I’ve been a patient here for years. The doctors have always been amazing. The new front door staff/nurses have really made this place a lot better. They are all nice and friendly as the ones prior were not pleasant at all. So glad to see this change.

The attention at the check-in point is very kind and fast.The Nurse -unfortunately I don’t remember her name-was very courteous and professional, she have explained me every single detail.Dr Reddy is very nice and professional

She was very attentive to my health issues, took time to listen and explain in detail.When her staff Karishma drew blood in her first try without even feeling the pain of needle going in was totally different than some experiences I had in the past.Great place. Alpha Family Medicine is a wonderful practice, all the staff is awesome and very attentive. Whenever me or my wife needed something it was done so quickly! Dr. Reddy is caring and really listens to your needs, if she doesn’t have the answers she will refer you to the right provider! All around great experience at Alpha Family Medicine.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a physician for me and my husband. Dr. Reddy is a GREAT doctor she was able to answer our questions and provided valuable knowledge about nutrition. I just love Dr. Reddy, she is so caring and easy to talk to. Such a wonderful NP also. They get you right in for appointment, hardly any waiting time. Hopefully, they get a new receptionist which I think they did do because she would never answer your phone call if she was on another line or call you back ever. I love Dr. Reddy, she educates herself before seeing you, remembers your last office visit and all test ordered, results and referrals, before seeing you with answers. As you all know, just being a number or not feeling that your Doctor knows you is a big concern. I really like her, she is very personal and you feel able to open up to her about very thing.They do need to update some of their Doctors addresses when doing referrals. Did bring that to the secretaries attention my last visit.

Dr. Shyla Reddy was very patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. She is very willing to listen and provide solutions to all of my concerns. Very relaxed, the whole staff is very gentle and caring. My husband did mention his thanks to nurse as he couldn’t feel the needle during his blood work. I got annual checkup and Pap smear test all in one checkin. So thankful we found Alpha Family Medicine.

Recently we have been to Dr.Reddy for my wife annuals. Our experience right from the walk in until walk out was friendly , relaxed and outstanding. The doctor, The Nurse and the intern were very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. The Nurse who collected blood sample from my wife was caring, she is the best Nurse. My wife did not feel the needle pain at all. The intern noted all our questions and answered them to her knowledge. Finally Dr.Reddy, she was awesome! . Her manners, knowledge, down to earth attitude ,patience and the way of talking were fantastic. She listened to all our concerns and answered our questions very patiently. She is especially attentive to the problems of older patients. My mother passed away at 98 in 2018. I have been very greatful to doctor Reddy for her care of us. Hollan is so amazing. I have to get blood taken every 6 months (I have a HUGE fear of needles and blood) and she makes me feel so comfortable and always gets it right the first time, never had to poke me more than once. Highly recommend requesting to have Hollan as your nurse when you attend. Very nice place with very nice people.

Horrible customer management with an office manager who does not care to return calls on customer issues and dismisses problems without investigation. Numerous issues getting meds filled. Based on a poor web review this practice decided to stop seeing me but neglected to tell me until after I had confirmed the appointment, about an hour before I was due to get a refill for medically necessary medication. If they had told be after the review I could have found another provider but instead I will have to find another doctor with no time left on my refills. Combined with previous poor experiences I would recommend going to a doctor who is able to properly manage their practice and not one that creates medical emergencies because somebody doesnt like them. I am beyond amazed that somebody who has taken an oath to help people would participate in this behavior.

Dr. Reddy is a warm, caring, learned physician. I appreciate her approach of the partnership between patient and doctor to healing and wellness. Unlike most other conventional MDs, she is confident enough to be receptive to hearing and learning about a functional medicine/integrative approach to wellness....I am so appreciative of her for that receptivity and of her engaging personality.

I had my first pap smear here and Dr. Reddy was wonderful! She and the nurse chatted with me for a few minutes beforehand to relax me and Dr. Reddy told me everything she was going to do before she did it. I expected it to be a stressful experience and it wasnt stressful in the slightest.

Dr.Shaila Reddy is really good.She discuss your problems, and test results in a detail with patience & recommends you solutions other than medicines too, what else a patient want ! Staff is also nice. Overall, my experience with Alpha Family Medicine is good.

I like that Dr. Reddy is patience with me. I recently just found out I had hypertension and it was very high at the time. I was afraid I was going to have a stroke. Dr. Reddy assured me we could get it lowered and that made me feel better.

EDIT:Medically Necessary appointment cancelled without notice and practice refusing to see me without notification. I had to call to get my meds filled to find out I had been removed from the schedule. I will be reporting this to the state as this level of care needs to be brought to the notice of the state. I feel bad for the office employees here who have to deal with the doctor who cant have her shortcomings reviewed. This practice obviously is not centered on helping the community. Office manager still has not returned my call. Absolutely abhorrent behavior from a supposed professional group.The PAs here are great, but I have some very serious reservations as to the knowledge level of this doctor. Trying to reach her has been impossible having used their horrible web portal and also having messages. I have heard this is a reoccurring problem. Dr Reddy can not find decent staff and when she does, they will move on quickly. This truly is disappointing as the location is ideal, sadly the doctor elicits no confidence and a quick search will contradict her findings and her knowledge of the actual medicines is just horrible. Edit, just called the office manager back to discuss this issue and apparently this happens so often that it isnt even memorable.

Dr. Reddy is fine... When you finally get to see her. My November 2016 annual physical appt was at 2pm. They had issues verifying my insurance. It took them 3 HOURS to see me. Turns out my insurance was fine, and it was their error. Against my better judgement, I returned today (02/09/2017) with a severe case of laryngitis. The same thing started all over again!! The nurse showed me her computer screen to show me that the insurance was not being accepted, and half of my information was typed incorrectly! My birthday, address and more were completely wrong, not even close. I didnt have time for their runaround today, so I went to my local urgent care. They werent even concerned or apologetic!! I will NEVER go back.

I would give Dr Reddy 0 stars, but 1 star is the minimum it would accept. Dr Reddy was my elderly mothers doctor. When we would call with questions regarding my mothers health, she would not return phone calls, time and time again. The only time we would get a return phone call from her office is if they had a billing question. In my opinion, her lack of responsiveness put my mothers health in danger. I would never, ever recommend Dr Reddy or her practice to anyone!
