I had an excellent first visit at this dentist office! The staff is professional, yet the atmosphere is relaxed. I have not been to a dentist in several years, but no one shamed me for it. In fact, I was encouraged that I had made taken the step to come in. So far, I highly recommend Alma Heritage Dentistry, where the patient comes first.

Im giving this place a 5 star review for a few reasons.1. Like most people, I dont really enjoy dentist visits. However, the people here made the environment very peaceful and welcoming. You can definitely tell with just walking in, your comfortability is one of their top priorities.2. They are very understanding if youre nervous about your visit and make a lot of effort to keep you comfortable.3. They are upfront about information and dont beat around the bush.4. They treat you like a person. I have personally been to quite a few different dentists and, Ive had some negative experiences in the past. But this place has changed my outlook for the better and so far, from my experience there, I think it will remain to be such a good place to go when you need dental help.5. I absolutely never leave reviews for places because taking the time (even if its 5 or 10 minutes) just never felt worth it. But, with this place I felt like everyone deserves to know about just how caring this place is.

Alma Heritage went above and beyond my expectations as a new patient. Dr. Brent and Heather were SO KIND through my whole experience and that alone was enough for me to not feel like I wanted to run out of my chair as I felt at previous offices. They truly cared about my comfort throughout the entire process without hesitation or question. The front desk staff is just as wonderful, helpful, and kind as I’m sure the rest of the team is that I didn’t encounter! I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental needs!🦷

Wow, state-of-the-art facility located in a beautiful historic train station! Love the modern design in the Heritage Dentistry office. Very tech savvy here - and that makes me feel confident and comfortable. I was welcomed today by smiling Denise who helped me fill out the new patient forms. Their receptionist, Kristie, was positive on the phone as well as kind and friendly in person! I was lucky to get Brittany in the exam room for she was very informative and fun to talk with. Dr. Aaron was a good listener and took his time explaining my future procedure. His professionalism, and knowledge, put me at ease. So glad I found this place!

If you are looking for a Dentist/HygienistLOOK NO FURTHER!I have had teeth removed, and other teeth moved and shifted positions making it so I could only chew food in one spot of my mouth.In fact, I had other Dentist tell me sorry, we just cant do anything for you That was NOT the case at Alma Heritage Dental.Dr Loomis and Kim gave me my initial exam and explained to me that they would have to discuss the options with the team to come up with a treatment plan. Assuring me they would come up with something.In less than a year and a half, They put 3 bridges in my mouth, they bent, cut and manipulated what they had to and I can now use 100% of my mouth to chew, and I can smile again, because it looks amazing. Note: experience was pain freeThe entire team at Alma Heritage Dental is amazing,every person that I have encountered there has greeted me with a smile, and been very kind.Thank you Dr Loomis and Kim, please thank the others from me.You have changed my life.

I love Alma Heritage! Each visit is filled with positive helpful staff members from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I most recently was attended to by Tiffany as my hygienist. I came in with a few concerns and I feel she went above and beyond to educate me and make me feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

Has always been my go to dentist, Ive been going here my entire life but they unfortunately have dropped coverage with most insurances as I have recently found out. Whether I will stay or leave with this knowledge I dont knowUpdate- my rating has nothing to do with performance as all the dentists here are amazing at what they do, it is simply for the lack of insurance acceptance that makes it harder to get done what needs to get done

Heritage Dentistry is definitely a five star office. There are way too many people to start calling out names so Im not going to individual recognize anyone but I can definitely tell you from my 20+ years of going to this office and seeing all of the changes the customer service has remained the same from the time you enter at the front desk to you hygienist to the doctor its all nothing but the best.I know that last year they stopped being a provider for all insurance companies but trust me they will work with you. It might cost a little more out of my pocket but knowing the fact that I can count on them being there any time of day or night ( even holiday when they are closed) they will return your call and take care of your needs so to me that is worth it. Ive been going for awhile to get my teeth and smile taken care of and today I got my fillings done. Every visit is always friendly and has a welcoming atmosphere to it. I always enter and exit with a smile and that hasnt changed since day one and that is one of many things that makes a visit to the dentist enjoyable instead of just bearable. Every single employee is committed to making you happy and providing the best care and options they can for you, I could not imagine going somewhere else and finding better people. I left happy today and usually people dont look forward to going to the dentist, but when I go back Ill be excited to see everyone again and Ill be wearing my smile 😁

We just recently made the switch after living in Alma for several years, and we LOVE it! The staff is super friendly, they explain everything they’re doing, and are absolutely wonderful with kids! I took my three year old with me to my last cleaning, the the entire staff was wonderful with her. The hygienist, Ilene, had her “help” through the entire process and took the time to check her teeth at the end! Other staff members brought her things to color with and made our first trip to the dentist with her so easy and enjoyable. She’s actually excited to go back!

I loved bringing my family here for many reasons. Kind staff, clean facilities, etc. MAKE SURE to ask about charges before your appointment or you may be unpleasantly surprised after the fact. Multiple warning spots on my child cost as much as a crown. My fault for trusting them to let me know the extent of the costs prior to the appointment.

Couldnt recommend them enough. Super friendly, great experience overall.

I have been going here for a few years now and I can tell you there is no better place. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I are comfortable every time we visit and they are really great with kids which is a huge plus for me. So much better than my last dentist! The whole staff is friendly, I have met two of the dentists so far and they were both genuine and caring. My hygienist, Kim, is so gentle and a total sweetheart. Plus you get a warm neck pillow during your visit. How can you beat that?! Very professional and friendly.

This office is amazing with kids. My girls had a bad experience with a previous dentist and hated going. Now it doesn’t bother them at all. All the staff are friendly and patient with kids. I haughty recommend them to anyone.

Awesome service, people and support. Thought I was having a heart attack (pain in left arm, chest, heartburn). The ER said no, and then the next day I had MASSIVE tooth pain. Dr. Moeggenborg and his team took care of me the NEXT morning! Dr. M., sent me directly to Lansing for a specialized root canal, then helped me get a new crow, adjusting it twice at no extra charge, while offering kindness and compassion. The entire team was positive and upbeat, even when I wasnt. Special thanks to Heather for the extra support. I would highly recommend them!

The Dentist and Staff are wonderful with children and make their experience a great and fun one. As a parent of 3 kids 8, 6 and 4 that are seen all at the same time, I feel comfortable leaving them to check on the others, knowing they are in great care. We love our dentist!!

This is the WORST dentist office Ive ever been to. I was a patient from the time I was about 8-18 and they RUINED my teeth. They never listened to my issues I had with my teeth. They would find small cavities and instead of filling them they would watch them to see if they got any bigger in the next six months until my next appointment. When I finally got old enough to switch my dentist I had severe sensitivity in 3 teeth from them screwing up fillings. I had 8 cavities that spread from other teeth because they were watching them. They made appointments for me without my consent and then would call when I missed them and be very very rude! DO NOT go to them please! If you are about your dental hygiene I would HIGHLY recommend you go else where!

I’ve been going to this practice for many years. All providers are excellent as well as staff. Like they are progressive and are able to provide services that aren’t available in other offices.

We have been going to them for years. They are always professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. The procedures ranging from fillings to implants to dentures have been handled extremely well. I never realized going to the dentist could be relatively painless but it is here!

Best dental office Ive been to. Dr Sara is gentle and my hygienist Heather is very thorough and fun. My wife Kathy has worked there for over 20 years and loves it too.
