Back to Balance Wellness Center is a wonderful office with extremely nice and knowledgeable people who have changed my life for the better within a short period of time. I am not knew to chiropractic experience, but this is the first time I have been so impressed and so satisfied. When I began to see Doctor Andrew Yekel and Doctor Dave Levinson I had a terrible backache , tingling in both feet and could not feel my left foot. The pain just would not go away. After only a few sessions I started feeling the benefits and am now well on my way to a full recovery. In the weeks since, my backache is completely gone, however I am still seeing Dr. Andrew for regular appointments to heal the dullness and tingling that were at a 10 on the scale, but now a 2. Anyone can and should see a chiropractor whether you have major pains or just minor irritations. You will walk out feeling the benefits! The best part about it? There are no side effects! It makes you feel better and you have nothing to lose. I highly recommend this office in all aspects of a professional, worth-while and beneficial medical experience.

Great staff and really concerned about getting you better.L3,L4 herited discs.Till I fell off the massage chair they started using for one of my treatments. Landing right on the area that was started to get better. Talk to Dr Andrew about what they were going to do about the incident. He said lets finish the program and well cross that bridge when we get there. Havent been back since.

The key indicator of a great chiropractor, or any Doctor for that matter, is the discovery phase.Dr. Levinson and Dr. Andrew take their care very seriously and dont simply adjust you. They allow your body to introduce itself and use a very tailored approach.Chiropractic care for me, addresses occasional severe migraines. Ive also gone in for sprains and low back pain which they targeted with very high precision.I cant stress the discovery phase and how much Dr. Dave obviously cares about your over all well being. Great Office and Greater Doctors! 5/5 would recommend.

When I first began going there we discussed rates. I specifically told them that I left my prior chiropractor because they told me I was grandfathered in and my rates wouldnt change but they did change the rates significantly. They assured me here that this wouldnt happen and the rates would be through the end of the year. Then they went back on the agreement and raised after only a short time. You cant trust their assurances. They will say what you want to hear to get you coming back and then try to raise the rate to get more out of you.

I love this place, I relocated here from Orlando and had an amazing chiropractor. Im glad I was able to find one just as good as the one I used to have😁 Dr.s are friendly and knowledgeable, I definitely recommend.

Dr. Levinson is an absolute wizard when it comes to chiropractic care. You will be hard-pressed to find a better chiropractor. I treated here for a car accident back in 2015. After he got me pain-free, I started seeing him on a monthly basis... and I’ve never felt better! I highly recommend

Before going to see Doctor Dave, I struggled with migraines almost every day, I would wake up after getting a full nights sleep only to still feel tired, and overall my body was very out of alignment. After coming to Back to Balance, I can say that I feel 10 times better. I have not had a single headache since visiting Doctor Dave, and I feel my body mending back to the way it is supposed to be. Dr. Dave is the man. His adjustment chair is the Cadillac of all chiropractic chairs. My job is extremely physically demanding and requires me to be on my feet for 12hrs plus. I try and get adjusted at least few times a month by him. He listens, he cares. Always feel I’m in the best hands with him, he targets problem areas and establishes a routine to get you back on track and feeling right as rain.

I first came into Back to Balance because my neck kept clicking each time I turned my head - it was so loud and driving me crazy. I saw Dr. Ben, who, at first, put my mind at ease that my head would not fall off, but then aligned my entire body and made me realize how much I truly needed chiro treatments, in general. Dr. Matt Germain is amazing! I cant rave enough about his clinic. The staff is so friendly. The wait time is not grueling like in other clinics. He takes his time and explains everything and follows up to make sure I feel well. I didnt know this before I went in but not only do they offer Chiropractic care but they also have massage therapy, weight loss support, they help with TMJ, allergies and more. So happy I found this office. They really go out of the way to give me the best experience. I will be revisiting very soon!

The environment is so laid back and I felt right at home. After getting my adjustment I felt a lot better! After years with a serious back injury I went to see Dr. Steve who put together a program that has made a significant difference in a matter of a few weeks. Along with his massage therapist Dakota they have done what no one else has been able to accomplish after numerous attempts with different organizations. Dakota is out of this world and after just a couple of meetings I was moving better than I have in years. Leslie the office manager couldnt be sweeter.

Very Helpful!, I work at a nearby restaurant and im on my feet most of the day. I started seeing Dr. Ben when I messed up my back and was making bending over painful. Ive never been to a chiropractor but upon first visit I was welcomed with great and friendly staff. No, really, on my second visit they knew me by name. Anyways, Dr. Ben had worked on my back, spine, neck and feet. He was and is a great doctor with plenty of knowledge about the spine and nerves. He even recommended and ordered orthotics that work great with my work shoes. He even does this new revolutionary technique with my feet that... well, I cant explain it, they just feel real good and feel they are better supportive of my whole body! After a visit to Back to Balance and Dr. Ben I feel totally loosened up and feel great about going into work or doing whatever. If your skeptical, go and make an appointment with Dr. Ben and im sure hell treat you the same respect and integrity as he does me!

I have been receiving periodic care from Dr. Levinson over the last 15 years . My quality of life and physical strength are what they are today because of the care that I have received while seeing Dr. Levinson. Although the new location is farther away for me it is always worth the drive.

