Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place!!! Love the docs bedside manor!! In and out in 20 minutes and did a wonderful job with a freak accident on a huge piece of wood getting stuck way under nail bed…. Numbed, saved the nail and good to go!!! Thanks so much!!!!

Great service. I came to this place because I saw good reviews and because it was very close to me and they open early, although it was out of my insurance network. But I got quick treatment. Doctor put me at ease and explained that my problem won’t be an issue for too long if I follow his instructions. He was funny and easy to talk too. Thank you

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible but seeing how its not. Ill just share my 5mins of horrible experiences. Please dont ever come here if you need care or have a true emergency. The nurse refused to see my child for a simple school physical because there was only 20mins left before close and requested I come back another day at an earlier time. Only after I had already shared with the receptionist that I could only make it at this time due to work daily.

Dr. Dougal is absolutely phenomenal!! He is an expert in sports medicine and injuries, is extremely personable, and has a wonderfully supportive staff!

Dr. Dougal is the best! I had an infection on my face for 1 year and 2 months with blisters and open soars. I went to 14 doctors! No one knew what it was. I came in to see Dr. Dougal. He knew the bactetia! A tissue eating bacteria (VERY SCARY). Cleaned it and put me on meds and a cream. I went back 3 more times, we stayed with the plan. I am finally free of it! I look like myself again! I got my life back! Thank you Dr. Dougal! His staff is amazing too!

Dr. Dugal and all of his staff are very welcoming, compassionate and care about their patients who come in for medical care. Would always recommend anyone who is sick or injured to come here and wait times are always amazing!

Im pretty wary about going to any doctor, and I didnt have high hopes when I pulled into Stat Medical, but I felt really bad. From the front office staff to Dr. Dugal, you can tell this group knows what they are doing. With the prescribed meds and rest Im finally feeling better. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my family here for any urgent care needs, I highly recommend Dr. Dugal and Stat Medical.

They dont accept any insurance so be prepared to pay the full amount upfront.

Dr. Dugal was great! My insurance is not good, so upon my initial visit, I informed them that I would pay the full balance up front and deal with insurance myself. STAT would not let me do this. I have just now received a notice that I am in collections. Not one bill was ever sent to me. The date of the appointment was 5/17/13... 17 months ago. Never was I called, straight to collections. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CREDIT!!!!!!

Dr. Dugal is a great guy, nice nurses also, the wait is usually not nearly as long as other medical care places around town, recommended.

I have been going here for years. Dr. Dugal is caring and efficient and I highly recommend STAT.

I have been looking for a doc for over a year and a friend recommend me go see Dr. Dugal. Dr. Dugal was great and I left there excited that I had found someone I could go see when needed. BUT...once I received my bill I was floored! Unfortunately he is out of network for me so I knew my insurance wasnt going to cover much but being charged $150 for a first time visit and then $50 for the nurse to give me shots(not the cost for the medicine) seem to be pretty ridiculous. I will not go back and its a shame cause Dr. Dugal seems like he really cares.

When you walk in they will tell you that they accept your insurance. They are most likely out of network for you insurance. You will pay the majority. and it is not cheap, There is a reason the parking lot is always empty, AVOID BECAUSE YOU WILL PAY A TON OF YOUR $$$$. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH.....!!!!!!
