I started with Doherty about 5 years ago, they sent me to work that day. It was only a temporary spot, but the moment it was done they had me in a full time temp to hire position. I worked that job for 3 years and made a very good living. About a year and a half ago I left state and recently came back. Went to Doherty, once again, I walked out with a job.

They were very pushy and didnt listen to a word I said when it came to pay and put me in a position with a family member of theirs which I felt they were more interested in helping their own family members who owned businesses (which btw, was the absolute WORST job ive ever had) And the pay was under what I was asking. I know what I needed to make my bills and ended up defaulting cause of the pay. They also lied to me and told me id be on assignment for 60 days for a temp to hire which I found out later was over 900 hours I had to do. Then after I told them I was relocating and would not be back till a certain time they still set me up with a interview and told me I HAD to make it But also REFUSED to tell me what the starting pay was and rudely made the snood comment that its a job even after I told them I couldnt make it and was 3 hours away looking for jobs here. I ended up calling and telling them to completely take me out of their system and I was not going to their interview I originally said I would not make it to.... they do NOT have your interests in mind but only their own so they can get paid. Felt completely used. Pro Staff in Alexandria is way better and work with pretty much the same companies I later found out. Save yourself the headache....

With 1,000 of Jobs out there this staffing co. cant find me even 1 job...

Give them all the info you want, Theyll give you any job no matter what you want. Just to fill a position.
