Bottom line they called me up and tried to charge me for items that were included in the signed contract. They dont communicate with the subcontractor. Been dealing with them since 5/11/17 flooring finally done on 11/30/17. Finally, done and they never installed the baseboards in one entire room. They said I never paid for the install, but I have 60ft of baseboards left. I think they forgot to write it up. They are like going to a circus, because no one has any clue and try getting then to return your call.
