Needed a Nebulizer for my Aunt and they gave excellent service staying late to make sure she got one that day. It was very much appreciated. Always have received great service from Trumm Downtown.

Rented a knee scooter. Didnt need it for the full month. Ask for a refund at first they said no refund. Now they wanna give me $30 for a refund. I only had it two weeks and didnt even use the damn thing cause I almost fell twice.I think refund should be $50. Had it two weeks. $25 a week.

Really helpful staff here and lots of cool gifts and other stuff in there to browse and buy. The pharmacy was really helpful when I needed to get a record of my 2017-2018 flu shot that i got through work. Greg Trumm is in the store quite often and he likes to chat with customers while he works!
