Came to Milan Eye Center due to some pain I was experiencing in my left eye and the staff there and Dr. Vira were extremely friendly and efficient in taking measurements of my eyes and assessing my issue. I’m glad the recommended approach was to give me a non-surgical solution before jumping directly to a surgical solution. Fingers crossed! Would recommend Milan for anyone looking for an honest assessment of any eye issues!

I had cataract evaluation and surgery on my first eye. I have been very pleased with the experience. I had a very thorough evaluation and was given options based on my situation. I received a series of videos to watch about cataract surgery and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. They explained ahead of time what to expect during surgery and recovery. I met with someone to schedule the surgery and follow up visits at one time and I was able to get all of the eye drops and post surgery eye protection from the Milan Eye Center. The surgery was quick and easy and all the staff was very knowledgeable and professional.

What a great experience because I did not know what to expect. One day after the surgery my sight in my right eye much better. I also added the lens. A great experience and a great medical staff.

I just couldnt recommend Milan with good conscience. What seems to work - clean office, reasonable scheduling, wait time within 20 minutes or so of appointment time, Dr. seemed competent.But all is called into question with the following. I was referred by internist for complete exam including refraction for new prescription. A tech teaching a tech later followed by an intern completes virtually all tests. Dr. follows up at the end and looks over results and does some checking of his own.Starts to fall apart...leave with prescription to get new glasses. Fill it elsewhere (they dont sell frames - no big deal, not their thing). Pick up glasses with new prescription and it is clearly VERY wrong.Continues falling apart...get new exam at regular optician; prescription from Milan is WAY OFF (not just a little). Have to refill prescription and optician does Milan a huge favor (no charge for new exam and no charge for redoing four pairs of glasses). One heck of a professional courtesy by Briggs.Heres where it comes unhinged...I call Milan to let them know, struggle with the system to get a hold of anyone (best luck is to hit the new patient button) and share the story with the woman on the phone (after asking her if she was the one that I should talk to regarding how events unfolded - she says that she is the one to tell). I tell the story. And now these are direct quotes...she says, oh, someone should have told you that vision prescriptions and refraction arent our specialty, we arent as thorough with those. I said, youve got to be kidding; is that really your marketing message?. She says again, someone should have told you. I let her know that Milan both sent me out the door with a vision prescription and charged me for the effort - not to mention that they clearly had an investment in the machinery so must consider themselves somewhat adept. Never once an apology. We signed off with me asking that she pass the experience along. Who knows if she did or didnt. Just awful.Needless to say, if youre not thorough in one area of an exam that it pretty much calls it all into question. Or just say up front, as your phone operator suggests, that youre pretty good in this area but not very good in others.I strongly recommend that anyone considering Milan consider alternatives. Or go ahead and I hope that you only experience the pretty good at what they do stuff.

Had a great experience here. Dr Easley took care of me and was fantastic. I had eye issues for 2 weeks and had tried multiple things to fix. Come to find out after a very thorough exam I had a piece of glitter piercing my eye. Dr Easley removed it and I can’t thank him enough. The office was spotless and everything and everyone from start to finish was very kind and professional. 100% recommend!

We arrived slightly early and were seen within a few minutes by a tech. After a brief 10 minutes in another waiting room my daughter was seen and the doctor was fabulous. I would definitely recommend them!

New place, very very poor markings hard to find. No expense spared on interiors, makes me worry about fees. Long wait yet I was 30 minutes Early. Nice staff in front. Tech was pleasant. Dr was nice although a bit remote. No regard for patients financial situation or ability. Prescribe 1 oz of steroid drops cost $225. Could have discussed options but did not.

Dr. Desai and team are outstanding professionals! After 8 years of discomfort and vision issues, he was able to quickly diagnose where countless others had passed off the issue as “unusual”. An action plan was put in place, which included surgery, and within 10 days, the surgery was complete. Late in the evening of the day I had surgery, Dr. Desai called me to check in. It is such a rarity that a doctor calls to check in, I was pleasantly surprised. It certainly gives you a great level of comfort and confidence. My entire experience from checking in at appointments, being tested by the technicians, and even working with the team over the insurance and billing, they all far exceeded my expectations. Every person made me feel important and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend them. You will not find a better team.

