I cant believe you let people wait out in the parking lot. Open up your lobby! Most of the time when you call to let them know you want to be seen no one answers the phone. Are you open or not. My first impression is poor

Waited 3 hours to have Dr. K spend 3 minutes with me(it was his lunch time). Rushed to a diagnoses of sinus infection and was advised to come back in a week if I didnt feel better and then he would subscribe and antibiotic. I kept feeling worse- had a phone consult with a Dr. friend of mine and he was confident that I was misdiagnosed, and I was suffering from Lyme Disease, and he started me on a strong antibiotic and had me get blood work. Sure enough POSITIVE for Lyme Disease. How can a doctor over the phone treat me when face to face he dismissed me in a rush. I will NEVER go back there. Who knows what my long term affects may be do to his negligence.

I moved from out of state and had no doctor in MI, i provided insurance and was admitted in a couple of minutes, over all very very nice people and Jeffery K, my PA-C was very brief and wasted no time, Im very happy with my experience

Worst place ever..claims they are an urgent care but when you get there i sat in line waiting my turn i called the number gave my info and why i was there. She said they will be with me shortly. A nurse came out and said be with you soon...not once did anyone say they arent doing urgent care but only covid tests..so we waited 45 mins and watched them start their vehicles for lunch then a man came out surprised i was there and proceeded to tell me i didnt call they are going to lunch and they only do covid tests..youll have to find somewheres else..are you kidding me...you could of said that when i called you..wasted my time and my health. Needed to be seen immediately and had to go to er..which didnt want to do due to covid cases..stay far away from this place..id travel 4 hrs back downstate before id go here again even for an emergency...

Got in immediately and received a thorough examination . Clean and COVID safe.

Wait time to be seen in crazy long. I waited 2 hours to be seen just to be looked at by the doctor for less than a minute. The staff is very nice though! Clean office and overall good experience.

This Walk-In care center is exceptional. Very professional and caring staff. I highly recommend.

This place is totally disorganized; instead of a triage system, the staff plays favorites as to whom gets service first. We waited in line, people waltzed in front of us and received immediate care. I asked the staff and they said walk in first come first served, but that was not the case, others walked in after and received care first. This place is far less organized than even a WalMart. Go to the emergency room if you need care.

Ignore the fact that they are open until 7. Doors will be closed before that, unlike most facilities that see patients if they are in before then. Fourteen minutes till close and the door is locked with a receptionist that saw us out the window. Ive never had issues with the service here once inside though.
