Had the best experience ever so far with Dr. Kevin and his staff. Office staff is very friendly and understanding. My kids feel very comfortable here. Dr. Kevin Even personally called to check in on my son after an extraction.

I have been going to Dr.Kevin my whole life for cleanings, extractions, etc.. I recommend eveybody I know to his practice. As soon as you walk into the door they make you feel SO comfortable. The receptionists are like family, so caring and down to earth! I have seen alot of the hygenist and I have nothing but great experiences with all of them but I have been seeing Jenica for years now and she is just the bomb. She knows exactly what I like, I could just fall asleep through a cleaning. Most people hate the dentist but ever since I was a little girl, ( which I only ever been to Dr.Kevin ) I love getting my regular cleanings and will be a forever paitent.

First dentist Ive had in years that makes me not so anxious to visit. Dr Kevin and Raquel are always friendly and go above and beyond expectations to make sure Im comfortable and leave satisfied with the work done. Recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

I highly recommend this place! Today was my sons first visit and Amanda was so awesome with him:) Thank you for making it a great experience. Dr. Potocsky and his staff are very friendly.Also, there was an elderly woman in need of help when we were there. All the staff jumped in and were wonderful until the ambulance arrived. Big thumbs up, you guys are great!

I have had the most horrible experiences with dentists, I ended up becoming terrified to go and stopped going about 3 years ago. I explained my horror stories to the staff at Smile Sensations and told them I had to get in immediately for an emergency appointment. They brought me in on their lunch break because they were fully booked for the day, and guaranteed that they would take care of me and this experience would be like nothing Ive had before. Let me say, they were right. The staff was so very caring, they took the best care of me and catered to my fears. They immediately set out a dental plan for me, and took care of the broken tooth I had right away and set me up to repair another broken tooth in only 2 weeks. I am uninsured so they also set a payment plan with me for future visits, they were very understanding and willing to work with me. They told me their main concern is patient comfort and helping me get my teeth healthy and recover them from my last dentist. I cannot say enough nice things about Doctor Kevin and his entire staff. Dr. Kevin even called me personally that night to make sure I was feeling ok after having my tooth removed.Thank you for removing my fear of dentists!!!

Worst experience in my life! Constantly trying to convince me I needed services that I actually didn’t. The hygienist made me feel as if I were speaking with an overly aggressive car salesman. After multiple times telling her no I do not agree to have 4 cleanings a year and have paradontal treatment she kept aggressively telling me yes you need to have this done. I went to another dentist and never mentioned anything about my previous experience and they found nothing. No cavities, no gum disease and no reason I should get 4 cleanings a year. Beware if you plan on getting any treatment here. They will play nice for the first couple visits then it’s game on

Best dentist ever! He was so quick and very nice.

I feel like he is really expensive. $100 for missed appointment and they have overcharged me on accident before. Granted he does fantastic work,I used to be a patient of his fathers practice and they are nice people. I found a dentist that does good work for cheaper. The staff is nice but they over charged me so I had a credit. $400 for fillings when another dentist said my teeth look fine and not to do all this unnecessary drilling. The new dentist even filed my chip down for free. When I ask dr potosky in the past if he could he said he would but never did. Thank God he didnt he would probably charge me for that too.

I had an amazing experience today from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly at the front desk. My hygentis was super nice, very helpful, and all around great. Dr. Kevin came in promptly and explained everything and did great work. He continued to make sure I was comfortable and doing ok while the procedure was in process. I even recieved a personal phone call to make sure that I was doing ok from the Dr. a few hours after leaving. I will continue to keep coming back! Highly recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