Everyone here has been fantastic and great to deal with. They took care of the cataract in my left eye and in two weeks will do the right eye.Again, everyone I dealt with is positive, polite, and quite capable at their job.

I am a new patient and have no complaints my first visit. Everyone from me first walking into Milan eye center was professional, welcoming, very nice people and made it a smooth as possible experience. Ive been so annoyed with my eyes and tried different things to make it better. Even had an antibiotic prescribed from an over the phone doctor from elsewhere that did not help! Milan eye center is a life saver and was able to even see me the same day I contacted them for my emergency need. I just started my medicine yesterday but I am already seeing some progress for improvement. They did not rush and made sure to check me out to get to the root of the issue with my eyes. My first time ever having to go to an eye doctor and receive treatment has been an amazing experience and they made me feel like they care and not rushed just to get in and out. That is the most important thing to me when I have a serious issue that I hope for other patients too. I have a follow up tomorrow and I am praying for good news following up with my eyes. What a great experience! They accommodated my request for a same day appointment. Masks were required which made me feel good about their concern for their employees and customers. Their waiting area was professionally done with clear signage for social distancing. The staff was friendly and efficient. I felt welcomed for my first visit. I was experiencing eye pain and discomfort but Dr. Easley was gentle and efficient during the exam and assessment. My prescription was sent directly to my pharmacist and checkout was a breeze. I have had eye problems for so many years. I explained my issues to them prior to making an appointment. I specifically asked to see an Ophthalmologist and when I arrived I was seen by an Optometrist. My eyes hurt so bad. They did absolutely nothing to help me. They gave me some Blink samples like the ones I already bought and they gave me an expired sample of a steroid. I was charged a $200 deposit and after the visit they tried to charge me an additional $50 but I said why and they changed their minds. This was an absolute waste of my time. If anyone knows a good eye doctor that can help me I would greatly appreciate a reply.

Great people. Good equipment. Very clear discussion with Dr Christopher Easley. Location is convenient. The facility is pleasant and roomy. Plenty of parking.I interacted with four people during the visit. They were all charming, sincere, and professional. I was particularly impressed with their orchestration to keep a number of patients from waiting for more than a couple minutes.

My procedure was streamline from beginning to end.The results were beyond my expectations...,,I had immediate visual improvement after the 15 minute procedureI can now see the clock when I wake in the morning !!It’s wonderful to have such visual improvementsTo enjoy everyday.... I’m excited

It is a beautiful facility. When you go expect to wait and wait some more. And after that wait again. For the initial consultation we were there over 2 hours.Also, expect to pay IN FULL what your insurance does not pay before they will touch you, no matter what it costs you will not get taken care of until you pay in full, doesnt matter why!The people who work here have 0 personality. I dont think I saw anyone smile the entire time I was there, even when dealing with you, it is really sad. My husband has a problem with communication, they dont care, 0 compassion.I will say they did work hard to get us approved and scheduled before our deductible started over again.I think I have said enough. If you are looking for compassionate, friendly staff DO NOT go here.

I just had my right eye done yesterday and it was an unbelievable experience, nothing like I thought it would be. There was no pain at all, it was very fast, I didnt even know that they had started, much less finished! I got the Symphony lens and it was worth every penny! Right after I got home, I could get on my computer without my glasses! I dont need my glasses and the colors are brilliant! The doctor was fabulous! I would recommend Dr Desai to everyone! The nurses, helpers, everyone was so friendly and helpful and it was well worth it! The drops are not bad, the recovery is not bad at all. In fact, I drove myself to my day after surgery appointment!

I’ve dealt with issues with my eyes off & on since 2016. We’ve moved several times so I’ve had to find a new doctor each time. Most recently I was seen at Woolfson but didn’t have a good experience there. When I had a flare up recently & called them, they couldn’t see me for weeks. My optometrist referred me to Milan & I was seen the next day. So far I really trust that Dr. Desai knows what he’s doing, & I am typically very hesitant to do so because I’ve had such a hard time in the past. Everyone that I’ve spoken with on the staff there was very friendly & listened to all of my concerns.

