I am a 50 year old peri menopausal woman. I read positive reviews about Alpha Hormones on Yelp and saw their affordable packages and decided to try. I had very low expectations after dealing with my primary care and OB/GYN practitioners for almost 5 years. They would never test my hormone levels and would only prescribe me birth control for my hormone imbalances. I refused. When I came to Alpha Hormones I was suffering from memory and hair loss, severe depression, weight gain and bloating, low energy/sex drive and irregular periods. Just wanted to share my progress with everyone. Trt works, Im about two months in now, and before trt I had no motivation to get to the gym and push myself. Dr. Tek and his staff are extremely friendly and professional. They utilize patient resources such as the diet and exercise tracker that have made the entire process easy for me. Looking for a good physician can sometimes be frustrating especially when your worried or stressed about a health concern. After web surfing for an hour searching for an adequate MD I came across Dr. Tek on healthgrades. After reading all the positive reviews I reached out. I was able to see Dr tek the following day for consultation, from the very beginning he was very professional and listened! to me describing my symptoms and not just assuming anything. He was very thorough with everything asking me an array of questions to determine what I might have. The consultation was not rushed at all and he reviewed everything we discussed at the end explaining or answering any last minute questions. He ordered blood work to be done which came back pretty fast on top of that at a very discounted price (I was self pay). His assistants which were very friendly and genuine called me ahead of time to let me know my test results had come in and dr tek would review it with me, which later on the same day dr tek called me and again took his time to review the blood work and urine analysis with me (thankfully all good news). I am so grateful to him and his staff to have handled this stressful situation for me fast, affective respectfully and professionally. Dr.R.Tek is the best primary Doctor I’ve had since my 2015 severe TBI. I’ve been dealing with many different neurological traumatic brain injury brain operations etc and so many doctors have gave up on my case because of its complexity but Dr.Rotana Tek , really understood the care and future attention my case needed and since then I’ve been receiving excellent communication and great health care, thank you , you are a really great Doctor .
