I love this gym. Exercise and fitness are the priority. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They genuinely care about their clients. The training is well done and balanced. I have turned back the clock because of Alonzo (trainer extraordinaire) and this place. I am so happy that I have Alonzo and Just Fitness 4U!Great place.

I want to be very clear with my review. In no way is this review directed towards the facility/equipment, the trainers, or people who workout here. I enjoy working out at this gym whenever I am in town. This review is completely directed to the new General Manager.He is unprofessional, rude and has a poor attitude. He doesn’t greet people or acknowledge new customers. This gym was perfect and full of energy until he showed up. Now it seems like the employees and trainers walk on ice and are depressed. And because of his presence, people are starting to take notice and are canceling their memberships. I have seen first hand how he talks to paying customers and employees and I am disappointed that the owners would hire him for a manager position. Judging by his appearance and how he dresses, he can barely manage himself.As a General Manager, you are supposed to greet customers and clients, dress professionally and treat others with respect. Not get into altercations with customers or employees in front of the gym, creating an awkward situation for people within earshot, or walk around talking on your cell phone for hours. That is just embarrassing.Pros: The gym has great equipment, doesn’t get too busy, and the cleaning staff does an excellent job of keeping the gym spotless so kudos to him/her.Cons: I mean what more can I say that I haven’t already mentioned above. I don’t have respect for a man who doesn’t treat people with decency or respect. He truly is the bottom of the barrel in terms of management experience and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for hiring him. If this gym ever wants to retain their members and become successful, you won’t be able to do that with him at the helm.I give this gym 5 stars & the GM 0 stars.

Went to check on the COVID protocols at the gym. An employee is dedicated to constantly cleaning the equipment after use by a member. Didnt see all members wearing masks.

I got a new card and my auto payments stopped. For some reason the manager couldn’t get a hold of me. Next I get a call from Kevin (assuming he’s is the manager) that he was going to send me to collections missing one month of a payment.... ODD/Red Flag!!! This caused me to cancel everything. I paid the month I missed, the current month, and the cancellation fee! The next month they charged my new card an auto payment. Common sense says if he actually cancelled my account that wouldn’t have happened. But that’s not what happened PURPOSEFULLY. There’s very shady people at this location.

I was only in the area for a month and half, but Im so happy I picked JF4U as my gym during this time. Zach and the whole staff have been so amazing. You can tell they truly care about their costumers, unlike other gyms Ive been to... The gym itself is great! Equipment is a bit old, but everything works perfectly! The only thing I wish they had was bumper plates, but it was something I could definitely work around. Apart from that, the gym was never crowded when I went, and overall really enjoyed my experience! :)

They are changing the rules on the go. After we had frozen our membership they continued charging the card. When we froze it we were told that we will not be charged until freeze is ended but they continued doing it inventing explanation on the go. Very bad overall impression. Would not recommend unless you want to pay for nothing over and over again

This place is a SCAM, they have horrible contracts. And will still continue to charge your card after you cancel your membership. I would tell everyone to stay away at all costs. This place is the equivalent to a payday loan or a title loan, predatory business preying on low income.

One of the most amazing gym I have been to, I move to different places around the country, had spent about a couple of month here. The guys at just fitness Neil and Zach helped get back to my fitness regime and the way the motivate you is amazing. They Always keep a friendly environment with everyone in the gym, always there to support you with the workouts and nutrition tips and so on. Most important of all the registration and cancellation, everything is done accordingly to ones needs they are always there to help you out!!

Couldnt update my last review but I just received the most unprofessional phone call from the manager almost a year after canceling the membership claiming that i didnt cancel anything. He was practically yelling at me and calling me a liar. These people will do anything to try and get money out of you. Please stay away from them they are not worth the headache.

Been going here for a while but up until recently I can say i’m glad i’m no longer a part of this gym. Staff is very friendly and the environment is good but me and a couple people I know have been told a number of things regarding payments and have been getting charged more and different amounts each time we talk to someone. On top of this i’ve brought in more than 5 people that have become long term members of the gym, but none of that was accounted for even though they claim to give rewards for things like that. I was thinking about giving back and investing a few thousand into the gym but after the communication on the behalf of the “owner” with myself and countless others I’m glad I chose not to.

It’s a good gym with all the weights and machines that you will ever need. They have some pretty good classes too. The price is reasonable.

I think this gym is a great value for your money. I mostly lift weights and it has just about all the equipment you could want. I also love being able to go at any time as you have 24-hour access.

