The worst customer service experience ever!! Very frustrating people to deal with. I purchased a Breast Pump through them, which turned out to be defective and I asked them to get me a replacement because it was still under warranty (only three weeks since purchase). They said they dont replace any item once it has been purchased and that their policy dictates that the purchaser deal directly with the manufacturer. A very strange policy and I wonder if it has any legal basis. Why would a customer use a distributor if he can deal with the manufacturer directly in the first place? Anyways, I called the manufacturers and they were very pleasant but asked me for an Invoice showing my purchase of the item from this distributor. Again I contacted them and asked them to give me the purchase Invoice and I even emailed them requesting the Invoice. They never responded. I called them again and the woman there keep asking me to give her my telephone number (which I already provided at least three or four times previously) and she keeps telling me that she would speak with the Manager and call me back. Neither she nor the manager call back. They do not seem to care that a baby needs to be fed and that everyday that passes because of their inefficient services, some baby is suffering.

DO NOT USE THEM!! I called them for a knee walker and they said they had one. I spent a great deal of time calling my insurance co. and working everything out, went to Drs. Medical Supply storefront and GUESS WHAT?! oops, sorry, we dont have any knee walkers after all! Did he not check his inventory? I told the guy I talked to on the phone when I would be in and he wasnt even there! He suggested I go somewhere else but offered no realistic solutions!

This company provided the poorest customer service and was very difficult to deal with - I would NEVER recommend them at all. I called them after my husband had surgery and the doctor prescribed a knee scooter. I verified that my insurance provided coverage and that they were on the approved list of in network providers. When I called them, I also confirmed that they took my insurance and they had knee scooters. After 3 weeks, I have gotten nothing but a run around and just mis-information. After I submitted everything they initially asked for, I had to call them back to check on the status. Then, I was told that I needed another form from my doctor, that my doctor nor insurance company had never heard of. I asked them for a copy of the form and they wer supposed to fax it to the doctors office, and they never did. I called back again and was told that I should pay out of pocket and get reimbursed by my insurance company because that would be quicker, but my insurance does not work that way for in network providers. I told them they have to bill the insurance company directly and I only have to pay my co-surance amount. Again, I was assured they would work to get me the scooter and get everything straightened out with billing and call me back. Another 3-4 days went by and I called to check again and was asked How much does your insurance company allow or pay? I thought that was an odd question, which makes me think that they didnt want to approve it because they thought they would not get as much money. I made one last attempt to work with them and had the insurance company call directly (after they would not answer the phone for me) and they LIED and told the insurance company that they had told me they dont provide knee scooters - before she even mentioned our names. If they had told me that from the start, trust me, I would not have wasted my time and energy for 3 weeks trying to work with them. They are just shady and didnt want to honor a contract they have with my insurance company to accept the amount they agreed upon for the scooter. I warn people to beware and work with them at your own risk.
