If I could give Katie 10,000 stars, I would in a heartbeat. As someone who is not new to microblading, I was a bit scarred by my first experience with another artist and wasn’t sure if I wanted to get my eyebrows done again. However, I found Katie’s IG page through another artist who was relocating and was excited to see that Katie was relocating from San Diego to the DMV area. I followed her on IG for almost a year and am obsessed with her work. Due to COVID-19, we had to reschedule a few times but it’s been worth the wait. She is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Her shop is so cute and immaculately clean. She is extremely thorough and provides detailed instructions for post care, which is super helpful in the long run especially if you want great retention. I’m recommending Katie to everyone I know! Don’t be afraid to ask all the questions!

This review is LONG overdue. I can’t even remember the date of my first appointment with Katie, but it was awhile ago. I was the girl who spent at least 15/20 mins on just my eyebrows alone because they were that nonexistent and blonde. I found Katie and I’m SO glad I did. She does amazing work. When I tell you my eyebrows were nonexistent... I truly mean that. After the first session with Katie, I was amazed. My eyebrows looked full, symmetrical, and just how I requested them to be. Katie also has great hospitality, asked me multiple times if I needed anything or if I was still doing okay. Prices are SUPER reasonable. She is very considerate about the 2 hour parking out front also.I’m not sure how many times I have went back and gotten a “fill-in” but, my eyebrows look so natural and so full. My last appointment was around Nov/Dec 2018, it’s now April 2019 and my eyebrows still look fresh and full. I get a lot of positive compliments weekly (which is what pushed me to write this well-deserved review). If you need your brows to look good, I would definitely x100 recommend Katie to literally anyone.

I cannot express enough about how great Katie’s microblading course was. It covered everything from microblading, to social media marketing and learning how to start up a business.Also, the kit she provides has to be the most amazing kit you can get on the market! I just completed my 3-day beginners microblading course with Katie and simply put, she is PHENOMENAL! She provided a course that was everything I could’ve imagined: it was fully comprehensive including things like business building info and tips to actual live model demo and training. Unlike other larger academies, she provided one-on-one teaching/coaching, a month of pre-work in drawing brows shapes, hair stroke patterns and practicing on fake skin. She provided us with a training kit of all the BEST tools and equipment to utilize on our own clients.I am eternally grateful to her for teaching me the essential building blocks of this business and what a bad ass microblading guru looks like.
