I waited over an hour in the lobby and waited another 45 minutes in the exam room. No one came into the room, so I left and never rescheduled. The place is dirty, and this staff is the worst! It wasnt this way years ago!!!

I wish I could had come to them sooner, they are so nice, very professional, I don’t have hard time scheduling or rescheduling my appointments, the doctors are greats, highly recommend them if you need some help to lose weight for all the health problems and I promise you they will get you there, I have lost weight n I will continue with them also I get IV Skinny drip it’s great for you it has all the nutrients you need for your body also will help you lose weight but without making effort and doing diet you won’t see great results. again thank you so much for the care

I have been a patient at this office and as well have sent my children to this office. I personally feel as though this office is very unprofessional . I have always called and tried to reschedule appts and I have to be fair their have been circumstances when it was less than the 24 hr window because of my career health care no coverage arrival etc. Covid times. Nevertheless I have set in that office for an appt waiting hours on in no complaints majority of the time never to actually be seen by a physician. Dr Scaffiddi I have not seen in over a year and a half. You can not reach any one on the phone majority of the time. Then when you do its I am not sure whom you spoke to nothing is documented. Then all of a sudden your on your appt the Medical Assistant looking your appt starts speaking to everyone but you in spanish then states that they will have office manager reach out to you which never happens because they have you down for no shows. They just chart whatever they like in the chart. I just feel it was unprofessional at times and again the doctor is never available its just your paying 20 dollars out of pocket for that prescription and he is making a serious profit off of a visit of nonsense questions that he doesnt even attend.

I have been visiting the Easton, now Bethlehem office since December for weight loss and gynecology. I am honestly surprised by the negative comments I see as my experience has been the total opposite. My appointments are NEVER delayed and my temperature is ALWAYS checked when I sign in. The office is never crowded with people and there is social distance Mind you, Ive had more than 5 appointments with them since December. The only thing I can say they can improve is answering the phone. But if they dont answer give it a couple of minutes and call again, thats typically what I do and I am always able to connect with one of the girls. For weight loss, the PA is the sweetest and the girls(at least for what I know in the Bethlehem office) are the greatest .I have had successful weight loss with them and never spend more than 1 hour in the office and my appointment are not delayed.. I had my IUD inserted by Dr. Scaffidi last month, and it was soooo fast less than 5 min, and painless. My first iud insertion back in 2018 was VERY painful and lasted about 15 minutes. I dont plan on changing them as I have had a great experience thus far. As someone who has visited the office more than once or twice, I would recommend them.

Doctors and nurses are great... unfortunately the poor customer service of office department and office manager really affect the entire experience. I was being charged apparently incorrectly by one of their employees for a year and the receptionist instead of apologizing and trying to figure out what went wrong said she had no records of previous payments. The manager did nothing. They should really re-train their employees on customer service. Regardless of it being a doctors office or not there should be standard of service.

Dr. Scaffidi was not helpful at all, did a rush job, provided no solution, and wasnt hospitable at all. I waited an hour to literally see him for 5 minutes. He did not give me the services that I asked for over the phone and said I would have to come back to him for what I scheduled the appointment for. This was my first time going to him & last time going to him. What a joke!Update: I had an appointment there with a different doctor due to my awful experience with doctor scaffidi. However while I was waiting in the doctor Room doctor scaffidi walked in, which it should have been another doctor. Doctor scaffidi then tried to pressure me to remove my comment from here. I advised him that I will not remove my comment because it is in my opinion a truthful comment about my experience and there were other comments on here that were very similar to mine. I would also like to note that it appeared that the front desk knew that I was being set up by doctor scaffidi to not see another doctor but in fact to have him come in the Room and ambush me With pressure to remove my comment. Reason being is that when I gave them my name the girl at the front look like she was reading notes on the computer and then she went to another woman in the office and said something and started laughing, I thought they were taking about something else as I didnt think they were unprofessional until reading other reviews and looking back at my experience. As doctor scaffidi told me to get out of his so called office because he was mad that I wouldnt remove the comment he opened the door to the waiting Room and insulted me about my weight I am not sure of others heard but I most certainly heard because I was standing right next to him. I would 1000% not recommend his office nor services to anyone. Please be aware of this practitioner. This took a lot for me to write this comment as this was a very difficult situation this event happened about 2 months ago and I am still scarred from the situation.

Had an appointment there . Waited over an hour, never saw the doctor. I walked out , the girl at the desk was rude. They never checked anyones temperature like they are supposed too. Pus the waiting room was full. No precautions taken.I would not recommend this office. Plus my husband had went there for weight loss surgery, they wanted to do his surgery in 2 weeks when legally they are supposed to wait 6 months.

