Had rotator cuff surgery Feb 1 2021. The surgery itself was no problem at all. The recovery was tough. Dr. Kogan was very helpful in providing needed medicine for pain management and prescribed PT. I am still recovering three months later but coming along very well. I’m a barber and back to work and doing well. The other shoulder will need surgery in the future and I will be calling Dr. Kogan

Very pleased with our experience with Dr. Kogan! His staff is gracious, got us in quickly do Doc could see my son’s fractured hand. He was very thorough in screening the XRays from the Immediate care and did two other views to verify there wasn’t a bone chip. His bedside manner is so caring yet professional! He put the hard cast on and gave us a clear path toward healing. So many docs today make you feel like just a number. That is not the case here! Thank you Dr. Kogan!

Went to see Dr Kogan after two emergency room visits with X-rays of a foot injury. I was sent to Dr Kogan because my foot is injured but the ER couldn’t tell what the problem was. I expected to get pushback from the doctor that because the foot isn’t broken the pain will eventually go away. Instead, Dr Kogan did an examination, conceded that it was not broken, but ordered an MRI to see if that will tell him anything. He listened to me, was not dismissive, and is actively working with me to figure out the injury. I appreciate that.

I went to Dr Kogan to get some help determining the source of pain in my shoulder. I appreciate the fact that he listened to me, discussed alternatives, offered me the pros and cons of his recommendations and did not pressure me to make an immediate decision. I ultimately chose a surgical path. His surgical approach is intended to speed up healing and recovery. His aftercare and coordination with my physical therapist was always centered on my needs and not some artificial insurance timeline. His office visits are often backed up, resulting in longer wait times because he does not rush you though your visit and makes sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. I highly recommend Dr Kogan and FVO.

Dr. Kogan and staff are very helpful. Hes caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all questions you may have. The only reason I didnt want to rate my experience as a 5 star, was the fact that I had to wait quite awhile even though I had an appointment.

Its been a great experience. From the surgery he did on my shoulder. I have no pain, Im still doing physical therapy. But I have a lot more strength and mobility. He did a fantastic job.

I have been seeing Dr. Kogan for more than a decade. He is a caring doctor, that takes the time to explain the condition and the options. Hes not quick to do surgery and isnt quick to push for expensive tests. He has successfully gotten me through a removal of a bone mass as well as a recent rotator cuff sugery successfully. I highly recommend Dr. Kogan and wouldnt trust my life or health to anyone else.

Dr. Kogan is a PRINCE! and a great doctor besides!!He did both my knee replacements, and they have been amazing. A year ago I was in unbearable pain & unable to take more than a few steps. Today, I am walking and working and exercising them for increased flexibility.He and his assistant, Sharon Blackford, have been totally available and helpful. And cheerful into the bargain!! Cant say enough about the high quality of their care!
