Pathetic. This used to be a great place with caring staff. Not any more. I had to give them one star to review. Just so you know, theyre not worthy. Find another program.

Appointment was supposed to be at 12 and still havent seen her an hour later. First time with them and already a bad experience not to happy

Dont go to dr.benghozi ifyou want to wait 3 weeks without an answer on being put back onto medication and dont trust that melony woman she also isnt trust worthy she falsely documented paper work to put me into a mental institution saying I had all kinds of mental illnesses when I didnt. The one star goes to them but dr.johnathan Augustine is the nest fit for me. I got into group therapy with these people and they have not taken care of me at all!!

Im not by any means a difficult person. I am understanding and patient and have worked in the medical field for over 6 years, so I understand how crazy things can be. However, Im having an exceedingly difficult time trying to schedule an appointment at all. Its literally been 2 weeks and I havent even been put in the books. My Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance referred me, so Im not sure why theres an issue in the first place. I have called 4 times. 3 of which were answered by an incredibly RUDE receptionist. (It doesnt take any effort to just be nice to people). I was told I needed a referral from my primary doctor. No problem. I had my doctor send the referral and a few days later, I am left a message from a person in the office named Mary. I call back and am told shes out of the office...twice. So I ask the lovely receptionist if I can just schedule an appointment since they have the referral and no. Lol. I have to wait specifically to speak with this Mary person. What? This makes zero sense. Im not expecting to be seen immediately. I realize this isnt an emergency room, but it is ridiculous to have 2 weeks pass and not even be in the books yet. I just made an appointment with another office. You guys should really look into your front desk.

Dr Bengozi and staff have always been helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

I love this place. I have my dr and therapist here and though therapy was very rocky for me it has become a lot better and the dr Jones is amazing.

This place has helped me amazingly. The people are awesome!!!
