Patient with Shady Grove for a long time here in Atlanta. While many of the doctors are good, the company is so SHADY that it becomes a terrible experience. Ive been owed a refund for more than a year.The office staff is just horrible. Ive had many reach out that had similar terrible experiences and if you read reviews from across the nation (Shady buys up offices across the USA) it is bad across the board. Be cautious!

Extremely disappointed that I chose this clinic.I made an appointment for my wife to go to Shady Groves, based on the good reviews. She arrived to the office, the door was locked and no one would let her in. She knocked kept knocking and eventually we had to call to get someone to open the door for her. After waiting outside she then had to wait for over an hour before being seen by the physician. The so called hour and a half initial consultation was less then 10 minutes of actual time with medical staff, that just left us with many unanswered questions.

I had my consultation already, but from the start I knew I was at the right place. Dr. Desiree McCarthy-Keith, MD made me feel comfortable and gave me a lot of much needed information. There no doubt that I will conceive. Im very happy with my choice!

My Life Changed after Choosing GRSDr. Namnoum and Tracy were such a delight and made the process as smooth as it could be! We had transferred from a larger, much busier fertility clinic and were relieved to find GRS for a more personalized, hands on approach. I immediately felt more comfortable after sitting down with Dr. Namnoum. Being assigned a team at GRS where you get to see the same nurse and doctor each visit made the process much easier and less stressful. Every staff member I encountered at GRS were helpful - even in billing which was great!! I highly recommend going to GRS if you want a personalized experience and have a hands on doctor.
