Dr Lambert and the entire staff are wonderful and make you feel as if you are family. Explains what he is doing and why and takes a genuine interest in our overall Heath. Both my wife and I use the monthly program which not only gives us tremendous savings , but has been a great help in working on getting my neck issues back to normal with weekly visits.Highly recommend Dr Lambert and his admin staff.

My wife and couple friends visit this place, they seem to know their job well. The only thing that surprised me is that this place doesnt believe in masks, the chiropractor or the receptionist dont wear mask. In fact, he offered a hand shake which is something Ive not done in a while.They do offer good price for quick fix work and have monthly package too.

I visited this place for 8 weeks and Dr. Jordan took good care of me. Due to my work I sit and work long hours. He taught me few trick to stay strong and avoid pain occurring often. This is best place.

I’ve been coming here for about 3-4 months now and I have never felt unwelcome. The staff knows me by name and by voice over the phone lol (maybe because I sound like Batman from time to time) 😂The Doctor is so personable and it’s a quick “in and out” process! Me and my family have been patients here for almost 8 years. yesterday i promptly walked out of the building and will never return. when i arrived only one staff member was wearing a mask. i asked the chiropractor if he would please put on a mask before adjusting me, as we would be in very close contact and, dude, seriously, put on a mask. he told me that “he does not wear masks” and so i left, astounded. how can healthcare professionals be so arrogant as to the millions of people worldwide who have died of this virus? how many people have contracted it through this office i wonder? a truly horrifying experience. do not visit if you want to stay healthy.

I am so utterly disappointed and disillusioned with this chiropractic office, Dr Jordan and the 20 Dollar Chiropractic company as a whole. The doctor is refusing to be CDC compliant and wear a mask while treating patients, and his staff are afraid to wear one while they are at work because it is strongly frowned upon I tried leaving quietly sending an email/online contact form to the corporate office, forfeiting a final appointment and speaking with the the doctor in person but they have complete disregard for my health and right to keep myself healthy during this pandemic and charged my card anyway. I am involved in conversations with my bank to support me in this but I would recommend you find another chiropractor that actually cares about your health.

Went to 20 Dollar Chiropractic in pain with a nerve pinch at my hip/spine after a referral from my son. Dr. Jordan Harrell did wonders and after a couple of adjustments, felt back to normal. Ive tried a couple of different chiropractors over the last four years and have been underwhelmed. Dr. Harrell, from the time I met him to the time I paid, had me in and out in under 10 minutes with the absolute BEST adjustment I have ever had. Ive been struggling with a subluxated rib that NOBODY has been able to fix, and my sacrum likes to wander. He was able to fix BOTH quickly and painlessly in addition to my neck, back, and hips -- I havent been able to go to the gym in months and I still felt like running a marathon by the time I left. There is also a video they want you to watch while you fill out first-time paperwork which I actually find quite informative and made me feel like an actual patient rather than another spine in a revolving door of crunching. I honestly have never felt as well cared-for as I did, and I will 100% be returning and recommending these guys to anyone that shows even the slightest interest in the new spring in my step.

Went in for an adjustment and three months later and thousands of dollars have significant damage and a long road ahead of me. This is NOT a good chiropractor - one size does NOT fit all. I have since come to learn that you should never allow a chriopractor to adjust you without first getting at least an xray and doing a full and thorough examination. The quick jerk method of adjusment that this doctor did on me set off a cascade of events and resulted in severe nerve root impingement. I wont get too much into how they lie to get you to sign up for their monthly plan because that is the least of my problems now but do yourself a favor and dont sign up because they will continue to charge you and it will be a time consuming nightmare to get a refund.

I was a bit skeptical driving by this place daily with pain in my neck in back for an entire year before I came in on my free time and was immediately greeted by reception who gave me a quick run down what I was missing out on the entire time. The price plan is on point and is super reasonable. The service is amazing and I enjoy it and look forward to it everytime! I did the family plan and added my wife. My brother who came in shortly after a few visits and we all rate this place hands down BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

I have been suffering from back pain and migraines for at least 10 years! People have been recommending a chiropractor and Ive never really given it much thought! After spending my life savings on doctors in 2018 I decided I gave up on all doctors. However, I can guarantee you that Dr. Jordan knows what he is doing. Ive never been to a doctor that could correctly diagnose my symptoms in less than a minute. I wear lots of heels and I felt that one of my legs were longer and the back pain was unbearable. For $20 I got instant correction. I took a picture of my legs after my visit and I saw an immediate difference. I feel very comfortable with him and will follow the recommended corrective plan. The staff was very friendly and their customer service was exceptional.

