Very nice customer service! Everyone was very sweet and friendly. Had my first visit today, but feels like I’ve been going forever. Made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

The dental hygienist was throughly good and speedy. And he communicated clearly too.My teeth had a nice shine to it, like I had not noticed before when I had my teeth cleaned with other hygienists.

I didnt know what to expect being Im new to Texas and looking for a great dentist like I had back home. The staff at Masters Hand exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained so that I understood what problems I had with my teeth and what could be done to correct it. I will definitely continue to utilize their dental services. Master’s Hand Dental is an outstanding “find” for me and my whole family. I am a new patient and my first visit and assessment was the best! From the appointment scheduling, X-rays, cleaning to assessment and follow-up scheduling, each team member was so knowledgeable, thorough, kind, gentle and inspiring! Dr. Yasir and her team take great care to understand, not only your dental health, but how it extends to your overall health. Like most people, I have viewed past visits to the dentist as a ‘have to do’ but, I had such a great experience and can’t wait for my next visit!

This was my first dental appointment since pre covid and my prior dentist is no longer around.Masters Dental was quite busy when I arrived for my 11am (new patient) appointment and was taken in the back at 1105am. It appeared everyone worked together as a team and enjoyed their job (lol). (I work in a hospital and see a lot of eye rolling behind backs, maybe burn out but I dont think thats an excuse). EVERYONE, including Dr. Yasir, was really nice and helpful. Most thorough xrays, cleaning and exam Ive had in a very long time.👍

The staff and Dr are awesome here. As many of us who grew up in the 60s-70s we suffer major dental phobias! I can say.. Masters Hand is truly helping me get over my fear! Highly recommend this dental practice.

My appointment here was a great experience. Staff was very kind and quick. Dr. Yasir was very knowledgeable and understanding, taking time to explain what she saw during the appointment (as well as showing images so I could understand what she was referring to). Great experience, went in for a “tooth infection” gave me medicine to relieve it.

Came here for my sons appointment. Staff took safety precautions very seriously, bringing us directly into the room from the car (after a temperature check). The appointment itself was very detail oriented, the assistant and Dr. Yasir both knowledgeable. Dr Yasir took time to explain and answer every question I had. This was the best Dentist experience I’ve had since moving here 3+ years ago. Very gentle cleaning, attentive hygienist, conservative approach to dentistry that means they won’t fill a cavity unless it’s truly needed. So glad to have found them - will move the whole family over to this practice!

I am usually the one that’s afraid of dentist but I have to say what a warm and inviting atmosphere they have! Such a group of pleasant employees and the dentist as well! I was so extremely scared! I had had an Ear pain for more then a month. I went to the doctor and was told my ear was fine. Doctor recommended That I go see the dentist. I made an appointment but unfortunately over the 4th weekend my tooth started hurting the pain was excruciating. I called the dentist first thing on Monday the 6th.They were wonderful and got me in ASAP. I was so scared. The Tooth needed to be pulled. It could not be saved. I was panicking. The doctor did such a fantastic job. I did not even realize the tooth was out. Dr. Madiha Yasir was wonderful!!!!!! Everyone in the office went out of their way to make sure I felt safe and comfortable! Safety procedures we’re beyond any thing I would have Imagined. Extremely clean and organized. Some are not afraid of the dentist, but there some dentist who might be afraid of our teeth and not knowing that we can handle some of the pain when getting a root canal or a tooth extraction. If you want to go to Master Hand please insist that if anything that doesnt work with your teeth and you had dental work in the past insist that only getting a local anesthetic is more than enough. The anesthetic gel is a bad product of dental tools and should be of the market or at a low dosage.

I love the staff at Masters Hand! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love it when the people are real and genuinely nice. Dr. Koontz has done a great job selecting his staff. Everyone is so knowledgeable and the place is clean and offers up-to-date services.

Very good dentist and support staff. I go every six months for a teeth cleaning and this gives them (and me) a chance to catch problem areas before they turn into a root canal or worse. They are flexible for appointments and will work to get you in in your schedule.

Dr Koons and his team are really the best! I have struggled with dental anxiety my entire life. This is the first office I have felt 100% safe and satisfied with. I met them through a friend when I needed my wisdom teeth removed. As an adult, that can be a difficult procedure. The team got me in quickly, made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the procedure, and it was a wonderful experience. I now have a wonderful smile that I am proud of and I look forward to my cleanings!Update 1/2021- the new doctor is great! She is friendly and understanding. After COVID they have brought back my favorite cleaning tool “the super sonic blaster”, and cleanings are so fast and pain free!

