate.  If the management is like this, I can only imagine what  gets passed on to their employees.
