Ive been seeing Dr. Syed for 8 years and just recently discovered that one of my medications that I’m supposed to be taking for my stage 4 kidney disease has not been being prescribed or filled by her or my pharmacy. People make mistakes but w a stage 4 kidney patient it is unacceptable for any doctor to make mistakes like this. My blood pressure is through the roof! And when I called to find out some answers, all I got was rudeness from the receptionist. She sounded like she just came out of the ghetto and wouldn’t even answer my question. If I were in need of a primary care doctor, this is the last place I would go to!

Dr. Sayed was really hospitable and affable. All medical staffs are nice and cooperative. Would recommend.

Changed to this doctor a couple months ago. For a female doctor I am disappointed. She refused to refill my prescription for my birth control that I’ve been on for 2 years without me paying a copay and taking time off work to come see her in the office. Birth control should be an easy process but doctors like her just want to make money and waste your time. Being a female is hard enough but birth control should be more accessible. This is inexcusable. Staff is also rude. Will be changing doctors.

Dr. Syed is our family doctor, we have seen her many years, she always took time to listen to your concerns, my husband and I are both very comfortable with her patient care and professional knowledge, will continue go to her for our health care needs.We recommend her for your physician.

Very caring and thorough and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Everyone is kind and polite and pleasant to deal with. Prompt phone calls to inform you of your test results. They take your health and safety seriously by wearing masks and disinfecting all of the common areas. I have been a patient for six years.

I see Dr. Aazrum Syed in the Alpharetta office. She is a very thorough doctor. Very easy to talk to and explains information I need in detail. She takes the time I need on every visit. Her staff is very supportive and helpful when I have questions. The office is well run. I appreciate that I feel Covid safe when I visit the office.

Dr. Syed is the best PCP. She really takes time to evaluate you and truly LISTEN to your concerns. I’ve been her patient since 2016 and I drive over 40 miles to see her. Hands down, best doctor EVER!!!

I love them all I think the receptionist should be more knowledgeable but she is very friendly and welcoming.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Syed. I came in to establish my care with her and discuss an issue Id been stressing about for quite some time. She was able to help me figure out exactly what it was and get me started on the appropriate treatment. I feel so much better and wholeheartedly trust Dr. Syed and the care she provides. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to give her a try! Office staff were also very kind. Care was quick and efficient as well!

Very clean, orderly and great patient care.

The staff is very rude and not helpful. The wait time after checking until to see the doctor was almost one hour. Because of these reasons I am thinking to change the doctor.

Dr. Aazrum Syeds office runs smoothly, her staff is friendly, polite and I am always called from the waiting room within fifteen minutes. Dr. Syed is kind and attentive, she makes me feel comfortable and gives me her undivided attention. She takes the time to answer every question and will explain in detail her treatments and any medications she prescribes. I gladly give Northside Primary Care five stars. At this office you will get plenty of TLC.

I chose this office based on Google reviews and wish I had done more research before deciding to visit. I think if you want a very basic primary care doctor, Dr. Syed would be fine. When I arrived for what I thought was a new patient appointment, I was told I needed to decide if I wanted a routine physical or a “sick visit”. Because I had some specific concerns, I was told I’d need to choose the latter to have them addressed. After my vitals were taken, I saw Dr. Syed and explained the issues I’ve been dealing with. She made a few remarks that made me uncomfortable, such as “you’re extremely emotional” and when I wanted to discuss my preferences (such as avoiding certain medications and wanting certain labs done) she was very dismissive. I think I would be happier with a functional medicine practitioner who is more adamant about my health as a whole rather than immediately wanting to prescribe medicine and treat with a “bandaid” if you will. Dr. Syed is probably a fine practitioner, just not the one for me.

Dr. Syed has been my doctor for a long time. She always takes time and explained my problems. Very pleasant and easily accessible. I recommend her to my family and friends.

Why have Spanish as one of the languages spoken if you do not speak it. Completely misleading. Wasted my time.

Routine visits..no complications.

The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. Dr. Syed patiently listens while you explain your symptoms and always makes sure shes covered/tested for all the possibilities. Also the five times I have been here my appointment has always been on time. I am so thankful this practice has a location near me.

Dr. Syed has been my primary for nearly 2 years now. She is very thorough, takes her time to answer any questions and usually sees me within 15 minutes of my appointment time. I never have any trouble getting an appointment on a timely basis and no trouble getting prescription renewals, referrals, etc. I would highly recommend Dr. Syed for good health.

If any doctors or PAs here recommends you get any outside imaging or lab work done don’t leave before talking to one of the patient care coordiantators. I didn’t even know this was an option and I didn’t review my doctors orders with them before having the outside imaging done. Long story short the doctor order the wrong type of image and a second image had to be done to get the actual diagnoses. It ended up over doubling my cost all because the dr ordered the wrong image. This all could have been prevented by a quick stop by the patient care coordinator desk. Don’t leave without seeing them.

The office staff are nice. My first visit was extremely rushed. It lasted about 15 minutes. I was being prescribed new medication and had no idea what it was. When trying to gain insight on the medication, the doctor seemed frustrated. I am still unsure what exactly my medication does, I will ask my pharmacy.

Staff extremely rude and unprofessional, you need to sign and ring the bell and wait for long time until someone get to you. You have no idea if someone has been notified. It seems no one is working inside. Plan to wait for long time. Doctor is a nice person.
