Dr. Abolmaali is seriously the best. He has been performing my reconstruction surgeries from my double mastectomy after my breast cancer diagnosis. Every single appointment I have had with him, he makes me feel as though I am the only patient he has that day. He listens to my questions and concerns and is thorough in his answers to me. He did a wonderful job in my after care after the DMX and will be finishing up my reconstruction in a few months.

The experience was difficult at first because it had been 27 years since my last implants. However the doctor Kamran, had a fantastic way of making me feel good about my decisions and his skillset.

I was so nervous in the beginning about having pretty major reconstructive surgery. I consulted with 4 plastic surgeons (some of them twice) before I decided Dr. Abolmaali was the one for me. I chose him because he answered all of my many questions, never rushed me, and he never felt insulted or ego bruised from my concerns. At the end of each visit, he would say, anything else? or any other questions?. He looked me in the eye while he really listened, and directly spoke to my specific worries. Id usually think of another question, hed answer it, and then ask again, anything else?. How nice to be heard and not rushed by a doctor! He is meticulous in his planning and thought process. I found him to honest and reliable in his answers. He told me the whole process would take about a year and that was exactly right. I was very scared about the surgeries at first, but he was very reassuring that I would be happy in the end and he was right. It was a smooth process from start to finish and Im very happy with the results. He did a great job and I am so very appreciative of his skills and compassion. Dr. Abolmaali can work wonders! He assisted my surgeon with a scar revision from 2 prior surgeries that left my torso disfigured badly. The scar he worked on was almost 4 inches wide and once he finished the scar revision it is now approximately ½ of a centimeter. He is very professional and is very empathetic to his patient’s needs and concerns. I would give him a 100/10 rating!!! Also, his office staff is AMAZING, they are always so polite and courteous to Dr Abolmaali’s patients. Should I ever have a need for services rendered by a plastic surgeon Dr. Abolmaali would be the ONLY surgeon I would let work on me and/or my family, yes he is THAT GOOD!!

I am 1 week post op with reconstruction surgery for a double mastectomy, and I was referred to Dr. Abolmaali by my oncologist surgeon, Dr. Arcerio. From the first visit, my husband and I knew he would be an excellent choice. He has great bedside manner, thoroughly explains your procedure, risk, and what you can expect. I never felt rushed. He also made sure I had a realistic expectation of the discomfort associated with this surgery, but thank God my experience has not been as bad as he prepared me. He never talks at you, He always talks to you and wants to know your thoughts, feelings, and questions. He makes sure you feel like family and checked on me in the hospital several times. I was back and forth between choosing him and Dr. Arcerio over the Cancer Treatment Center of America and after several consultations with both great hospitals, I know I made the best choice for me. Dr. Abolmaali, Cyndi and the rest of his staff were caring, concerned and kind. I would definitely recommend his office to anyone I know. He does a wonderful job. They answer any questions, and they like you to ask any questions that you may have concerns about.He goes over everything you need to know each visit to verify everything is correct and just in case you forget. Dr. Kamran Abolmaali is one of my favorite doctors. You will have a team of doctors, nurses and staff that will take great care of you at Johns Creek along with Dr. Abolmaali. Dr. Abolmaai is the best plastic surgeon I’ve even come into contact with! He did a scar revision on a midline incision that was originally about 4 inches wide and made it into 1 very small line. After going through 3 surgeries and being left with such a horrible incision site Dr. Abolmaai made its appearance almost invisible. He is a true artist in his craft and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of plastic surgery services!!

I didn’t have surgery with Dr. Abolmalli, he seemed uneasy about the procedure. I went with a different doctor and it went great, happy with the results.

Throughout my adolescence and youth I suffered from having small breasts or almost nothing. It was very frustrating for you to put on an outfit and feel like a man, in which it was how I felt and also bondage to the padded bra or padding to disguise. But that ended when I met Dr. Kamran Abolmaali, he and the person who brought me high esteem, the pleasure of putting on an outfit without feeling bad and feeling feminine.