Dr. Matt Germain is amazing! He is truly a gift from God to our family. I was referred to him from my pediatrician for my sons TMJ. I came in with a lot of fear and anxiety; we were SO desperate to get help for our son. My son is only 10, and I was nervous with this new treatment and a new physician. The pain my son was in was so intense he had to miss school; Dr. Germain even gave us his cell number and called us at home to check on him. When Dr. Germain treated my son, it was the only thing that helped him get control of his pain. I was in intense pain searching for a new chiropractor. Dr. Ben Colten was available to see me that day at 6:00 pm. He took x-rays of my neck and explained the results. Then he not only adjusted me and stretched my neck, he gave me at home exercises to help with the problem. I had immediate results and enjoyed his professional bedside manner.

As naive as I could be i have always been skeptical and uninterested in what the chiropractor had to offer. The first time in my life i was genuinely fearful of the pain my lower back had delivered. A few weeks prior i was lifting weights at the gym doing moderate weight and i felt a sharp pain down the left lower side of my back. I quickly healed and followed my normal regiment. This past Saturday i was again at the gym and the same pain reoccurred except it was exponentially more painful. I gave it a few days to self heal but unfortunately i was unlucky unlike the first time. I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Matt German at Back to Balance in Alpharetta and with the extreme pain i was experiencing along with the research i performed on how severe my problem Could be i decided to make an appointment. I was impressed immediately on how inviting the staff and the place was upon entrance. More importantly i was very pleased with how informative and patient Dr. Matt was when he saw me my first visit. Because i was clueless on the extremities of back injury i had a million questions and he was able to answer them all. On top of that the technology and equipment they used were state of the art in their facility. Of course i was treated as well and the results from the initial visit werent as effective as the second visit but i was explained why. My second visit i met with Dr. Steve Schaeffer - same demeanor as Dr. Matt, very kind and willing to help. We ran some of the same exercises as the initial visit with slight modifications and that exact day i felt an enormous amount of pain alleviated from my lower back. The apprehension i had of chiropractors was now uplifted as Dr. Matt and Dr. Steve had made it evident that the task at hand was dealt with care and the right treatment. I am beyond happy with the help i received and the way i currently feel. I can now safely say i am back to balance.

I went in with lower back and neck pains and Dr. Germain fixed everything and I left highly informed. Not only was I pleased with the relaxing experience but they had impressive technology. I refuse to go anywhere else but Back-to-Balance. Been seeing Dr. Matt since 2007 and hes the only doctor in the city with which Ive seen major positive results. I no longer have to take allergy medicine after suffering with severe allergy pain since childhood. I could go on and on about his great work. All of my friends go to him now as well. Ive been to both his Atlanta and Alpharetta locations and had a great experience.

I have been going to this location for several years and can confidently recommend them. Both Dr. David (Levinson) and Dr. Ben (Colten) have been instrumental is getting some imbalances corrected in my hips and lower back that were causing discomfort and mobility issues in my right knee and hamstring muscles. These imbalances were making it hard for me to enjoy Crossfitting due to the limitation in movement I was dealing with.They focus on proper exercises that permanently correct issues and don’t practice the “crack and pop and see you in 3 days” kind of chiropractic. They spend a lot of time at each appointment to make sure they totally understand all of your symptoms so they can prescribe proper treatment and get you moving well again.

I was really looking forward to a wonderful experience here at Back to Balance, however I was highly disappointed in their services and lack of care and concern. From the very beginning the evaluation was rushed and not very thorough. I never got to see Matt German and was assigned to his assistant. My concerns started when he asked if there was anything I would like to say that wasn’t on the evaluation. I was glad when he asked that because I was feeling pain and soreness in my jaw since the car accident and didn’t see how it related but shared anyway. He told me that if it persists then I should get a MRI. Matt overheard the convo and saved me a few thousand dollars by suggesting TMJ. His assistant openly admitted to never even hearing of this process, so Matt had to use me as a demo to teach him about TMJ. After I left Back to Balance and transferred to Dr. Webster, who is also located in Roswell and has 40yrs of experience, I would later come to find out that TMJ is a common practice in chiropractic care, as it was included in his initial evaluation.Overall Matt’s assistant seemed quite uneducated in the field of chiropractic care. For the back adjustments he just gently pushed on my back and wiggled my neck. Absolutely no comparison to the several positions Dr. Webster had experience in.The most disturbing part of my experience here is that I left them after 2 weeks of no progress and completed 2 months of treatment with Dr. Webster. I was incredibly shocked when I saw that both invoices were just about the same amount. How could that be? Back to Balance padded the bill with bogus charges and took total advantage of the situation. They added dynamic activity and therapeutic exercises to every visit. Everything we did was already accounted for on the invoice, so I was wondering what did these services entail? When I contacted them to inquire, our communication abruptly stopped.Going here was a total waste of time, money and energy. Instead receiving 5 star treatment, I was just mistreated and not taken seriously as a patient. I’m just glad that I was able to find and transfer to Dr. Webster and got back to great health in a reasonable time.

I recently visited the Alpharetta location and had the best chiropractic experience with Dr. Matt. I am a Dental Hygienist and often experience lower back pain and well as tendonitis in my working arm. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Matt even found some weakness in my TMJ.
