Terrible place. I wish I could give them 0 star.I went there 4 years ago to get referral for neurologist since I was suffering from unknown toothache after 2 failed root canal. Dr refused to provide me a referral since she didn’t believe it was a good idea for me to see neurologist even though my dentist suggested.I asked them to remove the charge since she refused to give me a referral when I got my first bill 4 years ago. I never heard back from them, so I thought they took off my charge. 4 years later, I received the bill, and they insisted I had to pay for the service I never received.Of course, I changed my primary Dr 4 years ago after she refused to provide me a referral.

Front desk is consistently unprofessional, blatantly rude and obnoxious. If you have a particular speech pattern then you are in for special treatment. They should be a case-study for how not to treat patients/clients.Dr Patil and Dr Alexander are great physicians. My wife and i stayed just for the doctors. Now that Dr Patil is retiring and Dr Alexander moved, no reason to tolerate such behavior and use their services.

Good doctor but the front desk is incorrect, unhelpful and outright rude.Giving you a date for appointment and putting some other date on their calendar, not acknowledging that there’s been a mistake when you walk in for your appt and instead giving you the you don’t know what you’re saying look, not advising correctly about insurance.You call back 2 minutes later, speak to the same person and they say they don’t know who you are and ask you to repeat everything.Not sure why they behave like they are the customers.I’d share this feedback with the doctor as well.

Dr Patil is professional and is a good doctor. However, he has a bunch of staff who have no sense of customer service. They openly say they do not care for most queries asked. Except for Barbara, who is excellent in her work ethics.

Started going with my Mother-in-law shortly after the practice opened. There were awesome with her. After seeing that both my Husband and I go there and probably always will. Very grateful for the care we have received.Weve always had a good experience. I have been there when some baby is upset and way over the top. In the end, the error was theirs and not the practice.

Great doctor! Unfriendly and uncooperative staff.

Pathetic staff . No sense of dealing with people.

Love Dr. Alexander as she practices traditional medicine but also provides me with homeopathic remedies to improve some symptoms.

I’ve been to this doctors office twice and Dr. Bindu just rushed through without really understanding my concerns. I gave it a 2nd try hoping it will be a better experience. I went in because I had a consistent cough which lasted over 10 days and all she said was to drink tea with honey and lemon because my throat didn’t look infected. I hadn’t had any good sleep and was hoping to receive antibiotics or some remedy to reduce the cough. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money and will never go back here again.

My family and friends go to this practice for their medical needs. Highly recommend.

45 -60 MINUTE WAIT FOR YOUR APPT. WHY SCHEDULE APPTS IF THE PATIENT IS NOT CALLED TO THE BACK FOR ANOTHER 45 MINUTES?!!!! RIDICULOUS!! YOU SPEND MORE TIME IN THE LOBBY THAN YOU DO WITH THE DOCTOR.. IVE GONE 3 TIMES AND ITS HAPPENED EVERYYYYYY TIME!

Barbara at the front desk is great. Doctors VERY uncaring. Been going for 6 years and never going again. So happy my husband and I found another primary care doctor that cares.

No to Metro Medical Associates. Overall experience is negative.

1. Their time management is worst. If your appointment is 9.00 AM then you will get your turn by 10.30ish2. They give appointments more than their capacities and then sometimes there is no room available3. Dr Bindu Alexander does the fear business. She talks to the patients very rudely. She needs to improve on how to talk to patients. Dr. Patil is decent4. The front staff doesnt care about sense of urgency or doesnt respect about your time. They just take copay from you and leave you waiting for long time

Dr Patil is the best physician I have consulted in US.

I went for annual health check up to Metro Medicals Associate. I told them clearly not to test vitamin B and D as that doesnt cover by my insurance. When they uploaded results to portal I saw test has been performed for vitamin B and D and immediately I called Metro Medicals Associate for clarification. They updated me please call us back if you are getting charged for these tests. Meaning they updated me that these test price wont come in your bill and advised to wait for the final bill. Unfortunately I received the bills for those two tests and again I called them back for clarification.The reply was very rude and they said to whom you spoke regarding this and LabCorp is charging this test and we cant do anything. I paid the total due amountSo be careful you may the next person...Be clear what you are testing...
