Waiting for a phone call from somebody in this place the entire day after making an e-visit that morning does not work. So I called in the afternoon and ask, I was told that my message will be pass along. No phone call received for 4 days!!. When I called and ask they said that the message was not pass along. Doctor finally called 5th day late afternoon close to evening, I miss the call and called back 14 minutes later and they are already closed. I called them the following morning and ask if I can speak to a my doctor, I was told they will send a message and have the doctor call me back. I received 3phone calls that day, 1 from a nurse because the doctor is off, and twice for someone trying to confirm my appointment with them. TERRIBLE! Please have your priorities straighten out. An E-Visit is not for emergencies but it is important.

Dr Castillo is the best! She is kind and patient and super thorough!

Had an appointment for 9:00 however I was stuck on traffic, called the office and informed the office I was running late. The receptionist said there is a 10 min grace period and after that it’s up to the doctor. Finally I arrived at 9:12 the receptionist informed the nurse to ask the doctor and surprisingly Dr.Zing said he had moved on and I needed to reschedule. I will never go back since there has been plenty of times that the doctors themselves were running late but for 2 min I was turned away when usually a doctor schedules 1/2 hour for each patient.

‪@InovaHealth the Mark Center office of Radiology is friendly and efficient. Ben the X-ray tech calmed my apprehensions and was professional while being so friendly. The front office is one of the best in the system. ‬

I have been to the doctor office couple times and saw Dr. Castillo and another time Dr. Chris. Dr Chris does not follow up with blood results. I had to email him about my health issue and if I can get medicine for it. Normally, from a doctor office someone should call and tell you about the results. Dr Castillo has no bedside manners. The staff are not friendly or do not speak to say good morning or hello. Its not a friendly atmosphere. I have so many health issues and I feel they just brush me off. I was thinking to myself if i go to inova medical center doctors I should get the best service well not true. I do not recommend going to this office.

Ive never had a problem with any of their staff. From front desk to nurse to Dr. Ive seen Dr Patel for over 20 years. I have recommend everyone to him. Their response is always we love him.I work in the patient care field and know sometimes you cant make everyone happy! The bad reviews Ive read, are not true. This is a clean well run facility. Four Stars from me!Only problem would be the call center-it says they are open but no one answers, you get leave a message, will return your call in 24 hours. Not good, used to be when you called you reached the facility, not anymore. They need to fix that. The call center never calls back. Call center gets zero stars. Thats why 4 instead of 5. 5 for Dr and staff at the facility.Get rid of the non answering non calling back Call Center.

Refused to x-ray my chest after a negative COVID test, because of a fever. The X-ray is for the fever and cough. I’m stage 3C Ovarian cancer and they want me to expose myself to the emergency room, with no immune system. Inova just wants you to die.

The receptionist at the front desk is the worst. I can smell her attitude through the phone and it reeks. Dont like your job, find a new one. Her demeanor alone is like a repellent for patients, at least for me it is. I work with patients myself, so I understand the stresses that come with the job. However, just because you lack the enthusiasm to work with me or any other patient doesnt mean you need to subject the nasty attitude towards me, when essentially, without a patient, youd have no job.

The practice is extremely well organized. Dr. Castillo-Catoni is so thorough, conscientious, caring, and smart -- best doctor Ive ever had. I love the Inova mychart -- you can monitor your appointments and test results online, and send the office a question when you need to.

How do you decline someone that has been in the inova system, all the information is in your system. How do you allow someone to make an appointment when you have in the system what kind of insurance they have and upon arrival the doc says you dont accept it. Someone who just recently had a near death experience, someone who is now weak and not able to function anymore. Someone who is in need of assistance to even get out of bed. To make them struggle, to drive all the way here and just to hear we dont accept this insurance. When you know damn well what kind of insurance he had from your system! This place is purely pathetic....

Unreachable doctors and incompetent business/billing department. I had three visits so far and never seen the primary doctor I chose and never received a call from a doctor or nurse to explain about test results. Besides, their business/billing departing is the worst. I had billing issues at each of my visits. I received bills for things covered by my insurance (for example, a bill for co-pay and lab work for my annual preventive check-up, which is 100% covered by my insurance. I would never recommend this place for anyone with health care needs.

Today was my first visit and I must say very empress appt was at 845 I’m didn’t have a long wait front desk was very professional and Dr Zhang was great answered all question assured me that everything was fine and yes I will be back for my regular appointments I can say I have found a primary Dr .

So I am a disabled Vet which decided to trust Dr. Zh**g but unfortunately this DR decided to write a false claim without conducting an exam causing me to lose out on benefits and being misdiagnosed by another DR who thought I had Herpes. I was also referred to another DR for an endoscopy which the referral was never sent due to them being drop by that DR awhile ago causing me to pay $160 for the visit. Rather goto a witch DR for care.

Dont go here. The doctors are mediocre and the offices are run terribly. Good luck to you if you have to get your medical records for your insurance company. Expect to wait WEEKS.
