Set up an appointment weeks in advance and offered to come in for a consultation and was told it was not necessary. A week prior to the appointment she didn’t even let me know she moved to this salon from the previous, I had to ensure location to find it was changed. 48 prior to the appointment I received an Instagram message stating my appointment was canceled due to her husband being on a work trip and didn’t seem at all apologetic , sent me screen shots of other stylists with no salon info what so ever and when I made a light joke that “well this isn’t what I had planned to do today lol” I was met with a very rude response basically she doesn’t care and I was not her priority. I’ve had many stylists through the years (my husband is active duty so we’ve lived everywhere) and I have never encountered such a rude stylists canceling me and acting as if I am an inconvenience to them. I would not recommend this salon if you need your hair done for a event. I am left in awe on how I was spoken to as a customer, and as a person.

Wonderful place and great work by Laura Cavanaugh who treats you like you are the most important person in the world! shes been doing my hair for me for a long time and Im not planning on changing that.
