Dr. Barnes and her team are among the kindest and most compassionate medical professionals Ive ever worked with. I went to Dr. Barnes with a partial root canal that a different endodontist had started. After a terrible experience with the first specialist, my dentist referred me to Dr. Barnes. I was super nervous after my prior experience, but I was quickly put at ease with her wonderfully positive and gentle energy. She patiently listened and addressed all of my concerns while remaining very respectful of my preferences. She did a wonderful job working on a very difficult tooth in addition to working around my TMJ troubles and tiny mouth. I highly, highly recommend this practice!

I do not write reviews. However, I genuinely believe that Northwest Endodontics deserves more than a 3.5 rating. The staff was genuinely very welcoming, they take the time to explain what is happening and they will gladly explain/answer any questions that you may have.I personally got a root canal from them due to a broken tooth and best way I can explain how it went was I dont remember majority of it because I ended up falling asleep during the surgery. It have only been 2 weeks after the surgery but the past two weeks have been amazing. Finally able to chew with the right side of my mouth and not have to worry about hot or cold food touching my broken tooth. Its good as new!

My immediate thought after my root canal was that it was as pleasant as it could have possibly been! The whole team was so welcoming and personable, and was night and day compared to a prior root canal (previous owner). I dont know what has advanced in endodontics in the past two years, but it genuinely felt like a gentle procedure. I asked to have steps explained to me (its interesting!), but if I hadnt I probably could have taken a nap. Book with confidence.

Wonderful doctors and staff! I had broken a molar, and I ended up needing my first root canal! I was very nervous. My experience from walking in the door To leaving the chair was exceptional. The front office gal was so caring and sweet to me, the assistant was so gentle and calm, and the doctor did such a great job during the numbing process, I hardly felt a thing! I ended up seeing both Dr Barnes and Dr Deca, they were both very gentle and great with explaining everything. Amazing office and staff. I highly recommend this great team!

Ive had my share of root canals, and the one performed by Dr. Daca and team was about as good an experience as one could expect. I had no pain on account of them using a pre-injection anesthetic, and thats despite my tooth having long and curved roots. My roots were so long it took two sessions to complete the job. Both times they called to check in on me to ensure everything was still OK. I also enjoyed their sense of humor which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. And they tell you what theyre about to do so youre not surprised by anything.

Dr. Barnes did my root canal yesterday. Ive had them before and was nervous/anxious. She did SUCH a great job with the anesthesia (not easy given my circumstances), and the procedure itself. I feel so much better today! She was so talented, caring, patient...couldnt have hoped for a better experience. And thanks to Dr. Tyler Bradstreet, my dentist, for recommending her to me.

Dr. Barnes and her staff were terrific. As someone who has high anxiety with my dental challenges Im keenly aware to a good staff who makes me feel welcome and cared about. Dr. Barnes was exceptional, she explained in great detail what the problems were and gave me a myriad of options for a solution. I felt heard and understood from the time she began her evaluation until the time I waltzed out the door. Thank you NW Endodontics, if I or anyone I know is in need of your services you can bet I will send them to you!

In pain and they got me in right away. Super nice doctor and staff, made me feel at ease and explained everything to me. Found out Dr Barnes and her partner just took over the practice but they clearly have experience. Felt great after a day or so! No hassle procedure.

I cant stand dental work. For me to give anyone 5 full stars is a big statement. Dr. Barnes and her team are amazing.

I was referred to this endodontist by my dentist. My dentist sent them information and x-rays about the tooth and the receptionist was asking me questions like what tooth it was and was telling me to call my insurance to see if any procedure would be covered. I told her the tooth information was sent by my dentist and that she can tell me if Delta is insurance they take. The receptionist raised her voice and said if I was customer of theirs then she would look up that information, since I wasn’t their customer yet, I had to find all this information for her. DO NOT go to this office the receptionist is lazy and rude!

Dr. Brent was OK for performing a root canal. However, the staff lied about the need for a follow-up which was billed as a full exam and therefore denied by my insurance. If you see Dr. Brent, DO NOT go back for the follow-up (because they dont know how to bill it), instead do the follow-up with your own dentist!! Your own dentist can look at ALL of your teeth, not just the one!

Dr Brent is professional, honest and talented. During my treatment, I had very little pain with my peridontal abcess. After the insurance paid, he sent me a refund $200.00 as I had over paid. Dr Brent saved my tooth. I think that Dr Brent and his staff are wonderful.

Horrible experience. I came with inflamed root canal and was in pain. After sending me back and forth to the Dentist, then Orthodontist, taking pictures (which all took two weeks), he still said I am not sure. What kind of specialist is that? All that of course had to be paid for. Then today they call me and inform me that they feel it would not be a good match and I should find another Endodontist. I am left hanging and still in pain. DO NOT GO.

I went to this place to get some root canal work done. I specifically told them that I want to make sure my insurance is covering this cost. They called me the next day and told me that it is covered. Half way through my procedure the doctor stopped as the tooth was too damaged. (I’m not sure why they could not see it from a x-Ray) Then I get a bill for the cost, saying insurance company is not coving it. I called my insurance company and they have clear record of notifying NW Endodontic that my procedure is not covered. I’m stuck with a bill. DO NOT GO THERE!!When I called them not doctors wife (“billing person”) said “well you have signed a paper”I will also talking to my primary dentist who referred me to this crappy place.DO NOT GO THERE!!

Superb Endodontic care. I am a repeat patient because Dr. Brent provides the best care possible. Sadly, some people do not understand that Dr. Brents speciality is performing root canals. But if they are referred to him with a cracked or broken root, no Endodontist can fix that. So dont be mislead, youll receive top notch Endodontic care with Dr. Brent. I trust him.

They teeter totter on what is actually covered and can never give a straight answer.......not cool

If you have work done here be sure to complete a follow up if you are still in pain because if after the first 30 days of treatment you go back for pain in same tooth then they charge you another 85.00 to re-evaluate.
