The lady in the Alpharetta office was wonderful. I dont remember her name, but she was very nice, professional and very welcoming to her office. Took care of everything in just a matter of a few minutes. Highly recommend them.

Booked an appointment for a COVID test before having to fly international, so very important. I called ahead of time to confirm everything would be ok and it was. They are supposed to open at 8:30, and my appointment was at 8:45. At 9:13AM they’re still not open. I got upset, however a few minutes I received a call from the manager letting me know that an employee got stuck and they kindly got me an appointment straight away at an other location where the staff was very professional!

Leainni galanski was so sweet and kind and helpfull in a time of need for me. i will be back and i hope to see her again she knows alot about her job and she is just a great person to have working in this field. she is awesome! thank thank you leainni for not judging and just caring.

Leainni is an amazing lab technician! I get really anxious when I have to give blood and she made the whole procedure and process very easy and kept me calm. I will always come back to Any Lab Test for my lab procedures! Awesome staff and facility! 😊

My experience as far as the testing was good, but I was shocked when the cost for a Rapid 11 Panel drug screen had increased by almost 50%. On March 23, 2019 the cost was $35. That same test on September 15, 2020 cost me $49. Why the huge difference?How am I suppose to get in touch with accounting or the owner or anyone that can address more directly what I was charged? The owner in their response said to Let me know if you have questions but left no contact information. Please advise.

I have used Any Lab Test Now in Alpharetta a number of times and have always had a very good experience. Yolanda is an excellent phlebotomist and was very helpful, patient, and caring the last few tests that I had done. I would highly recommend using them for an effective and efficient method of obtaining key blood metrics to support and maintain your health.

Not the best experience. I’m already not a big fan of needles but a few days after my appointment, a huge bruise could be seen on my arm. Its been a little over a week since my appointment and the bruise still hasn’t cleared up. Might want to make sure they know how to properly draw blood next time.

I came in late for the cutoff and Amy very kindly stayed late to allow me to get my testing done so I didnt have to come back. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable about what I was needing.

Do not waste your time going here! Go to Quest 1 min away instead, they actually run like a real business. The place opens at 8:30, I had an 8:45 appointment, by 8:50 they hadn’t opened, no one came to the door, the lights were off and then they tell me that they can’t find the manager so they can’t open. They “called but couldn’t reach her.” 30 min later still no one there to open the place?! Don’t bother, Quest is right down the road.

Bad place to go . Girl name Danele only wanted me to pay exact cash amount for drug screen, said Credit card machine not working. I was toldthe drug screen went up to $50, yet when I called another person said it was $36. , she was RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! She sounded like a street person not like someone you want taking care of your lab work! I think she was a THIEF too! No stares should be given.

Alpharetta, GA. Location.Great service! Danielle was very pleasant. She explained the process, what I needed to do, what she was doing, what happens next, etc. very well.

Unbelievably rude. The lady at the desk had a horrible attitude from the moment I opened the door. She tells me the test I’m there for can’t be done after 4. It’s 4:10. This is no where on their website. As a matter of fact you can schedule online the exact test I was there for up until closing at 6:30. I drove 45 minutes to get this done. When I explain this and that there is no notice of this 4 o’clock deadline anywhere she rudely states it’s posted on the door when you enter. I guess I’m supposed to see this door from 30 miles away. I’d never go back. Absolutely horrible.

I was lucky enough to get Aron Glinsky to work with me in setting up tests for many of our employees that we needed to happen the same day. He stuck through all the glitches and got the results I had to get. To compare, Id wasted two days on Corporate bureaucratic red tape with a competitor that compelled me to search elsewhere and luckily landed at AnyLab Test. Professional and effective.

I had a complex request for Danielle at the Alpharetta lab and she performed the work quickly and very professionally. My hats off to Danielle!

I’m not one to post a review, but similar to the review below, the moment I walked through the door today I was scolded by the woman at the counter. She seemed annoyed that I was even there and brought in a lab kit with instructions that she needed to read over. Then I was scolded for coming to close to 4 pm, it was 3 pm when I arrived. It didn’t say anywhere on the site that I needed plenty of time before 4 pm to make sure my bloodwork would be shipped out. She definitely did not put me at ease right before the blood withdrawal. I was anxious with all the constant scolding and general annoyance with my presence. Why has customer service disappeared?

Danielle is particularly helpful and efficient in running the Any Lab Test office at the Windward Parkway Alpharetta location. Pleasant, speedy, organized - recommend highly.

What a friendly person who took great care of me.I have to come from Acworth to this location because in Kennesaw the woman there is terrible and nasty. She is rude and totally selfish . She made my wife so mad after spending $700.00 on a test. Her coworkers dont like her.That is why we come to Alpharetta to see Danielle.

Horrible customer service. the front desk person extremely rude we had an appointment at 8:15 and she didnt even let me speak. Took 2 other people in front of me. The worse attitude I had never experienced in my whole life. I dont understand what is the point of printing a form online and filled up. If you have to do the same form in the office. I prepaid online and they didnt know how that works. Wow!!!!

Quick, easy and pleasant experience! Had to get a varicella titer for school and had my results within 24 hours. Jolita provided excellent customer service!

The most horrible test lab ever. The said 3-5 b day its been over 6 and no results for a pre employment drug test. If you do not want to loose 3 jobs skip this horrible service lab. Insted to figure out what is wrong the manager or however i talked she offer a refund with no results. And its 92$ where everywhere is around 65. Skip this place the donr deserve a bussines license.

I went there 20 minutes before they close for lunch I think the lady was annoyed by me when I walked in she was a little rough at the beginning you know some people talk to you like your stupid but then she adjusted the attitude since I was very polite the same lady at the counter to check me in also took my blood sample no problems with that but I got my results by email after 24 hours great prices clean place and no wait.

Called so many times to get results- long story short they said it wasn’t there problem to call because a fax number that was put down by myself was a number off -when they had the number on file attached to the prescription of the test needed to be done from my drs office-also the front desk lady was rude as hell and made us feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable like we were bothering her, I felt like anything I said along with my mother that was with me was wrong-unnecessary attitude and we were the only people in there- Will not be back