While I have never met the dentist that has taken over the practice and. I did love the dentist that treated my son at the time. I do have some major concerns. My son had an appliance placed in his mouth about 5 months or so back. Once that appliance reached its max expansion the previous male dentist stated my son would need another. Unbeknownst to me the dentist was leaving his practice the dentist that replaced him did not have the same skill set. Also, when I went in for his last visit 3 months ago I was told I would have to find a dentist to take over treatment. No prior commuication from anyone. I since have been to several dentist and none will take over his appliance treatment. I called back here now almost a month ago to complained, the office told me the dentist who had taken over would be willing to take a look at it. She has since rescheduled the prior appointment and now the office calls me today to cancel the appointment (which was set for today) and tell me they found someone willing to work with their clients and take over treatment. This not only lets me know that others have found similar issues but this office has dropped the ball for months!!!!! I am highly sure that by now new bone has formed in my sons month and a second appliance probably wont be able to be utilized and his teeth will have to be pulled, and Im sure an expensive anisesiogist will have to get involved given my sons anxiety issues. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TRYING TO AVOID WHEN I BEGAN TREATMENT AND EXPRESSED THIS!!! IN GENERAL I PLAN TO REPORT THE INCIDENT TO THE BOARD.

A trusted dentist for me for 17 years. I now drive an entire hour each way just to stay with this office. Everyone there is professional and works as a team and cares about their patients as well. I would recommend them to my closest relatives and best friends.

Im a believer. The dentist is very calm and collected. There never seems to be any emergency drama issues. He is very steady handed and game plans for my overall dental health. My hygienist coordinates my perio treatment plan.

I had a broken tooth with a nerve almost exposed and was in sooo much pain. I ended up needing a root canal and crown and was NOT looking forward to it. Dr made sure I was GOOD and numb so I hardly felt anything! It was an expensive procedure and they also worked out a payment plan for me. Being a teacher I really appreciate the flexible hours, so I didnt have to take off. Overall, it has been a great experience and they took care of me!! I hate that I moved out of state!

Played this whole oh were Christians were great people we do wonderful things because we are Christian. Then tried to sell me their book. They over charge people. They told me I needed all my wisdom teeth removed. (wish I had received a second opinion before I went with their referral because later was told I didnt need them All removed.) went to the guy they said I could trust and they respected and referred me to get them removed and this guy broke my jaw in two places and severed the nerve to my tongue. Now I have no feeling in the right side of my tongue and no taste. thanks for nothing.

I’m giving 3 stars because the hygienist are great. However the office is not ran well at all. I have 2 kids. 1 that went to this office for braces. The experience has been terrible. Do not get braces here.First of all, we overpaid because they never filed with my insurance. We asked them to do so over and over again. We paid about 5 grand out of pocket and still had a balance owing.Majority of orthodontist include the retainers in the fee you are charged. Currently looking through our paperwork to see if they left the retainers out of the total paid. The Business Manager stared “we’ve not included that as part of the service in 20 years”. Back in February she tried telling me I would need to pay $450 dollars extra for the retainers that are REQUIRED after the braces come off. I asked her if this was after my orthopedic insurance was applied. She said they had not filed anything with my insurance. I told her I wasn’t paying anything until they filed and told me what insurance was going to cover. Done paying when we’ve stayed for 3 years that I’ve had insurance the whole time.My daughter had a serious issue that required braces urgently in order to correct them, which is why we continued despite the issues with them filing with insurance.It took me making 7 phone calls and 2 appointments since February, and refusing to pay another dime for the business manager to FINALLY contact my insurance. Now that we only owe $700 (according to them. However I disagree that we owe for the retainers).My insurance covered up to $2000 for ortho. We’ve got only $300 left of the bill to pay and NOW they are going to file.I plan on checking to make sure they file correctly and don’t try getting more money than they are actually owed.It’s seriously been a nightmare dealing with the office. They need someone new to handle their billing or they are money hungry. One of the 2.I took my other child to a different orthodontist located in Castlehills. He is incredible and holds awards for his work and has come highly recommended by many dentist. Not only is the guy cheaper, he is better! Not only that...they include the retainers and he told me retainers are and should always be included in the cost for braces. He also said that you can purchase lifetime retainers for about $450-600 bucks at most places to cover replacements but the initial retainers should always be included in the plan for braces as they are required.Good luck dealing with the office!

Going to the dentist usually isn’t pleasant, however that’s never the case when I go to masters hand. So thankful I found dr.Koons and Melanie, who truly cares and give a painless cleaning! Clean, nice office. Great experience all around.
