I liked my therapist and that was about it. I did Tele health appointments and 1 in person appointment. I had lost my job and fell on financial hardship and made the office aware of that and they were supposed to send me a hardship form with proof of paystubs. I asked how I was supposed to provide proof of pay stubs when I was in that financial hardship of losing my job and they said that they were going to call me back and I never received a phone call. They also said they sent me an email with the hardship form and I never got one. I talked about this with my therapist and she told me to call the front office again and each time I tried to call I could never get through. Today they called to let me know that I was being taken off their schedule as a patient because I wasn’t making payments even though, I don’t have a job and have made them aware. They just want their money more than they are here to help you and actually put more stress and anxiety over money on people that are already struggling. I would recommend another facility.

Good service, respectful staff. I was able to get the diagnoses I needed, however I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to get a diagnostic report to share with my physician so I could get started with medications. It has been 5 weeks and they still do not know when I will be able to get it. This is difficult as I am a college student who is struggling. Dr. Osten was a great physician but they seem to be too busy to effectively do work.

The billing department in this office completely took advantage of our struggling college student. He has Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, yet was charged over $600 and threatened with claims court.

A little slow getting the hearing aids after the test and fitting. Also to date I have not received a copy of my hearing test which I should own. I will address the test copy on 10/12/2020.

Get ready for the waiting list. 6 weeks of waiting and you get to talk to someone according to my friend. Everyone employed there is part time (except one) and looking for a better job so if you get seen you will see someone new soon. This agency pays very little to the staff so they get the first year grad students or the people with a failed practice. The good news is that these employees are looking to do a good job to prove themselves so they try hard. They just dont have the training or experience that they could have to do a better job. It could be worth a try if you cant find someone with more experience or training during your six week wait.

Great people to work with. The front office staff always makes me smile and makes me feel very comfortable. I never dreamed it would have changed my life in the way it did.

The psychologist on staff is well trained and thorough. Does a nice job with evaluations and is easy to talk to. Good listener.

The thought of therapy made me skeptical. The therapists were warm, very helpful and dont judge you. I am no longer a skeptic.