I was very pleased with my first appointment at Milan Eye Center. Originally made my appointment online via zocdoc over holiday weekend. Appointment was Tuesday morning and I received a call advising the Dr I chose was not available. I was asked the reason for my appointment and the service person said I would be better going to another office to help me with my concern. I was able to get in a couple of hours later. I was impressed by the technology that Milan utilizes having just been at an eye center in Florida a couple of months earlier that did not have the state of the art equipment that Milan is using. I highly recommend Milan and have complete confidence in their capabilities.

Milan Eye Center is a great company. From the first visit for an evaluation to the actual surgery to the follow up checks I was very impressed with everyone I met, from the receptionist who remembered me, to the techs who tested my eyes before and after, to the nurses on the day of surgery, to the surgeon who not only was expert but evidenced a caring manner, I was impressed!

On a last minute call to make an appointment, I was able to been seen by a doctor that afternoon. When challenges at work waylaid my departure for the appointment, I called to let their office know my status. I was told to press on, drive safely and we’ll see you when you get here. Upon arriving 30 minutes late, I was pleasantly surprised by spacious, modern, sleek and well appointed waiting room. My front office receptionist was equally as pleasant, friendly and compassionate to my situation. The check -in process was unbelievably quick and smooth. I was willing to wait as long as necessary so I could be seen and treated before going out of town. I waited 5-6 minutes before being called back to begin the initial exam. Dr. Easley was prompted, professional, thorough with his exam. As well as explaining the treatment care and procedures. This entire experience could not have been any better!! Today I had the pleasure of visiting Milan Eye Center for a problem Ive been experiencing for the past few years.From the time I spoke to the staff on the phone with scheduling to the moment I came in today, Ive been so impressed.The attention to detail and thorough eye exam from Dr Virani was the the most comprehensive Ive ever had in my life.She taught me things about my eyes I didnt even know, and now Ive got hope that my problem will improve and I dont have to be embarrassed anymore about my eye tearing.I highly recommend Dr Virani and the people at Milan Eye Center.

Very impressive facility and friendly staff. Very comfortable with the Doc but not so much so with the scheduler. Was told to use a prescription by the lady scheduling my procedure when the doc told me not to. Dont understand why she felt like she knew more than the Doc.For this reason I have decided not to return and have my procedure performed by Milan Eyecare because I have to be comfortable with all involved with my care specially my eyes. We dont get a second chance with iur eyes or a do over.

Very Bad experience, I went to show my mother-in-law to check her eyes, the guy who was checking her eyes was very rude, he was very rude and fast when she was reading letters, was feeling very comfortable in making decision that which letters are more clear, because that guy was so fast, I want to complain about him to the cooperate office so that he doesn’t do this to any other patient, next time I m not going to take her to the Alpharetta branch of Milan eye center.

Great service, nice surroundings, professional always and smiles a plenty. I have Keratoconus and Dr Desai allayed my concerns and didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt want. He was understanding and provided the information I needed in a simple and consumable way.

I would never go to this office. I called one time to ask a cost of procedure question. Did not leave my name or number with the girl that answered the phone. Now they have called and harassed me 3 times to make an appointment! If this is the way you get new customers you need a new approach!

My optometrist was very dismissive of my vision change (posterior vitreous detachment), telling me that it happens to everyone. NO, I now have an apparently permanent black spots in my right eye with no idea of what will happen. As a surgeon myself I was (am) extremely worried about whether I will be able to work. She was glib and superficial and failed to grasp how worried I was (am). Very disappointed with her bedside manner.

Definitely a 5-Star expérience from start to finish.As my left eye was getting worse and worse, my girlfriend called the center to see if they could see me last minute.They were willing to wait for me past their closing time.After fighting traffic i made it 30 mins after closing.I was not rushed when I got there and was able to see the Dr Easley right away. Together with his assistant, he ran several tests to help with the diagnostic. Dr Easley listened attentively and patiently to my concerns and questions.I believe that I found my new eye center. I’m in Buckhead and don’t mind driving close to 40mins to be seen by this group.
