Okay real talk here, this was by far my best primary care visit I have had since I came 6 years ago to the US. Renee Buchanan is a awesome PA !!! She examined me wich was a first for me and listened to what I had to say, I felt like she really cared for my well-being and the staff is super friendly as well. Im happy and impressed. 5 stars dont do right by them .... 10 given !!

Awful primary care. Healthcare provider should be helpful and knowledgeable. $125.00 bill after the insurance to tell my husband to go to the ER which turned out to be kidney stones thanks to ER diagnosis. When we reached the ER, doctor had no idea why we were there. We told them his primary care sent him due to his low oxygen level. First thing ER Dr said was his oxygen level is 98 which is perfect. I called primary care to find out if Doctor can show some mercy in a bill since we are going to get a huge ER bill. And the fact that they sent us there for something they could have found out in March when my husband saw them for the same pain issues. They couldnt figure it out in March and they didnt have a clue in October either. The funny thing is when the Dr Keller called me back to explain why she should charge me a full consultation fee just for the advice to go to the ER, not once she asked me how my husband is feeling. We like Dr Favia, too bad he is not there when you need him. Other staff not helpful and very unprofessional.

Dr. Favia and his team have been friendly and served all of my needs with grace and knowledge.

Just waited an hour to see this doctor. Heard many great things but insulted with the wait. I work too and my time is just as important. I had to leave without seeing him as I had another appt to get too. Why give an appt time if you cant keep it!

Ive been with Dr. Favia for quite a few years and Ive received great service, nice and helpful staff are always there to help sort out issues and Dr Favias knowledge has always been excellent.

With these hard times we’re going through I decided to take a step forward with with my health. After searching for a primary doctor I came across Dr.Favia, and with such good reviews how can I not give it a chance. Doctor was very caring took his time with me, made me feel so comfortable with my concerns his staff was super friendly! Definitely worth the drive coming from the city!

Can’t say enough great things about Dr Favia and his staff. I was truly impressed with his beside manner! Would recommend him to anyone.

Literally the worst primary care around. Please do not go here. They have poor service and very rude staff. Been a patient with them for couple years and I wanted to see the doctor cause of my high blood pressure issues and they wouldn’t get me in. Conveyed wrong information and wouldn’t cooperate when I needed them. What’s the use of a health practice if they can’t be there for you when you need them. So awful. Highly disappointed! Changing my primary care and never going back to this practice.

Staff is amazing! scheduled me within 2 days as a new patient walked me through patient portal. Im a hard stick and wendy was able to get me on the first try! Dr Favia is so kind took his time and we talked as if we were best friends! we are going through some difficult times and its scary but i feel so relieved to have a new primary i can relay on!