After canceling my contract and signing to do it as they require they still charged my credit card. It was a long drawn out process to get my money back because the doctor instructed the ladies at the front to not refund my card. I like that I can be in and out in less than 10 minutes, the staff is friendly, and you cant beat the price. Unfortunately, this place just isnt for me. I have been going to chiropractors my whole life and only recently switched because my former chiropractor (that was my favorite of all the ones I have been to) was no longer in-network. Dr. Jordans technique doesnt resonate with me - too intense along with non-traditional moves that dont work with my body. I have made requests and given feedback during my 3 visits, but I still dont feel comfortable and the adjustments leave me wanting more. I wish them all the best and am glad that others are satisfied. I just wanted to share that he may not be for everyone.

Ive been going here for about two years consistently. I have the routine down fairly good at this point. If I call ahead and secure an appointment, it can be as quick as a 5 minute wait or up to about 15 minutes on heavy times.I really like the approach by Dr. Kratz during the adjustments compared to other chiropractic centers. I seem to get a much more consistent result at this location. The morning team at this location are top notch and I would recommend.

Been seeing chiropractors for 14 yrs and, seriously, Dr Kratz is the best one yet!! His adjustments are thorough and comprehensive. He quickly sends me on my way feeling like a new woman every time. Theres nothing like being pain free. 2019 Update-I have been seeing Dr. Jordan Harrell at the Alpharetta location on a weekly basis for about 2 years, and he is fantastic. Very through, professional, and personable. An expert in the field. Chronic lower back pain has benched me in the past, but his continued care has allowed me to get back to playing my favorite sport of volleyball, pain free, even through my 40s.

It was a lovely experience. The Dr. Keats completely helped with my wrist pain on my left hand. Its not as sore as it was when I first noticed it a week ago. A week ago the pain was a 5/10. But as the week went on the pain went to a 4/10. He helped with the pain and it is not as sore as it was. I am able to move my wrist now. Where as last week I wasnt able to move my wrist. I like how the doctor helped with my right pain 5 stars work.

I found this location by searching for a nearby chiropractor on Google. I was very nervous to come here for my stiff neck since Ive never been to a chiropractor before. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and they were very accommodating, even though I was a walk-in patient.When it came time to see Dr. Kratz, he was extremely patient with me and explained everything in detail. I went in for just 3 adjustments over a span of 2 days, and now 5 days later it feels like my neck was never in any pain. THANK YOU!!!! Highly recommended!

This is the 3rd $20 chiropractor that I have went to (the others were Cumming and Canton), this one by far is the best. Definitely highly recommend.

I started going to see Dr. Kratz in February 2013 and having had previous experiences with other chiropractors, I can honestly say he is the best! He is a genuinely caring person and he definitely knows what hes doing. I was very skeptical at first, but Im a patient there for good. The staff is always helpful and friendly and its only $20!

I have been coming here several times now and love it. The whole staff has been friendly. They remember me personally and even ask about my dog Jules. I also did the one hour massage and was in heaven afterwards. Affordable, effective and kind. Cant beat that.

Great news for all of you that have not had the opportunity to meet the new chiropractor. Dr. Chuck Kratz (yes he is my son) has just relocated from Michigan where he had been very successful in two chiropractic offices in Michigan but just had that burning desire to return to the Atlanta area. His patients were sad to see him go and are now wondering just how they will find anyone that can replace him in Michigan. He is a graduate of Sherman Chiropractic but also took much of his course work at Life University. I can assure you (as his past patients would agree) your first visit will result in many more.

I found $20 Chiropractic when I had serious shoulder problems. I had already paid big bucks to get a massage from an ex falcons therapist and seen a doctor who prescribed me steroids with TERRIBLE side effects. Worst experience ever. Before I bought the massage and Chiropractic package, i called the Alpharetta Location specifically and asked how soon could i get a massage appointment. I was told same week appointments are available. As soon as i bought the package and called them to book an appointment, the rules changed overnight and I was told I could ONLY come in on a Wednesday or else I would have to go to a different location (Canton). They have one massage therapist and she rushes through massages like no bodys business. Their business motto should be quantity over quality. I was told they see a patient every 5-10 mins, and that the time the Chiropractor spends with his patients. They aim to get more patients in the door and get them to buy a package vs providing quality service.

Never has body work been more affordable and knowledgable at the same time! I always recommend $20 Chiro to everyone!

Dr. Duckett changed my life. I was in constant pain the past 3 years that was getting progressively worst until I came here. I felt better from the first visit and in 2 weeks time was completely better! The unique techniques the Dr has formulated over the past 25 years hes been in practice are not typical, routine adjustments that other chiropractors perform. Great adjustments at a very reasonable price. No pressure like other chiropractic clinics Ive visited. Friendly staff and great plans if you plan to go on a weekly basis. I walked into Dr. Kratzs office basically unable to walk due to a pinched sciatic nerve that kept me down for nearly 2 weeks. It only took a couple of adjustments before I was back on my feet and after 6 months of regular visits now, my back feels as good as it has in years. I would recommend to anyone who has misalignments and experiences any type of back or neck pain. It really does make a huge difference. I can play rounds of golf pain free for the first time in 5 years.

