10 STARS FOR CHARLES -- CHAZ AND STAFFI am new to the area and as a disabled person, was concerned that it would be difficult to find a salon whose staff would be willing and comfortable helping me with even the small things like washing my hair. Charles and his staff always make me feel welcome and comfortable. My hair texture has never felt better. Ive found my beauty spot and so has my mother!

After the covid-19, my hair grew out to a length I had never experienced. I have always worn a flat top but my wife convinced me to visit chazios. Charles is a artist and has given me now three fantastic haircuts. Im not sure I will ever go back to my previous Barber.

I want to give a big thank you to Jenna. I got highlights and I absolutely love my highlights they came out really Beautiful. I have dark brown thick hair almost black but I have NOT Boxed colored my hair in over 10 yrs. I am really surprised with my results and 110% satisfied. Highly recommend her.

Charles from Chazios ruined my daughters hair. She came in for a 1 inch trim and left with nothing but choppy layers ... Terrible job ! Not only did she not get what she asked for but the layers look like a 3 year old cut them in preschool ... We got our money back but no apology only a smart, pompous remark from Charles himself stating that he sees nothing wrong with what he did ... I would give him -10 STARS if this app allowed .. Had to give at least one Star to be able to post .. If you go there please don’t go to HIM.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I have been going to Chazio’s for years; it’s an amazing place. Wonderful customer service and talented stylists. Kurt is my go-to stylist. I love that he is always up in the latest cuts, colors and styles.

This is the best place to go. Had my hair colored, highlighted and cut by Bianka. My hair has never looked this good. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly. I absolutely love this salon!

Some of the best service Ive had in a while. The people are friendly and my hair turned out great. To make things even better, they even told me I can come in any time and they will clean up the back- for free. Definitely would recommend.

I went there a few times last year and saw the owner Charles. The first time I went in for a color. He decided to do a lot of services I did not want and it cost me 300$, I decided to go back again because I wanted to give the place a chance and he cut my hair this time. I didnt even want a cut so I told him to just clean up my layers. He gave me a short mullett. Yes!!! A mullet.!!!! Never ever go here!!!! If you still want to go. Please.dont see Charles. He is out if touch and doesnt listen.

We happened to get Charles for our appointment and he was great with my daughter and did a beautiful job. Great customer service and friendly staff!

Saw Jae for the first time and so glad I did. I normally dont change my look too much, but she suggested a Camo Color for my gray (Im a dude...color scares me...), but I took her suggestion and so glad I did. I look younger and NO ONE has a clue I color my hair. Thanks Jae!

I’ve been going to Chazio’s for my color and hair services for 13 years and I would recommend Chazio’s to anyone who wants top-notch service. From the owners to the stylists to reception, Chazio’s experience and reputation is the best in the Chicagoland area. I’ve been to other salons, only to be disappointed and running right back to Chazio’s.I have more complex hair needs (long, platinum blonde single process with thick hair) and Senior Stylist Melanie always makes my hair look beautiful - I receive compliments all the time asking how I take care of such a blonde color, and I owe it to Melanie and Chazio’s. Others have tried to make my hair this blonde but Chazio’s is the only salon to get it right 100% of the time, and I won’t go anywhere else because of it.If you care about the health, look, and quality of your hair, consider Chazio’s first.

Honestly i can’t believe that these people can’t PROPERLY DYE hair how do you go to school to be a stylist and can’t dye dark broke hair to a gray it took 3 times to even get a dye then last minute they give a random hair dresser my mom was there since 10 in the morning got home by 5 IN TEARS because her hair WASNT EVEN REMOTELY THE PLATINUM GRAY she wanted it didn’t even LOOk gray at all and she spent 300 for what and you can’t offer some of the money back wow a person without a degree could have done so much better seeing my mom in tears was so frustrating

Great Service but pricey!

I Was there first and last time. I paid 36$ with tip for regular mens hair cut , theyre charge more than in Chicago, ridiculous. The lady didnt have experience, its was take so long and she left a lot of long hair on my head. Never again.

They ruined my hair. Half of my hair fell off, literally!

I’ve been going to Chazio’s since I was a tot. Over the years, I’ve been with many stylists and I have yet to be disappointed by their work. Mel keeps me from looking like hoodlum, which takes a lot of work. I’m sorry.