Just moved to the area!! Good looking gym !! 24/7 as well and that is nice !! Equipment was clean and the staff was very professional and accommodating!! The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the daycare hours !! 10am-1pm that doesn’t work for my schedule and I have little kids !! Honestly best of luck to the gym and members wish it would have worked out better for me!! Also, good price for the area and what you get!!

Hands down my favorite gym and I was previously a member of Lifetime Fitness and LA Fitness in the past. I love the staff here, they are friendly and helpful. The gym members are friendly and fun too! Ive been a member for over a year and met my weight loss goals! Special thanks to Neil, trainer Jayson and Alonzo! The 24 hr access and childcare makes the value tremendous! Im excited to reach my year 2 strength goals at Just Fitness! CLOSE ALL GYMS! This place is a reason why gyms should be closed until there’s a vaccine for COVID. It was very crowded like it used to be before COVID and not a single staff was wearing mask. I regret deciding to come back to work out.

Great equipment, GREAT trainers, and the staff has a fantastic balance between pushing you to work hard and also being kind and friendly. I was a member before and had no problem canceling, and now that I’m back I can’t ever see myself canceling again! I’ve lost inches on my waist, gained an incredible amount of muscle mass and finally WANT to get up in the morning and go work out! It’s definitely worth a shot, at least you can try them out for 7 days, what’s the harm!

Trying to cancel my membership has been one tremendous headache. They absolutely refuse to listen to you or to reason. I think it is utterly ridiculous what they put you through to get out of a membership with them. Wouldnt recommend them simply for this reason.

Its been a long time since I had a gym membership but Ive been going here since around September and its been a great time. The equipments in good shape, the facility is clean, and the trainers are friendly and always greet me by name! I can definitely recommend this gym!

Moved to Alpharetta area about 6 months ago. Checked out a few gyms, large nationwide chains and the smaller ones, this is by far my favorite one. Signed up with them and love it. 24/7 location, staff and other patrons are friendly and clean. Multiple types of equipment and classes. Not so long ago they swapped out all the old equipment for new one. Definitely check it out.

I never write reviews but this place deserves one. Staff is very friendly and laid-back. Membership is affordable, facility is clean and spacey & it has all the equipment you need. Its never too busy and available 24/7 which is convenient. They have plenty of free classes. Also Ive been told theyre putting in saunas which is exciting! I personally spend a lot of time here and I have no complaints except maybe the music selection but thats trivial & easily fixed with headphones.

Management, personal trainers, nutritionist, and the front office staff are EXCELLENT! They have far exceeded my expectations. I feel right at home when entering the gym plus I get a great workout. The people make all the difference to make it a comfortable and pleasurable experience. They truly care about your weight loss journey!!!

If this was closer to my house (live in Cumming) I would 100% sure be a member. Great weight selection, machines, etc. Was not crowded when I went (5pm on a Friday) and the lighting in that place! Gainz lighting. Only comment Ive heard about the employees were negative (talking bad about members for there methods of exercise?) Great gym especially for the price/month. Recommend. 5 stars.

This is my gym and I love it! I have been a member for several years and I am consistently satisfied. There are many, many machines, all are always in working order and well maintained.Whatever your fitness goals are there is a machine for you here. The best part is that they are open 24/7 so you can come absolutely anytime you want. It’s 10:15 PM as I write this review and there’s probably 10 of us in here walking out, it’s fantastic.The attitude around here has always been friendly and cordial. No judgements or machine-hogging have ever been witnessed by me while I’ve been here. Doesn’t seem to be a lot of matchmaking here either. Everyone seems focused on their workout.This is a no-frills type of gym, no pools, sauna, massage, etc. Classes seem a little transient and it seems like they may have issues staffing them. I used to attend a couple but more often than not I’d show up and the class would be cancelled or moved. No biggie for me though, all of the other great qualities more than make up for it.My only complaint is the poor audio/video quality on the cardio machines but, still, this is a minor inconvenience. I’d much rather have my 24/7 access and super duper CHEAP monthly membership than all the niceties of the swankier places. Come check it out!

Just Fitness 4U in Alpharetta is a beautiful facility with a very accommodating staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Personal training was the main reason why I joined and have been very satisfied with the results!

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD..In case if you are freezing your account here for 3 months thinking you don’t have to pay that’s a mistake...they will make you pay for the months which you did not use...so be careful if you are planning to not to use the facility better you terminate the membership...And they don’t communicate it properly later they say that this is part of agreement you have signed...so be careful..or you need to loose your hard earned money without even using it...