The staff is very rude. And please patients from the allentown office when you go to buy the pills make sure they put the the right amount of bottle that you buy. It happened to me that I went to buy my pills as every month always get one since I though you couldn’t get more than one which is 30 pills for a month until next visit. So one of the staff said to me that I bought two last time, when I always get one bottle every month, so she said I should be good until next visit because eventually I was lying. I got really mad. So patients have to make sure they put the right amount into their system since for some reason staff is putting more bottle into the patients account, which I think is illegal and it definitely should be reported.

The office doesn’t look clean, had to many people in the waiting room and with covic 19 I thought you had to have less people waiting and when person got up from seat they didn’t sanitize seat this is hazardous . This place needs to be reported to the cdc and I won’t be surprised if it wasn’t already with all the broken rules that’s happening!!

I call this place made an appointment one time over the phone they texted me with the appointment date and time which was good but then I couldn’t make it so I called them to rescheduled and they never not once did they say if you reschedule again that they wouldn’t see me so went in for appointment didn’t have healthcare so they told me if I pay in cash it will be $180.00 if I pay in a debit or credit It will be $200 which is only for the visit so I checked to see if I had all the money but didn’t so I let the girl know and asked to reschedule again so I can get the money up bye time the next visit she told me she had to ask first came back with no because this was my second appointment and that it’s policy to not reschedule After the second time which I didn’t know if I had known the first time I probably wouldn’t had made the appointment the first time anyways they wasted my time and I already know another doctor that only charges $50 for the visit and also gives you six refills and she good this place out here is so Ridiculous I would give them a zero If they had one this doctor is a rip-off for sure.

Made appointment 6 weeks ago...for tomorrow at 420 pm...3 text messages, 3 emails, 3 phone reminders, all said i could lose my appointment if i dont respond...I get a call tonight a 6 pm..The office canceled my appointment for tomorrow......and instead of bringing me in asap...they make me wait another month to give me another appointment..lady on the phone was not professional at all...not sympathetic,,monotone voice...not good business for new patient... ...will find another place who cares.....

I went there once. Never met the doctor just a physician assistant. Cash patient never given receipt. Called days later to retrieve one was told they can’t The Physician assistant does that. Asked why was not given one when I paid? They told me it’s my responsibility to ask ? The staff is extremely rude. They lie , never provide their name over the phone. I put in a complaint to the doctor I never met. Then this doctor calls me and leaves me a message stating I was the rude one and two staff had the same story in two different offices and will not treat me any more , I’ve only been to one office and never even knew he had more than one . I literally went once for a consult was given meds for 20 dollars and told go get blood test before your next appt. paid and left how rude can a person be . Yet they still email me and text me about services !!!!! This place is a joke when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I can refer you to another doctor that does the same thing and provides the same thing with excellent customer service.

Was highly recommend and i wish i could had come to them sooner, great doctors and staff all around.

Ive been calling almost 3 times a day for the last 3 weeks at all different time, including leaving a voicemail and yet no one has called me back or picked up my phone call. Really ridiculous, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible doctor!!! Went to the Lehigh Valley weight loss center and was told so much bullshit it was nauseating. They charge for a consultation and nothing is achieved. They just hand you some papers and diagnose you. Everything they tell you is common knowledge. Waste of time and waste of money! Very unwelcoming doctor and staff. Theyre just in it for the money. Stay away! Go to another doctor and save yourself aggravation and time. If I could give him negative stars I would!!!!!!!

Ive lost 20 pounds in a month and 2 weeks and i cant wait to loose 20 more, my next appointment its in a few weeks.I highly recommend this doctor to all my friends.

This doctor is no doctor. This is a business man who does not care about his patients. Prescribed to me birth control that gave me depression. I told him I don’t like it. Never checked with my insurance which bc they covered and then represcribed to me the same one. I hate this man and his nurses are ruder than the homeless people in north Philadelphia

His program works, staff is very friendly and supportive. I began their weight loss program and saw the inches shedding however due to my long hours at work and schedule, missed to many appointments. I am going to start again and dedicate myself.

I had an appointment today at 9:30am they took me in at 10:20 am they are not professional they talk to people how they want also they want me to change my Insurance just because my insurance takes six months for the surgery smh

He has been my dr since i was 16 delivered 3 out of my 4 kids and has always been very dedicated and proffesional.

I came to him with several health issues. He was kind, patient, and he treated each and every issue. He even called me at home after hours. If I wasnt married Id make a play for him!😄
