I been a client of this clinic. The staff is amazing! They are friendly and welcoming to every patient. Cindy is very responsible, kind, and professional with every patient that comes in the clinic. They are always flexible with my schedule. I am always seen on time. Ms. Johnson is a wonderful and trustworthy therapist. I have been to other mental clinics and the trust and kindness given to patients has not compared to how good this clinic provides that trust and kindness. The office space is warm and welcoming.

Ive been a patient for a couple of years. My therapist Slava is great. He has always been easy to talk to and very understanding. Ive been to a few others in the past, but havent felt as comfortable as I do working with him. I usually feel a little better after each session than I did when I arrived. Dr. Johnson is my Psychiatrist, and he too is very good. He has a good sense of humor and can make me laugh from time to time. He is also flexible with prescribing medications. He will always work with you to find medications that work best for you.Cindy and Stacy of the office staff have always been kind, very polite, professional and willing to help out with any questions or concerns I may have. The only downside for me is that the waiting room is pretty small. Most of the time it isnt an issue because usually only a small number of people are there waiting for their appointments. However, there have been a few times when its become crowded and therefore uncomfortable for me because of the cramped feeling I get.

This place is extremely unprofessional. For the 2 appointments I went to, both appointments were late. When I saw the therapist and explained the symptoms, she made remarks and comments minimizing my illness and trauma. For the second appointments, I wasnt seen by the doctor after an hour I got there. The doctor barely acknowledged me. After minutes of silence, the doctor noticed that my name wasnt spelled right after pronouncing it. In the first appointment, I showed all of my documents to the receptionist. This time around, the receptionist had the audacity to ask me for the paperwork again.Ive never felt so disrespected by a so called professional. These people clearly do not care about their patients and only the money they pour in.If you are desperately looking for a mental health professional, please keep looking. It is not worth the time.

My son has been coming to Riverside for over two years. His counselor is amazing! Dr. Johnson is a wonderful man and doctor. The staff is kind and helpful and Stacy, the Practice Manager, is always able to asist with any issues that may arrise. She has a can do attitude and will always find the answers you need.

PLEASE do not go here. This place is extremely unprofessional. The therapists here are terrible and very disrespectful. The doctors( Dr. Johnson) will not even return your phone calls when you need assistance with your medicine. And worst of all when you explain your issues with those in charge they act like they could care less. Again... stay away from this place.

Riverside Mental Health Clinic is a wretched institution staffed by rejects who probably cannot find employment elsewhere. Dr. Johnson and the rest of the staff are unprofessional and NEVER return phone calls or emails - its absolutely bizarre. The dingy, foreboding building/office is something out of a dystopian nightmare. If you have a child with mental health issues, by all means, stay away from this place.

This institution causes MORE stress than what we came in with. Small uncomfortable space, stained chairs, loud and unprofessional receptionist, and rescheduled THREE times. Also, they hardly ever pick up the phone. I am whole heartedly disapppinted.

I have been a patient for just about 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say about the services of this facility and professionals who work here.Highly recommended!!!!!

It is utterly disturbing to see a mental health facility ran so poorly. The facility itself is old, outdated, disgusting and disturbing. Also quite creepy. The front desk staff are rude, disengaged and irritating. In no way hospitable. The appointments are scheduled terribly and always overbooked. The patients come in for scheduled appointments and wait for over an hour to be seen. The actual office space is very small, unappealing and uncomfortable. The staff are uncoordinated and miscommunication amongst each other is all around the place. Some of them dont like to be close to the patients in the space that is given and will talk about you like you are not standing there. They will also ask you not to stand close to them or to move out of their space. Its a sad place for anyone let alone people with mental health issues. Dont go there.