I Have had the privilege of coming here for 8 months. The progress me and my co-worker have seen is only due to not only the motivation of others who attend but also the staff. Mr Alonzo and Jason are two of the trainers there who have personally given me advice and are always encouraging. I plan to continue my journey with this gym as I grow both physically and mentally.

Absolutely terrible service. Nobody is ever at the desk. Nobody picks up the phone. Nobody returns calls. I have been overbilled and trying to cancel a simple month to month agreement, yes here it comes, for months! Maybe this review will encourage them to call me back. If this post isnt removed then you will know they still have not resolved the issue.

ABSOLUTE WORST! Never join this gym. I cancelled my membership and was still charged for over 2 years, and once I caught it they didnt refund my money or respond to any of my emails to effectively help, not even the corporate emails responded. Lisa Solanik at the Johns Creek location, awful! Kim at the corporate office, awful. The gym itself is not nice and the staff is not helpful at all. Their MO is to steal money from people consistently. I wish there was a zero star option. Join this gym if you want your hard earned money stolen.

THE WORST. Customer service is ghastly. They charged me for a year (after moving out of the country) and refuse to refund me. Without fail, every time I called or came in to speak with someone, they had just stepped out. They never called me back or responded to my e-mails. Genuinely disappointing given that I had been a loyal customer for so many years. Gym is sub par at best. Would not recommend.

Its a gym, has most everything you need, not flashy. Membership is cheap. The staff keeps to themselves but that doesnt bother me as I like to go in and be left alone. UPDATE: The gym is now 24/7 with new RFID tags, great move!

If there was an option for 0 stars thats what Id choose. I moved to SC last summer. I was told 4 different times my membership would be canceled. The manager even told me it was cancelled. Since then Ive been charged at least 5 times. They sent my account to a collections agency so I drove all the way back to Atlanta to physically hand them proof that I moved out of state and to sign ANOTHER cancellation request. Told again it would be cancelled. I paid them the balance they said I owed (even though I shouldnt have paid that since I was no longer living in that state) They stole that credit card # and began charging that one.How the hell do I get away from this?!?!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I have a free membership through my Medicare advantage health insurance. Their new Silver Sneakers class is great. I modified their beginners workout to accommodate my bad knee. Check at their front desk to see if you are eligible for a free membership.

I have been a member of this gym for 8 years love the staff and the equipment the only thing I dislike about this gym is they.have let alot of member in who are rude and I stop working out for along time and started back last week hoping thing were better but this morning it was the same old thing I am going to probably going to check out some new places and quit this gym.

I have had the worst time trying to cancel my membership. Months ago I explained via email and phone we were moving out of state. I am now constantly getting phone calls about my monthly $19.99. I was told via email that my membership was cancelled yet they are still calling me! I am so upset that I have been treated this way. When I signed up, I was told how easy it was to get out of the contract. I guess they expect me to commute from Kentucky to go work out!!!

The equipment is fine but the staff is horrible. They have high pressure sales tactics (more than the usual gym) and I had to fight for them to cancel my month-to-month account. They sent me to collections for not paying and claim they lost my cancellation. I know its cheap but its not worth the headache in my opinion

This is the worst place to take membership. Once you enroll, it is impossible to cancel membership. I have cancelled my membership 4 months back and they continue to bill me every month. There management will change and they will not take ownership of your agreement with previous owners. STAY AWAY from this place. Try a more professional one which does not treat you as a bonded labor.

This gym has gone so far downhill. Ive a member for a while and theyve recently brought in a new customer service staff. They suck now. I get random charges on my billing that are a pain to correct if they are corrected at all and a lot of equipment needs maintenance. Dont go here.

The best fitness gym near my gouse

This is one of the worst gym I came across my entire life. Customer service is horrible and you may end up waiting for weeks to get you card changed or talk to physical trainer. Worst part is director of physical training forgot my appointment. Stay away from this gym!

They are cheating customers and charging more money ... And not responding

They charged me twice as much this month for the membership i was told would be 20$ every month, and after trying to cancel before the date it was scheduled to renew. And when I tried to cancel they gave me a fake email telling me to email them there for cancellations. And as an Icing of the cake, after being told they would not take money from my account month to month, that i would pay in person, they have been repeatedly doing it.

Love the workers there.
