I had such great hope for this place and granted at the time of admission until a few days before discharge they were really good with communication but at the end their services lacked and at the most important time. My father was being transferred to Dallas and I was assured that the transition would be smooth and I can understand a few issues but when calling the receiving care provider in dallas they had no idea we were coming and to find this out as we are in route on the highway was not a good feeling. And to hear that the facility did not contact them but would not even return the call is what i find unacceptable. I even called in route and not even a courtesy call was provided and again it started so well...so I can only give my opinion and thoughts on how the service ended and it was not pleasant at all...when families are dependent upon them they should make a effort to attempt to communicate..sad....would not refer them at all...sorry not sorry
