I had a wonderful experience. They were nice and professional. I was in and out quickly.

The Dr there is horrible, she refused to give me a contact prescription because she thinks contacts are bad for your eyes... ontop of the fact that with my glasses prescription I cannot see close up i.e read things on my phone/books, double vision. I have NEVER had this problem before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not to mention their attitude and horrible customer service. I guess thats the service you get for Walmart...

I had great service. The staff was very helpful.

My experience at the Walmart Vision Center was extremely positive. I had both contact and glasses scripts from my doctor. I also bought high end frames directly from the manufacturer and just needed the lenses adjusted. It cost about $180 dollars for the lenses to be adjusted at the Vision Center, which is less than Lens Crafters. The process took a week. I got my glasses back and they are perfect.

Literally made me wait until all patients went to give me a copy of my prescription that jf they were organized it would take 1 minute to look for.

This place deserves a new receptionist! The customer service lady was rude and hung up on me as I politely asked if she could give me a min to talk with my partner to see if he would want to reschedule our appts for another day. I called back right after she hung up and the phone just rang until it sent me to voicemail, clearly she avoided the call. Now this message is for the doctor, If your schedule is slow now you know why.

If I could give less then one star I would!! I ordered colored contacts from Walmarts vision center with a prescription I had received from my eye doctor. Being Military my optometrist does not carry trials of contacts and told me there was not a guarantee but often times when you order contacts they will give you a trail pair. I ordered the contacts through walmart and asked to see the color in a trail pair, They informed I would need to go next door and talk to the doctor to see if she would allow it. THIS IS WHERE THE TROUBLE STARTED!!! I walked in and no one was at the front desk, assuming they were understaffed I waited over 20 minutes, The doctor came out and I had explained my situation. She told me she did not have a trail for that color in a prescription format. I told her i didnt need it to be a prescription I had only wanted to try on a pair to see the color. She argued with me that she would not do that unless I paid for the exam which was 110$ Keep in mind the 3 month prescription was only 90 and those actually had the prescription in them. I told her I did not need the exam and handed her my exam paperwork and explained that i was military so I only go on base to be seen because my insurance does not cover it. She again told me she would not give me a trail pair without the exam and I need to go back to my doctor for the trail pair, I ONCE AGAIN explained my doctor does not carry trails and I already ordered the contacts and it was a fairly simple process to just hand me a trail pair. After having enough of the arguing I asked who i can file a formal complaint too, She replied with ME i said i didnt feel comfortable with that and she has to have someone she reports to or that supervises her. She said no I have to file a complaint only with her! I informed her that was not true because you can file with the BBB. Her response was well you can write to whoever you want to and still refused to inform me of the proper way to file a formal complaint. This was by far the WORSTTTTTT experience I HAVE EVER HAD! I can only hope other people dont have to go through the poor customer service I had too.

The customer service at this location is sub-par. They were not helpful when we were trying to figure out what prescription was valid and invalid. They both caught an attitude when being asked to speak with a manager, whom was unavailable and it has almost been a week and still no word from them. The worst part of it all was that they begin to speak in Spanish to keep us out of the loop on what they were or weren’t going to do. Will not recommend any to go there because they are the most unprofessional set of individuals I have ever encountered at a vision center.

Terrible customers service

They behave as if they are forced to be there and they are doing you a favor.I tried to schedule an appointment for a later date in person but if felt more like I was inconveniencing them so I went else where.
