This might be the hardest practice to get a hold of someone when you need any sort of non-emergency assistance, e.g prescriptions request/refills. Customer service is terrible despite having good provider service.

The entire staff is very friendly abs helpful. Waiting time was minimal. Dr. Sergile is personable, professional and helpful.

What ever you do avoid this practice. I rescheduled an appointment and they dropped the ball and didn’t reschedule the appointment. I drove all the way from Ball Ground to Alpharetta at 6:30 am for a 7:30 appointment. They offered no explanation or apologyFor their incompetence and inefficientcy. I can just imagine how they would be with your healthcare.Caveat Emptor! Buyer beware.

Great experience at the Alpharetta office everytime I have gone for the past 15 years. I have always seen either Leslie Jackson or Virginia Bundy.

Absolute WORST place I’ve ever gone. Sat forever in the waiting room despite being on time. Overcharged me for services (I was referred to specialist), and they refuse to call you back to discuss even after 10 voicemails left. DO NOT go there. Screw them.

Got referred to a thyroid specialist by my physician, and when I got to the specialist she had no clue why I had been sent to her and said there were no notes about my symptoms in her system. They hadn’t transferred my notes over to the doctor they referred me to. My labs came back normal from the specialist, and when I called back to hear what my original notes said I was told that my thyroid levels were never messed up and my notes from my physician said I didn’t have to seen an endocrinologist. I was told to speak to the office manager and dispute my bill, which was high because that specialist isn’t covered on insurance. When the office manager finally called me back 5 days later, she told me the person that told me to dispute the bill read me the wrong notes, and that my physician said my levels were high but the endocrinologist said they weren’t.Long story short, this place is a mess and can’t keep up with their own patients. They don’t pay attention to simple notes. I will not be returning here and would not recommend going to this office. My doctors were Dr. Zedah and Dr. Denman. They mix up seemed to have come from their assistants, not from them, but either way I would not recommend them.

Leslie Jackson FNP is the best NP I’ve ever seen, she really took the time to talk about my concerns and I was only scheduled for a physical. Appointment started on time and she made sure we went ahead and did the works since it was my first visit with her. Also gave me great online resources to cost compare for pharmacies and to find a therapist that would be covered under my insurance. So pleased she is my new PCM and I couldn’t be happier! Miranda was my MA and she was sweet as can be and really made the whole experience great. So pleased with this location as I just moved here and was not sure what to expect!

Ive been a patient for may years. I see Dr. Tellakula and she is awesome! I never feel that she is rushed. She takes her time and listens to my concerns. I saw her last week. Was called back to the exam room promptly and she came in soon after. On some previous visits, I have waited a little longer than preferred to be seen, but this doesnt happen a lot.

I have been going to the Woodstock office for over 13 years, and its nice to finally have an office that is basically right across the street from my home. Leslie Jackson, NP-C was AWESOME! The entire staff was welcoming, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Please do not waste your time at this practice. Its a revolving door of doctors with no continuity and spotty care. The nurse staff is great...cant think of anything else positive about the practice though.

Made an appointment to see their thyroid specialist. I have family history and symptoms that are concerning and lead me to believe that there may be underlying issues. My ob/gyn hasnt run full tests, just basic tests. They have called me several times this week in preparation of my upcoming appointment, basically stating that theres nothing wrong with me since I havent been diagnosed. Isnt that why you see a specialist? Because certainly not ob/gyn isnt specialized in that area. On the phone they started backpedaling, saying that Well your insurance might require a referral anyways, etc etc. We dont start patients from scratch. I checked my insurance, no referral needed. I found you guys on the insurance website. Dont worry about the appointment. I dont even want to deal with you guys anymore. Havent even met the doctor and I already need a new doctor. Stupid.

Doctors are nice and very helpful and knowledgeble, the front desk staff is horrible no basic manners..

Have been going to Dr. Elizabeth Sergile for about 10 years. Shes one of the best in the area. Never feel rushed, talks to me and my children about our issues/ailments and is just fantastic! So glad shes joining the Alpharetta office from the Johnson Ferry office. Cant wait!!

I was looking for a primary doctor decided to call Northside perimeter in Alpharetta to be seen by doctor Deanna Roy for my physical in June 2016, the first thing I asked the scheduler if they are in network with my insurance he told me yes. on my insurance card is indicated to send all labs to Quest, the lab tech send my lab to Labcorp, in August I received 1st bill is a past due bill, the second a collection notice. I called northside perimeter spoke with Jessie I guess one of the manager, he told me he will take care of it that was in August, when received the collection notice from labcorp called him again he stated he will have the billing take of it , NO ONE DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT, MY NAME IS ON THE LINE FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE, NO ONE RETURNING MY CALL, VOICEMAIL STATED THEY WILL RETURN YOUR WITHIN 2 DAYS NOW IS FIVE DAYS GOING BY NO CALL FROM NO ONE, MY FIRST TIME TO THIS PLACE AND IM GOING THRU THIS ISSUE, I WILL NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. THE FUNNIEST THING IM A MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST, THEY HIRED BUNCHES OF PEOPLE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOB, AND NO ONE DOING ANYTHING ABOUT. I WILL GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE BEFORE I GET A LAWYER INVOLVE.I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED ANY I KNOW TO NORTHSIDE PERIMETER IN ALPHARETTA

Extremely rude person on appointment line - I called to make an appointment and spoke to Sherry who apparently thought I was annoying her by the way she answered the phone and kept speaking over me. Very disappointed to be treated like I was an inconvenience.

Great service from the front desk, to nurses, to the Doctor. Front desk remembers my kids and asks about them when I come in.

I liked nurse practitioner Leslie Head well enough but the office staff is incompetent. Left two messages with her nurse and over four days later from the second message I am still waiting. Wont be back again. hope they improve their customer service.
