Dan is the absolute BEST. I had an urgent prescription that needed to be filled and this man drove through a literal snow storm to fill it. My family has been using him for years and he has always had a super quick turnaround(as little as 15 minutes) and can put lenses into anything. He is seriously awesome.

You will NEVER find a lens specialist as good as Dan is. He spent many years fabricating optics for a well-known science and engineering company.My wife and I have been using Dan for our optical glasses needs for about 10 years. He takes his job seriously and he is incredibly fast. He will almost always meet your required time frame. And, if you are so-inclined, he will visit with you about various topics. He is top notch in every way I can think of!

I desperately needed eyeglasses and every store I called they said at least 24 hours, I called Twinstar and the man said if he have my lenses in stock he will get me out within an hour. It took him less than 20 minutes to get me out when I arrived. Its a very small shop inside Allen professionals building and Dan is the owner and does everything by himself. I have not seen a place like this in a long time but I sure appreciate his service and will recommend him to everyone I know. He is very friendly and got a very nice personality.

This place ROCKS, my glasses done in in hours not weeks (most big places has to send out the glasses to the lab). Dan (the owner) have on site Lab to make the glasses unless you want expensive lens like transition, he can order it and done in 3 days. Still much faster than 3 weeks i have to wait from well known big places last year. Fast service with good quality. Thank you Dan.

Lost my glasses and desperately needed a new pair quickly. Called TwinStar and they had the lenses that I needed in stock.Was in and out with new glasses in less than half an hour. That included the time it took me to pick out the frames as well as the time we spent just chatting.Seriously considering buying a second pair just for backup.Great price!Limited selection, but they have what you need. No high priced designer bs.

I hate buying lenses at big stores because theyre usually overpriced and not the best quality. I also have a tendency to lose or break my glasses easily so it is very inexpensive to buy cheap frames and come here for the lenses. This is my #1 go to place for lenses and all of my family comes here too! The owner is very nice and he sometimes gives me discounts because I come once or twice a year!! I tell everybody that has kids with glasses about this place. He gets my glasses done within 15 minutes because he always has my lenses in stock. I HIGHLY recommend!