If youre on the membership plan you cannot beat $11 for an adjustment. If there is no line youre in and out quickly. Dr Kratz is impersonal and in my opinion is too busy to develop much of relationship or remember much about any of his patients.

He is very thorough and has a great bedside/tableside manner. Dr. Kratz had some big shoes to fill, but Dr. Jordan has been an excellent addition to the 20 Dollar Chiropractor team.Dr. Kratz is wonderful. His has a very positive and polite demeanor, which I really like. He is a no nonsense chiropractor. The ladies that run the office are able to get you in and out efficiently. I have recommended him to many of my friends and coworkers.

I would like to give 0 stars, but one star minimum is what the site allows (unfortunately). My girlfriend surprised me with this visit. I drive past this place often, but never scheduled an appt. Today I went. I walked in at 10:48am. The lady at the front desk asked if I wanted adjustment first or massage. I said ok to the adjustment first. We did the adjustment. It was about 5 mins or so. Dr.Nunez wrote up a treatment plan. Cool. Done. Then the receptionist has me fill in info on a tablet and start watching a video. The masseuse comes out and she starts filling in info on the receptionist computer. I asked what time is my massage? Then the masseuse says well your appointment was at 11. So can you reschedule? I dont want you to have a 30 minute massage. I said If I would have known that I wouldnt get the hour massage if I did the adjustment first then I would have went straight to the massage then. As far as the refund for the $40 massage the receptionist said she couldnt do it and had to email the billing dept. When I asked if she sent the email she said yes. Without having card info for the refund to go to. So when I asked for a copy of the email she started typing an email. Then asked for the card again. What a tragedy this surprise turned out to be.

The 20 dollar chiropractic in Alpheratta is the best because of Dr Kratz. When you go in , he has a warm and welcoming smile that says I am gonna help you feel better and instantly you will start feeling better. When he touches you, he hunts for the pressure points and you will feel it when he touches where it hurts. I will go to $20 chiropractor if Im desperate. Yes, the price of an adjustment is appealing but they literally only work on you for 5 minutes tops! They want you in and out.Most recently, I went on a Saturday when Dr. Kratz was not there. The substitute chiropractor asked me what was bothering me and I told him my neck was the issue. He told me to lie down on the adjustment table, in which I did. He then says No wonder so many 16 year old girls get pregnant; you ask a girl to lay down for 30 seconds and they do.Are you kidding me? What kind of professional says that to a patient? I should have walked out right then, and given a second chance I would. And he didnt even adjustment neck! Worst experience. I would have preferred to tell Dr. Duckett or Dr. Kratz this in person but there is no way to get a hold of them- so a google review will have to do.

Dont judge a book by its cover! Just because it has 20 Dollar in its name doesnt mean subpar quality. Dr. Charles Kratz is excellent! My wife had been seeing a different chiropractor for over two years, which had been helpful off and on. She was disappointed and was about to give up on chiropractors altogether. But I brought her to see Dr. Kratz and she felt better immediately after the first visit and continued to improve on subsequent visits. So much so that she is now starting to recommend Dr. Kratz to all of her friends! We started bringing our daughter here as well and she said that it has improved her posture and violin-playing. Like most kids these days, she lugs around a heavy backpack and stares down at her phone all day long at school. If your kid does this too, bring them in! They have special pricing for kids.

20 Dollar Chiropractic is the greatest thing to happen to chiropractic since...forever. Dr. Duckett is a excellent chiropractor with a wide variety of skills and expertise. I went in for a simple spine adjustment, but then found out that he could help my ankle sprain recover. It had been giving me pain for months and no other medical doctor had been able to help me. I had no medical insurance, so expensive orthopedic surgeons were out of the question. Within a month, Dr. Duckett had my ankle well on its way to a full recovery. I can now run and jump just like before my fall. And the cost to save my ankle from a lifetime of pain? $180. Thats right. At only 20 dollars a visit, it makes it possible to use chiropractic the way it used best: repeatedly. I go every other week for maintainence and will continue to do so as long as I live here. Go see Dr. Duckett now! Hes a gentleman and a scholar. Staff is great too.

I have been seeing Dr.Duckett since he first opened. I cant speak highly enough of him. I had been to a chiropractor just up the street who gave me minimal care that was adequate but rough. Dr. Duckett is gentle yet effective. I have walked in there barely able to stand up straight even with a cane. Dr. Duckett has greeted me with compassion, adjusted my back, and I have walked out standing straight. I am not kidding, it is as close to a miracle as you can get! And for only $20! I cant even go to a medical doctor for that! I have moved some distance from his office but I will only go back to Dr. Duckett where i know I am in literally in good hands.

I been to this place and the admin is extremely unfair. If you are 5 min late then they will ask you to wait for 40 min until all the appts are over and they will take you as walk in. If you are early still they will make you wait 30 min. They will charge to your credit card without you knowing about it.I will not recommend this place at all.
